Definitions
- the present invention relates to the technical field of devices for winding and unwinding a link such as a cable, a pipe, an optical fiber or the like.
- each set is attached to the mandrel by their proximal ends and extend radially from the mandrel.
- the distal ends of the arms of each set are attached to a respective ferrule for reinforcing the structure of the coil.
- each ferrule is generally composed of several sectors A1, A2 in the form of a portion of a circle and whose juxtaposition makes it possible to obtain the ferrule.
- the fact that the ferrule is composed of several juxtaposed sectors reduces the clutter of the coil once it disassembled.
- Each sector A1, A2 is composed of a curved tubular A3 spar.
- the spar A3 comprises an opening A4 at one of its ends, and a tongue A5 at the other of its ends.
- Each sector A1, A2 may also comprise two brackets A6, A7 integral with the beam A3, and extending for example on the convex side of the beam A3, in the vicinity of each of its ends.
- the tongue A5 of a beam A3 is intended to be plugged into the opening A4 of an adjacent beam A3.
- the two spars A3 are fixed to each other, for example by screwing a screw A8 through holes A9 , possibly threaded, brackets next to the side rails A3 adjacent.
- a disadvantage of this type of coil is that the establishment of the last sector of a ferrule is difficult to implement. Indeed and as illustrated in figure 2 , it is necessary to apply a force on the ferrule tending to pivot - along an axis perpendicular to the axis of symmetry A10 of the ferrule - the last two sectors A1, A2 to fit to insert the tongue A5 of the last sector in the A4 opening of the adjacent sector.
- This force applied to the shell can induce its torsion, and thus a variation of the spacings of the arms of the sets relative to each other.
- Another disadvantage of this type of coil relates to the difficulties of alignment of the sectors of the shell relative to each other. Indeed, this type of coil does not allow to make ferrules having the shape of a perfect circle in which the outer faces of the successive sectors are perfectly adjusted. This is especially true for coils of large diameter (i.e. greater than or equal to 2 meters). However, such quality of alignment of the outer faces of the adjacent sectors is necessary to limit the risk of degradation of the link to wind / unroll the coil during the rotation thereof.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a coil for overcoming at least one of the aforementioned drawbacks.
- the "width" of the guide element will be defined relative to a first dimension parallel to the axis of rotation of the coil and to the junction plane of the adjacent sectors.
- the "height” of the guide element will be defined relative to a second dimension parallel to a radial direction of the coil (ie a second dimension perpendicular to the axis of rotation and parallel to the junction plane).
- the "length" of the guide element will be defined relative to a third dimension parallel to a direction of movement of the guide element between the retracted and unhooked positions.
- each spar can have different shapes.
- each spar may be circular, square or rectangular in section.
- the coil comprises at least one end sector including the retractable guide element. This limits the deformation of the ferrule during the establishment of the last sector, namely the final sector.
- each ferrule comprises a single final sector, the other sectors being of the type of the prior art (that is to say including a spar provided with a fixed tongue intended to be plugged into a spar d an adjacent area).
- each sector of a ferrule is a final sector.
- each sector of a ferrule comprises a retractable guiding element.
- a width of the guide element - according to the first dimension parallel to the axis of rotation and to the junction plane - may be greater than or equal to the distance along the first dimension between the inner faces of the adjacent spars, so that the guide member comes into contact with the inner faces of the adjacent longitudinal members in the first dimension when said guide member is in the disengaged position.
- the width of the retractable guide element is adapted to the spacing between the inner faces of the spar according to the first dimension. This allows lateral alignment of the adjacent sectors with respect to each other. Thus, in the case of longitudinal members of square or rectangular section, this ensures a good quality of the adjustment of the external lateral faces (ie sides of the longitudinal members extending in planes perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the coil ) side members of adjacent sectors.
- a height of the guide element - in the second dimension parallel to a radial direction of the coil - is greater than or equal to the distance along the second dimension between the inner faces of the adjacent spars, so that the element guide means engages in the second dimension with the inner faces of the adjacent beams when said guide member is in the disengaged position.
