Description

Solche Stecker werden in Fördereinheiten von Kraftfahrzeugen verwendet, um im Kraftstoffbehälter des Kraftfahrzeugs angeordnete elektrische Baugruppen wie Kraftstoffpumpe und Füllstandsgeber zu kontaktieren. Die Buchse durchdringt den Flansch, so dass die Leitungen an der Außenseite des Flansches in diese eingesetzt sind, während an der Innenseite des Flansch die Buchse mit einem Stecker verbunden wird, um die elektrischen Leitungen bis zu den jeweiligen elektrischen Komponenten weiterzuführen. Schwappbewegungen des Kraftstoffs im Kraftstoffbehälter führen dazu, dass die die in der Nähe des Flansches frei verlegten elektrischen Leitungen zu Bewegungen angeregt werden, die sich auf die Kontaktelemente im Stecker und der Buchse übertragen. Nachteilig dabei ist, dass die Bewegungen der elektrischen Leitungen zu einer Relativbewegung zwischen den Kontaktelementen in Stecker und Buchse führen. Sofern die Kontaktelemente mit Kraftstoff benetzt sind, ist diese Relativbewegung unkritisch. Bei sinkendem Füllstand im Kraftstoffbehälter kommt es zunehmend zu einer trockenen Reibung, die zu einer Reibkorrosion und damit verbunden Kontaktausfällen führt. Hierzu ist es bekannt, die Kontaktelemente mit zusätzlichen Beschichtungen zu versehen, welche der Reibkorrosion entgegenwirken. Mit dieser zweiten Fixierung, die der Halterung der Kontaktelemente vorgelagert ist, wird erreicht, dass betriebsbedingte Bewegungen der im Innern des Kraftstoffbehälters angeordneten elektrischen Leitungen nur noch bis zu den Aufnahmen als zweite Fixierung möglich sind. Im weiteren Verlauf sind die elektrischen Leitungen bis zu den Kontaktelementen infolge der Aufnahmen von den Bewegungen der elektrischen Leitungen entkoppelt, so dass die Kontaktelemente im Gehäuse des Steckers als erste Fixierung bewegungsfrei gelagert sind. Dadurch wird eine Relativbewegung der Kontaktelemente gegenüber den Kontaktelementen in der Buchse des Flansches verhindert, so dass keine Reibkorrosion entstehen kann. Die elektrische Verbindung ist somit zuverlässig und ohne zusätzliche Beschichtungen geschützt.
