Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines elektrischen Steckers (1), bei welchem ein Kabel (19) mit einem EMV-Schirmgeflecht (39) und zumindest einer Leitungslitze (40) mit einem Kabelendstück (35) in einem Steckergehäuse (2) montiert wird, wobei das von einem Kabelmantel (23) umgebene EMV-Schirmgeflecht (39) in axialer Richtung des Kabels (19) über eine Teillänge (a2) an einem Kabelmantelrand (23a) umgebogen wird und in axialer Richtung außerhalb des Kabelmantels (23) verlegt wird, wobei die außerhalb des Kabelmantels (23) verlegte Teillänge (a3) des EMV-Schirmgeflechts (39) nach dem Umbiegen um den Kabelmantelrand (23a) nochmals in sich selbst zumindest einmal umgebogen wird, so dass das EMV-Schirmgeflecht (39) in radialer Richtung als zumindest doppellagig außerhalb des Kabelmantels (23) ausgebildet wird. Die Erfindung betrifft auch Stecker (1).