- Radially aligning the sectors constituting the shell makes it possible to obtain a shell whose center of gravity is located on the axis of the coil, which facilitates its rotation and avoids any untimely variations in its angular velocity. when the coil is moving.
- the guide member comprises a gripping member for applying a force to induce movement of the guide member between the retracted position and the disengaged position.
- a gripping member for applying a force to induce movement of the guide member between the retracted position and the disengaged position.
- the means for the application of a force comprise for example a lug extending projecting from an opening in the spar of the final sector.
- This tab may comprise a coupling element - such as a through opening or a bore - intended to cooperate with a clamping element - such as a threaded rod or a screw and a nut - connected to a support piece fixed to the adjacent sector, the tightening of the clamping element inducing the application of a stress on adjacent sectors tending to maintain the side members of the adjacent sectors abut against each other. This ensures good abutment contact between two adjacent sectors.
- a coupling element - such as a through opening or a bore - intended to cooperate with a clamping element - such as a threaded rod or a screw and a nut - connected to a support piece fixed to the adjacent sector
- the guide element may be composed of several cooperating parts to form the guide element. This facilitates the introduction of the guide element in the spar of the final sector.
- the guide element is composed of several parts allows to insert it into an opening in the spar of the final sector, the dimensions of the opening being smaller than the dimensions of the guide member a once this one assembled.
- the guide member may for example comprise one (or more) retractable blade (s) extending (each) generally in a plane parallel to the axis of rotation when the guide member is in the disengaged position.
- the width of the blade according to the first dimension is greater than or equal to the distance between the inner faces of the adjacent beams according to the first dimension. This ensures lateral alignment of adjacent sectors of the shell.
- the guide member may also comprise at least one retractable plate extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the plane of the blade, the plate and / or the blade including insertion means to allow insertion of the blade into the plate.
- the insertion means consist of a slot formed in the plate, and intended to receive the retractable blade.
- the insertion means consist of a slot formed in the blade, and intended to receive the plate.
- the insertion means comprises a first slot in the blade and a second slot in the plate, the slots extending over only a portion of the blade and the plate.
- the insertion means allow to maintain the position of the blade relative to the plate.
- the plate may extend generally in a plane substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation when said guide member is in the disengaged position.
- the height of the plate according to the second dimension is then greater than or equal to the distance between the internal faces of the adjacent spars according to the second dimension.
- the retractable plate may be U-shaped so as to constitute two branches extending in parallel planes and each including a slot. This ensures angular blocking of adjacent sectors. This limits the risk of kinking the ferrule.
- the position of the (or) blade (s) relative to the (or) plate (s) can be chosen so as to benefit from the elastic properties of the side walls of the longitudinal members.
- the blade and the plate can be arranged so that the blade extends in a plane between 1/3 and 2/3 of the height of the plate when the guide element is assembled.
- the position of the (or) plate (s) relative to the (or) blade (s) can be chosen so as to benefit from the elastic properties of the upper and lower walls of the longitudinal members.
- the blade and the plate can be arranged so that the plate extends in a plane between 1/10 and 1/3 of the width of the blade when the guide element is assembled.
- the guide element of a sector may comprise at least four support points intended to come into contact with distinct internal faces of an adjacent sector spar when the guide element is in the disengaged position.
- fuller means a continuous surface of the guide element intended to come into contact with an inner face of an adjacent sector spar.
- the guide element comprises six points of support intended to come into contact with the inner faces of the adjacent sector spar in the disengaged position. This allows on the one hand to ensure proper alignment of adjacent sectors and on the other hand to limit the risk of twisting adjacent sectors.
- the coil also includes a support 40 extending between the side arm assemblies 20 to form a bearing surface of the link.
- the mandrel 10 has two opposite circular faces 11, 12 and a side face. In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 3 and 4 the mandrel 10 has a cylindrical bearing surface. More specifically, the mandrel 10 is a disk of thickness adapted to the link to be wound / unrolled.
