- Another advantage of the foundation pile according to the invention is that a cathodic corrosion protection can also act on the outside of the foundation pile both inside the foundation pile, so that only a single corrosion protection system has to be used. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention offers the advantage of improved pile driving, since the foundation pile has a lower axial rigidity.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed such that at least one of the foundation pile segments has at least two recesses which are arranged offset in angle to one another.
- the two recesses are preferably angularly offset by 180 ° to each other. This offers the advantage that a fluid flowing around the foundation pile, ie air and / or water, can penetrate into the foundation pile through a recess and exit from the foundation pile through the recess opposite this recess.
- the appropriately designed foundation pile thus has a reduced attack surface and a reduced resistance to air and / or water.
- the recesses may advantageously be arranged at the height of the foundation pile in which the water edge runs. Shafts can thus penetrate via a recess in the foundation pile and exit via the opposite recess from the foundation pile again.
- the foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that, in at least one foundation pile segment, the recess / recesses extend up to at least one end face, preferably up to both end faces of the foundation pile segment.

Description
The invention relates to a foundation pile with at least two foundation pile segments whose longitudinal axes are substantially collinear with each other. In particular, the present invention relates to a foundation pile for wind turbines, which are designed in particular for offshore use.
From the prior art it is known to erect foundation piles from foundation pile segments. The respective foundation pile segments are assembled from so-called pipe sections. Each pipe shot is in turn made of a sheet metal, which is bent in accordance with the shape of the foundation pile to be produced such that the material or sheet edges which are opposite one another in the bent state can be welded together. The welding of the opposing sheet edges by means of a longitudinal weld. The foundation pile is then assembled from a plurality of correspondingly formed pipe sections by connecting adjoining pipe sections by means of a respective circumferential weld so that the respective longitudinal axes of the pipe sections run collinear to each other.
To produce a corresponding foundation pile consequently many welds with a large overall length are necessary, whereby the production of the foundation pile designed consuming and costly. Thus, e.g. for the production of two foundation pile segments, each having a height of three meters and a diameter of seven meters, and their connection welds with a total length of 28 meters necessary, namely twice three meters each longitudinal weld for connecting the opposite side edges or material edges of individual pipe sections and 22 meters round weld for connecting the two foundation pile segments.
The present invention has for its object to provide a foundation pile, the production is made possible in a shorter time, the cheaper is, and further has improved Umströmungseigenschaften by a fluid (air or water).
The object underlying the present invention is achieved by a foundation pile having the features of the independent claim. Advantageous embodiments are described in the dependent claims.
More specifically, the object underlying the present invention is achieved by a foundation pile comprising at least two foundation pile segments which are interconnected such that their longitudinal axes are substantially collinear, at least two of the foundation pile segments each having a recess in their jacket walls.
In this case, a recess in a jacket wall of the foundation pile segment is to be understood as a material recess / opening / passage opening in the jacket wall. For the purposes of the present invention, collinear longitudinal axes mean that the longitudinal axes substantially coincide with each other, i.e. that they do not have a lateral offset from one another. The connection of the individual foundation pile segments takes place in particular by means of a welding of the end-side end edges of the foundation pile segments with each other.
The foundation pile according to the invention offers the advantage that fewer longitudinal weld seams and circumferential weld seams are necessary for its production. Because the opposite side edges or material edges or sheet edges of the respective foundation pile segments need not be connected to each other by means of a longitudinal weld. Furthermore, the round weld by means of which mutually adjacent foundation pile segment are welded together, must not be formed continuously, ie, the round weld does not have to extend around the entire circumference of the foundation pile segments. When connecting two foundation pile segments, each having a diameter of seven meters and a height of three meters, each of the foundation pile segments having a recess, which extends over the entire height of the foundation pile segment and has a width of one meter, can be saved in this way welds with a total length of eight meters, when the foundation pile segments are connected to each other in an angular offset, that the recesses of the foundation pile segments also in such an angular offset each other are arranged so that they do not merge into each other. For every foundation pile segment, three meters of longitudinal seam are saved (two by three meters), and the round weld does not have to be continuous, but can have a gap of one meter each in the area of the recesses.
The foundation pile according to the invention consequently has a shortened production time. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention is less expensive in terms of its manufacture and less expensive than founding piles known from the prior art, since less welding seams are necessary for its production. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention offers aerodynamic advantages, because the recesses in the respective foundation pile segments can be arranged such that penetration of a fluid, ie of air or water (the latter in the offshore use), into the foundation pile in and leakage of the fluid from the foundation pile out is simplified, so that the foundation pile provides a reduced attack surface for air and / or water. Another advantage of the foundation pile according to the invention is that a cathodic corrosion protection can also act on the outside of the foundation pile both inside the foundation pile, so that only a single corrosion protection system has to be used. Furthermore, the foundation pile according to the invention offers the advantage of improved pile driving, since the foundation pile has a lower axial rigidity.
The foundation pile is preferably designed such that at least one of the foundation pile segments has at least two recesses which are arranged offset in angle to one another.
