Ebenso ist es im Rahmen der Erfindung denkbar, in der Anzahl, dem geometrischen Querschnitt, der geometrischen Positionierung der verwendeten Stäbe zueinander sowie deren Materialauswahl zu variieren. Die Kontakthalterung 1 kann dabei als Spritzgussteil oder als SMC-Teil ausgebildet sein und einen Anteil von beispielsweise 50% Glasfasergemisch aufweisen. Vorzugsweise handelt es sich bei der Kontakthalterung 1 um ein elektrisch nichtleitendes Bauteil. Weiterhin ist die Kontakthalterung 1 vorzugsweise einstückig ausgebildet und zur mechanischen Fixierung mit jeweils einer Öffnung 3 für jedes der Aufnahmemittel 2 versehen, in die das entsprechende Aufnahmemittel 2 eingeschoben und mittels Fixierelementen 4 fest gehaltert wird. Gezeigt sind in der FIG. 1a zwei Öffnungen 3, in die die beiden als Aufnahmemittel 2 dienenden Stäbe einschiebbar sind. Bei der Montage des als separate Baugruppe ausgebildeten Kontaktgehäuses 6 einschließlich des Kontaktelements 7 wird diese Baugruppe in die Ausnehmung 5 der Kontakthalterung 1, in der die ihr zugeordneten Bauteile, nämlich das Halteelement 8, die Druckfedern 19.1 und 19.2, der Deckel 20 sowie die Fixierbolzen 22.1 und 22.2 vormontiert sind, in Pfeilrichtung eingeschoben. Der Haltebügel 16 schiebt sich hierfür von der Rückseite 6.2 in Richtung der Vorderseite 6.1 an der Ober- bzw. Unterseite 6.3 und 6.4 über den Federhalter 10.1 und anschließend über die Rampe 15, bis der Haltebügel 16 in der Nut 14 verrastet. Um die separate Baugruppe des Kontaktgehäuses 6 einschließlich des Kontaktelements 7 wieder zu lösen muss ein Werkzeug zwischen den beiden einander zugewandten Enden der Schenkel 18.1 und 18.2 eingeführt werden und die Bolzen 21.1 und 21.2 entgegen der Federkraft der entsprechenden Druckfedern 19 auseinandergedrückt werden, bis der Haltebügel 16 sich vom Nutboden 14.1 um die Höhendifferenz der Nut 14 abgehoben hat und die separate Baugruppe damit entgegen der Pfeilrichtung aus der Ausnehmung 5 der Kontakthalterung 1 gezogen werden kann.The FIG. 3 shows in a further sectional side view of the contact holder 1 with inserted contact housing 6. Claims (15)

  1. A contact unit for change-over switching between winding taps of a regulating winding of a tapped transformer, comprising
    - at least one receiving means (2);
    - a contact mount (1), which is arranged and mechanically fixable at the at least one receiving means (2) and in which a recess (5) is provided;
    - a contact element (7), which is constructed of an electrically conductive material;
    - a separate contact housing (6), in which the contact element (7) is accommodated such that the contact element (7) and the contact housing (6) form a separate module;
    characterized in that
    - the contact housing (6) inclusive of the contact element (7) is inserted and fixedly mounted by means of a holding element (8) in the recess (5).
  2. The contact unit according to the previous claim wherein
    - the contact housing (6) is constructed as a receptacle, which is formed to be open on two opposite sides, namely on a front side (6.1) and on a back side (6.2), and which has a flange-type shielding ring (9) in the area of the front side (6.1) at the outer circumference of the contact housing (6).
  3. The contact unit according to one of the previous claims wherein
    - the contact housing (6) provides spring retainers (10.1 10.2) at an upper side (6.3) and/or at a lower side (6.4), respectively, for spring-mounting the contact element (7).
  4. The contact unit according to claim 3 wherein
    - the respective spring retainer (10.1; 10.2) penetrates the upper side (6.3) and/or the lower side (6.4) of the contact housing (6); and
    - a compression spring (11.1; 11.2) is arranged in each case between contact element (7) and corresponding spring retainer (10.1; 10.2).
  5. The contact unit according to one of the claims 3 or 4 wherein
    - the spring retainer (10.1) has a groove (14) with a groove bottom (14.1) and a wedge-shaped ramp (15).
  6. The contact unit according to one of the previous claims wherein
    - the holding element (8) is formed to be U-shaped and has a retaining bracket (16) and limbs (18.1 and 18.2).
  7. The contact unit according to the previous claim wherein
    - the limbs (18.1; 18.2) are formed to be hollow.
  8. The contact unit according to claim 5 and one of the claims 6 or 7 wherein
    - the retaining bracket (16) is formed to engage into the groove (14) in a form-locking and contact-closing manner in the locked state of the separate module.
  9. The contact unit according to one of the claims 6 to 8 wherein
    - a compression spring (19.1; 19.2) is provided in each of the limbs (18.1; 18.2) of the holding element (8), which compression spring (19.1; 19.2) in each case interacts with a bolt (21.1; 21.2) provided at a cover (20) in such a manner that the cover (20), which is fixedly mounted in the contact mount (1) by means of fixing bolts (22.1; 22.2), compresses the respective compression spring (19.1; 19.2) with its bolts (21.1; 21.2) using a defined preload and thus presses the retaining bracket (16) into the groove (14).
  10. The contact unit according to one of the previous claims wherein
    - a slot (12) is provided in the contact element (7), into which slot (12) a pin (13) engages, which is fixedly arranged at the contact housing (6).
  11. The contact unit according to one of the previous claims wherein
    - the contact element (7) is constructed as a blade contact (7.1...7.4) consisting of a plurality of individual contacts, which contact element (7) projects longitudinally to both sides beyond the contact housing (6).
  12. The contact unit according to claim 1 wherein
    - the contact mount (1) has at least one aperture (3) into which the receiving means (2) is receivable.
  13. The contact unit according to the previous claim wherein
    - the receiving means (2) is constructed as a pultruded rod or made of laminated paper or of laminated fabric.
  14. The contact unit according to claim 12 wherein
    - the recess (5) of the contact mount (1) is arranged between and/or laterally adjacent to the apertures (3).
  15. Use of the contact unit according to one of the previous claims in a tap selector or in an off-circuit tap-changer.