- the mandrel 10 may comprise a tube extending along its axis of revolution and forming the axis of rotation 13 of the coil 1.
- the mandrel 10 may comprise threaded rods mounted at the periphery of each circular face 11, 12 to allow the attachment of the lateral arm assemblies 20 using for example nuts. These threaded rods can be secured to the mandrel 10 or be fixed to the mandrel 10, for example by screwing into threaded through openings formed in the mandrel 10.
- Each arm assembly 20 has a plurality of arms 21 extending radially from the mandrel 10. These arms 21 are for example metal. In the embodiment illustrated in Figures 3 and 4 the coil 1 comprises thirty arms 21.
- Each arm 21 comprises a proximal end 22 close to the mandrel 10 and a distal end 23 remote from the mandrel 10.
- the arms 21 are coupled to the mandrel 10 by their proximal ends 22.
- the distal ends 23 of the arms 21 of each arm assembly 20 are attached to a respective ferrule 30 illustrated in FIG. figure 3 .
- This ferrule may be metallic.
- the ferrule 30 reinforces the structure of the coil.
- Each ferrule 30 is composed of a plurality of sectors 31 in a portion of a circle and whose juxtaposition makes it possible to obtain the ferrule 30.
- the fact that the ferrule 30 is composed of several juxtaposable sectors makes it possible to reduce the bulk of the coil. once this one dismounted.
- the coil may for example comprise ten sectors 31 in the form of a portion of a circle.
- Each sector 31 makes it possible to connect distal ends 23 of three successive arms 21, the different sectors 31 being juxtaposed and fixed together to form the ferrule 30.
- each sector 31 comprises a curved tubular spar 310, for example of rectangular section.
- One of the ends of the sector 31 comprises a support piece 311 fixed on an outer face of the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310.
- the other end of the sector 31 comprises a retractable guide element 312, 313 - which will be described in more detail later.
- the support piece 311 is intended to be connected to the guide element 312, 313 of an adjacent sector by means of a clamping element - such as a screw 314 associated with a nut 315 - making it possible to fix together two adjacent sectors.
- a clamping element - such as a screw 314 associated with a nut 315 - making it possible to fix together two adjacent sectors.
- the clamping of the support piece 311 and the guide element 312, 313 through the clamping element 314, 315 makes it possible to apply a tangential stress on the adjacent sectors tending to maintain the longitudinal members 310 of the adjacent sectors 31 abutting against each other.
- the base 3110 comprises two holes 3114 to allow attachment of the support piece 311 on the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310.
- the attachment portion 3112 comprises a light 3115, possibly threaded for the passage of the clamping element 314 , 315 to join the support piece 311 and the guide element 312, 313 of the adjacent sector.
- the retractable guide element 312, 313 allows the holding in position - particularly laterally - of adjacent sectors.
- the guide element is intended to be inserted at the end of the spar opposite the end on which the support piece 311 is fixed.
- the guide element 312, 313 is composed of two separate parts cooperating with each other. Specifically, the guide member 312,313 includes a first piece 312 and a second piece 313 to be assembled to form the guide member.
- the width and the height of the the guide element - once the component parts have been assembled - may be greater than or equal to the distance between the inner faces of the side walls of the spar on the one hand, and the distance between the inner faces of the upper and lower walls 3100 respectively 3102 of the spar 310 on the other hand.
- the first piece 312 is inserted at the tubular end of the spar, while the second piece 313 is inserted through an opening 3103 formed in the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310, and whose width is a function of the width. of the second room 313.
- this width of the opening 3103 formed in the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310 is smaller than the distance between the inner faces of the side walls 3101 of the spar 310. This makes it possible not to weaken the spar 310.
- This blade portion 3120 (extending outwards in the disengaged position) is intended to penetrate inside a spar 310 of an adjacent sector 31 during the assembly of the different sectors 31 to form the ferrule 30.