The two recesses are preferably angularly offset by 180 ° to each other. This offers the advantage that a fluid flowing around the foundation pile, ie air and / or water, can penetrate into the foundation pile through a recess and exit from the foundation pile through the recess opposite this recess. The appropriately designed foundation pile thus has a reduced attack surface and a reduced resistance to air and / or water.
In offshore use, the recesses may advantageously be arranged at the height of the foundation pile in which the water edge runs. Shafts can thus penetrate via a recess in the foundation pile and exit via the opposite recess from the foundation pile again.
The foundation pile is preferably designed in such a way that, in at least one foundation pile segment, the recess / recesses extend up to at least one end face, preferably up to both end faces of the foundation pile segment. In the case of all foundation pile segments having a recess, the respective recesses preferably extend as far as the end face, preferably as far as the two end faces of the foundation pile segment having the recess.
When the recess / recesses extend to both ends of the foundation pile segment, the foundation pile segment has a C-shaped cross section.
The foundation pile is preferably designed such that two adjoining foundation pile segments are connected to one another such that the recess / recesses are closed off or bounded on the face side by the axially adjacent foundation pile segment.
The appropriately designed foundation pile offers the advantage that adjoining foundation pile segments do not have to be welded together over their entire circulation length, so that the total weld seam length for producing the foundation pile is reduced. Furthermore, a corresponding trained foundation pile on increased stability, since the individual recesses of the foundation pile segment do not merge into each other. The appropriately designed foundation pile has in comparison to an open C-profile increased flexural rigidity and increased torsional rigidity.
Preferably, the foundation pile is formed such that the two adjoining foundation pile segments each have at least one recess, wherein the foundation pile segments are connected to each other at an angular offset such that the recess / recesses are closed by the axially adjacent foundation pile segment.
By an appropriate design of the foundation pile whose stability, in particular its torsional stiffness and the flexural rigidity is increased. The interconnected foundation pile segments are preferably angularly offset with respect to the longitudinal axes of the foundation pile segments by 180 ° or by 90 ° to each other, so that the recesses of the foundation pile segments are arranged opposite one another. By a corresponding angular offset arrangement of the recesses of the flow resistance of the foundation pile is reduced because air and / or water can penetrate into the foundation pile and partially escape without impulse transmission to the foundation pile from this again.
The foundation pile is advantageously designed such that a foundation pile segment having a recess is connected to another foundation pile segment without recesses, preferably to two foundation pile segments without recesses. Furthermore, also each recesses having foundation pile segments may be interconnected, wherein the foundation pile segments are angularly offset by an angle, for example 90 ° to each other, so that the respective recesses are axially closed in each case by the adjacent foundation pile segments.
In the case that the foundation pile segment having the recess is connected to two foundation pile segments each having no recesses, the foundation pile segment having the recess is sandwiched arranged between the two each no recesses having foundation pile segments.
By an appropriate design of the foundation pile its stability, in particular its torsional rigidity and flexural rigidity is increased.
The foundation pile is preferably designed such that, in the foundation pile segment having the recess, the mutually opposite side edges are connected to one another. A compound of the side edges can be realized for example by gluing the side edges together. For example, an ACX adhesive can be used for the bonding. By the connection of the side edges, the dimensional stability of the individual foundation pile segments, in particular in the state not connected to a further foundation pile segment, is improved, so that the connection / welding of adjacent foundation pile segments is made possible in a simplified manner.
The foundation pile preferably comprises at least one holding device, by means of which mutually opposite side edges of a foundation pile segment are connected to one another.
The holding device can be designed as a retaining clip, in particular as a vise-shaped or jaws having or as a magnetic holding device. Further, the holding means may be formed as a temporary holding means, are interconnected by means of the opposite side edges of the foundation pile segment in a state in which the foundation pile segment is not welded to another foundation pile segment, wherein the holding means is removed after welding the foundation pile segment with another foundation pile segment. However, the holding device can also be designed as a permanent holding device, which remains connected after welding of the foundation pile segment with another foundation pile segment with the opposite side edges. The connection of the retaining clip with the opposite edges of the foundation pile segment can by welding and / or Riveting and / or bolting and / or screwing and / or gluing be realized. Furthermore, the foundation pile can have a plurality of retaining devices by means of which the side edges of a foundation pile segment are connected to one another. For example, opposing side edges of a foundation pile segment can be connected by means of two retaining devices, which are arranged in the region of the end faces of the foundation pile segment.
Preferably, the foundation pile is formed such that the holding device has an arcuate or semicircular outer contour, wherein the holding device such mutually opposite side edges of a foundation pile segment interconnects that the arcuate or semicircular outer contour is oriented towards the recess and limits.
With an appropriate design of the foundation pile / the foundation pile segments and the holding devices stresses are transferred improved in the walls of the foundation pile.
Preferably, the foundation pile is formed so that the recess laterally bounding side edges in the region of at least one end face are directed towards each other, and preferably extend substantially parallel to the end face. The side edges meet each other in a central region of the recess and thereby run parallel or approximately parallel to the end faces / end faces of the foundation pile segment.
By appropriate design of the foundation pile stresses generated in the foundation pile due to stress are improved transferred into the walls of the foundation pile, without necessarily holding means for connecting the side edges of a foundation pile segment are necessary.