- the end of the blade portion - extending outwardly of the spar in the disengaged position - includes a bevel 3121 so as to facilitate its insertion into the spar of the adjacent sector.
- the width of the retractable blade 3120 is greater than or equal to the distance between the inner faces of the side walls 3101 of the spar 310. This makes it possible to ensure lateral alignment of the adjacent sectors 31 of the ferrule 30.
- the blade 3120 is preferably intended to be positioned at a distance from the lower wall of the spar of between 1/3 and 2/3 of the distance between the inner faces of the upper and lower walls. lower spar. This makes it possible to increase the tolerances relative to the width of the blade by taking advantage in particular of the bending phenomenon of the side walls of the spar.
- the first piece 312 also comprises a tongue 3122 extending perpendicularly to the blade 3120 and including a ramp 3123 at its free end.
- This ramp 3123 is for example a return obtained by folding.
- the blade 3120 and the tongue 3122 are in one piece. They are obtained by folding and cutting a metal plate. The technical effects associated with the language and the ramp will be described in more detail in the section entitled "Principle of Operation”.
- the second part of the guide element comprises a retractable plate 3130, possibly with a slot 3131.
- the slot 3131 of the retractable plate 3130 is intended to receive the blade 3120 of the first part 312 to ensure a locking of the first piece 312 in the second room 313.
- the second part 313 is movable in the direction of displacement D between the retracted and unhooked positions. In the disengaged position, a portion of the plate 3130 extends outside the spar 310, at the end of the spar 310.
- the plate portion 3130 extending outwards in the disengaged position is intended to penetrate inside a spar 310 of an adjacent sector 31 during the assembly of the different sectors 31 to form the ferrule 30.
- the end of the plate portion 3130 may include a bevel 3132 to facilitate its insertion into the spar 310 of the adjacent sector 31.
- the height of the retractable plate 3130 is preferably greater than or equal to the distance between the inner faces of the upper and lower walls of the beam 310. This makes it possible to ensure radial alignment of the adjacent sectors during assembly of the shell.
- the retractable plate 3130 may be U-shaped so as to constitute two branches extending in parallel planes and each including a slot 3131. This makes it possible to ensure angular locking of the adjacent sectors during assembly of the shell 30 .
- the blade 3120 of the first piece 312 is intended to be plugged into the slots 3131. This ensures better retention in position of the blade 3120.
- the second piece 313 also comprises a tab 3133 extending substantially in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the retractable plate (or to the plane of the branches of the retractable plate).
- the second piece 313 is intended to be positioned in the spar 310 so that the tab 3133 extends outside the spar through the opening 3103 formed in the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310.
- This lug 3133 allows a user to move the guide member 312, 313 in translation.
- the tab 3133 comprises a hole 3135, possibly tapped, for the passage of the clamping element 314, 315 to join the support piece 311 and the guide element 312, 313 of the adjacent sector.
- the lug may comprise one (or more) rims forming a (or) fin (s) 3134 to increase its rigidity so as to limit the risk of bending of the lug during screwing of the clamping element 314, 315.
- each fin 3134 extends in a plane perpendicular to the tab, the fins being located at the peripheral edges of the tab.
- the length and dimensions of the fins 3134 and their spacing are provided so that the fins 3134 of the guide member abut against the hooking portion 3112 when the guide member 312, 313 is in the disengaged position. This provides a mechanical support between the guide member and the support piece 311 when tightening the clamping element. The formation of this mechanical support avoids the risk of pivoting of the guide element (312, 313) during tightening of the clamping element.
- the guide element comprises a groove 3136 to allow the passage of the rebates 3134 and the plate 3130 on either side of the upper wall 3100 of the spar when the guide element is moved between the position retracted and unobstructed.
- this step may induce a twisting of the ferrule due to efforts to be applied on the shell to allow the passage of the tongue in the opening of the adjacent sector.
- the use of a retractable guiding element makes it possible to limit this risk. Indeed, in the retracted position, the guide member is fully included in the spar of its associated sector so that it does not exceed the end of the spar. Thus, the two adjacent sectors can be assembled by contacting the ends of the adjacent spars and moving them relative to one another along a junction plane so as to align them with each other. other.
- the guide member 312, 313 is positioned at a spar end 310 of one of the adjacent sectors 31. Specifically, the guide member 312, 313 is installed at end of the spar 310 having an opening 3103 formed in its upper wall 3100 ( figure 4 ).
- the second piece 313 is inserted at the opening 3103 formed in the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310. More specifically, the second piece is inserted so that the tab 3133 extends through the opening 3103 formed in the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310 ( figure 5 ).
- the first piece 312 is inserted at the tubular end of the spar 310. This first piece 312 is inserted so that the tongue 3122 is furthest from the end of the spar and extends through the opening 3103 formed in the upper wall 3100 of the spar 310 ( figure 6 ).
- the blade 3120 of the first piece 312 is inserted into the slots 3131 of the second piece 313 until the tongue - in particular the return obtained by folding - comes into abutment against the lug 3133 of the second piece ( figure 7 ).
- the guide element is then in the retracted position.
- a second step is to assemble the adjacent spars.
- the ends of the adjacent spars are aligned relative to one another so that their ends are in contact along a joining plane ( figure 8 ).
- the guide element 312, 313 is then moved in translation towards the junction plane of the longitudinal members until the ramp comes into abutment against the edge of the opening 3103, thus ensuring the locking of the first part and its maintaining in position in the spar.
- the guiding element thus moves from the retracted position to the disengaged position so that the guiding element extends on either side of the junction plane of the adjacent sectors ( figure 9 ).
- the clamping member 314, 315 is installed between the support piece 311 and the tab 3133 of the second piece 313.
- the sectors of a shell are all identical and include in particular a retractable guide element.
- each ferrule could comprise a single sector including a retractable guide element as described above, the other sectors being of the type described with reference to the prior art (i.e. spar including a tongue).
- the sector including the retractable guide element will advantageously be assembled to the other sectors last to avoid the risk of deformation of the ferrule during the establishment of the last sector.

Each sector A1, A2 is composed of a curved tubular A3 spar. The spar A3 comprises an opening A4 at one of its ends, and a tongue A5 at the other of its ends. Each sector A1, A2 may also comprise two brackets A6, A7 integral with the beam A3, and extending for example on the convex side of the beam A3, in the vicinity of each of its ends.
The tongue A5 of a beam A3 is intended to be plugged into the opening A4 of an adjacent beam A3. Once the tongue A5 of a spar A3 nested in the opening A3 of the adjacent spar A3, the two spars A3 are fixed to each other, for example by screwing a screw A8 through holes A9 , possibly threaded, brackets next to the side rails A3 adjacent.

- each set of arms has a symmetry of revolution about an axis of rotation of the mandrel,
- the spacing between the proximal ends (ie close to the mandrel) of the arm assemblies is constant, and
- the distance between the distal ends (ie remote from the mandrel) of the arm assemblies is constant.
Another disadvantage of this type of coil relates to the difficulties of alignment of the sectors of the shell relative to each other.
Finally, the use of a tongue combined with the brackets does not recover twisting problems of the side members, following the rolling of the coil.
Thus, at present, there is no satisfactory way to allow assembly of the ferrules of a coil not inducing deformation thereof.
An object of the present invention is to provide a coil for overcoming at least one of the aforementioned drawbacks.
- a central mandrel comprising two opposite faces perpendicular to an axis of rotation of the coil,
- two sets of arms each mounted on a respective opposite face of the central mandrel,
- two ferrules, each ferrule being attached to the distal ends of the arms of a respective arm assembly, each ferrule comprising a plurality of ferrule portion shaped sectors, each sector including a tubular spar,
- a tubular spar intended to abut against a tubular spar of an adjacent sector along a junction plane passing through the axis of rotation of the spool,
- a retractable guide element, said guide element being able to move perpendicularly to the junction plane between:
- A retracted position where the guide element extends inside the spar of the final sector, and
- ▪ an unobstructed position where the guiding element extends partially outside the spar of the final sector to maintain in position the final sector and the adjacent sector relative to each other.
In the remainder of this description, the "width" of the guide element will be defined relative to a first dimension parallel to the axis of rotation of the coil and to the junction plane of the adjacent sectors. The "height" of the guide element will be defined relative to a second dimension parallel to a radial direction of the coil (ie a second dimension perpendicular to the axis of rotation and parallel to the junction plane). Finally, the "length" of the guide element will be defined relative to a third dimension parallel to a direction of movement of the guide element between the retracted and unhooked positions.
The spars can have different shapes. For example, each spar may be circular, square or rectangular in section.
In all cases, the coil comprises at least one end sector including the retractable guide element. This limits the deformation of the ferrule during the establishment of the last sector, namely the final sector.
In some embodiments, each ferrule comprises a single final sector, the other sectors being of the type of the prior art (that is to say including a spar provided with a fixed tongue intended to be plugged into a spar d an adjacent area).
In other embodiments, each sector of a ferrule is a final sector. In other words, each sector of a ferrule comprises a retractable guiding element.
Preferred but non-limiting aspects of the coil according to the invention are described below.
Advantageously, a width of the guide element - according to the first dimension parallel to the axis of rotation and to the junction plane - may be greater than or equal to the distance along the first dimension between the inner faces of the adjacent spars, so that the guide member comes into contact with the inner faces of the adjacent longitudinal members in the first dimension when said guide member is in the disengaged position.
Thus, the width of the retractable guide element is adapted to the spacing between the inner faces of the spar according to the first dimension.
Furthermore, a height of the guide element - in the second dimension parallel to a radial direction of the coil - is greater than or equal to the distance along the second dimension between the inner faces of the adjacent spars, so that the element guide means engages in the second dimension with the inner faces of the adjacent beams when said guide member is in the disengaged position. This ensures radial alignment of adjacent areas. Thus in the case of longitudinal members of square or rectangular section, this ensures a good quality of the adjustment of the upper outer faces (ie sides of the longitudinal members furthest from the axis of rotation of the coil) and lower (ie sides of the spars closest to the axis of rotation of the spool) of the side members of adjacent sectors.
Radially aligning the sectors constituting the shell makes it possible to obtain a shell whose center of gravity is located on the axis of the coil, which facilitates its rotation and avoids any untimely variations in its angular velocity. when the coil is moving.
Preferably, the guide member comprises a gripping member for applying a force to induce movement of the guide member between the retracted position and the disengaged position. This facilitates the establishment of the last sector by the user by providing a gripping element whose actuation induces the displacement of the guide element between the retracted and unobstructed positions. The means for the application of a force comprise for example a lug extending projecting from an opening in the spar of the final sector. This tab may comprise a coupling element - such as a through opening or a bore - intended to cooperate with a clamping element - such as a threaded rod or a screw and a nut - connected to a support piece fixed to the adjacent sector, the tightening of the clamping element inducing the application of a stress on adjacent sectors tending to maintain the side members of the adjacent sectors abut against each other. This ensures good abutment contact between two adjacent sectors.
The guide element may be composed of several cooperating parts to form the guide element. This facilitates the introduction of the guide element in the spar of the final sector. In particular, the fact that the guide element is composed of several parts allows to insert it into an opening in the spar of the final sector, the dimensions of the opening being smaller than the dimensions of the guide member a once this one assembled.
The guide member may for example comprise one (or more) retractable blade (s) extending (each) generally in a plane parallel to the axis of rotation when the guide member is in the disengaged position. In this case, the width of the blade according to the first dimension is greater than or equal to the distance between the inner faces of the adjacent beams according to the first dimension. This ensures lateral alignment of adjacent sectors of the shell.
The guide member may also comprise at least one retractable plate extending in a plane substantially perpendicular to the plane of the blade, the plate and / or the blade including insertion means to allow insertion of the blade into the plate. In one embodiment, the insertion means consist of a slot formed in the plate, and intended to receive the retractable blade. In another embodiment, the insertion means consist of a slot formed in the blade, and intended to receive the plate. In yet another embodiment, the insertion means comprises a first slot in the blade and a second slot in the plate, the slots extending over only a portion of the blade and the plate.
In all cases, the insertion means allow to maintain the position of the blade relative to the plate.
As will be described in more detail below, the plate may extend generally in a plane substantially perpendicular to the axis of rotation when said guide member is in the disengaged position. The height of the plate according to the second dimension is then greater than or equal to the distance between the internal faces of the adjacent spars according to the second dimension.
Advantageously, the retractable plate may be U-shaped so as to constitute two branches extending in parallel planes and each including a slot. This ensures angular blocking of adjacent sectors. This limits the risk of kinking the ferrule.
In the case of longitudinal members of square or rectangular section, the position of the (or) blade (s) relative to the (or) plate (s) can be chosen so as to benefit from the elastic properties of the side walls of the longitudinal members. In particular, the blade and the plate can be arranged so that the blade extends in a plane between 1/3 and 2/3 of the height of the plate when the guide element is assembled.
Similarly, the position of the (or) plate (s) relative to the (or) blade (s) can be chosen so as to benefit from the elastic properties of the upper and lower walls of the longitudinal members. In particular, the blade and the plate can be arranged so that the plate extends in a plane between 1/10 and 1/3 of the width of the blade when the guide element is assembled.
By taking advantage of the elasticity of the walls of the longitudinal members (lateral and / or upper and lower), it becomes possible to increase the tolerance on the dimensioning of the parts (for example the blade and the (or the) plate (s)) constituting the guide element.
Thus, the guide element of a sector may comprise at least four support points intended to come into contact with distinct internal faces of an adjacent sector spar when the guide element is in the disengaged position.
Within the scope of the present invention, the term "fulcrum" means a continuous surface of the guide element intended to come into contact with an inner face of an adjacent sector spar.

The second part of the guide element comprises a
The height of the
The
The
portion d'accrochage 3112.
- the length (in the direction of displacement of the guide element) of each
fin 3134 is smaller than the length of theplate 3130, and greater than the distance between theportion hook 3112 of the adjacent sector and the edge of theopening 3103 nearest the adjacent sector, and - the spacing between the
fins 3134 is provided less than the width (in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation of the coil) of the hookingportion 3112.
In this embodiment, the guide element comprises a
Indeed, during assembly of the ferrule, a difficult operation to implement relates to the interlocking of the tongue of a spar in the opening of an adjacent spar, this step may induce a twisting of the ferrule due to efforts to be applied on the shell to allow the passage of the tongue in the opening of the adjacent sector.
The use of a retractable guiding element makes it possible to limit this risk. Indeed, in the retracted position, the guide member is fully included in the spar of its associated sector so that it does not exceed the end of the spar. Thus, the two adjacent sectors can be assembled by contacting the ends of the adjacent spars and moving them relative to one another along a junction plane so as to align them with each other. other.
The principle of assembly of two adjacent sectors of the ferrule is as follows.
A second step is to assemble the adjacent spars.
The two adjacent sectors are then assembled.
The reader will have understood that many modifications can be made to the reel described above without physically going out of the new teachings and advantages described here.
For example, in the foregoing description, the sectors of a shell are all identical and include in particular a retractable guide element.
Alternatively, each ferrule could comprise a single sector including a retractable guide element as described above, the other sectors being of the type described with reference to the prior art (i.e. spar including a tongue). In this case, the sector including the retractable guide element will advantageously be assembled to the other sectors last to avoid the risk of deformation of the ferrule during the establishment of the last sector.
Therefore, all such modifications are intended to be incorporated within the scope of the appended claims.
