Claims (8)

  1. Device for packaging a composition of the floral type characterised in that it comprises a folding sheet (1) forming a container interiorly integral with a second flexible sealed sheet (10) of lesser thickness and with a greater surface area than the folding sheet (1) for optimally maintaining a floral composition (14), said folding sheet (1) defining by folding a polygon base structure with foldable lateral peripheral walls (2), with each upper portion of the walls (2) of said foldable sheet (1) comprising means of retaining (4a) and (4b) and of guiding (5a) and (5b) a tie (7) for tightening, said foldable lateral peripheral walls (2) enclosing, during the tightening of the tie (7), the floral composition (14) with widening of the second flexible sealed sheet (10) giving the shape and the volume of the container with mouth (11) in the upper portion of the folded folding sheet (1).
  2. Device according to claim 1, wherein said means of retaining (4a) and (4b) and of guiding (5a) and (5b) a tie (7) for tightening are in the shape (3) of a "T".
  3. Device for packaging according to claim 2 wherein said means of retaining (4a) and (4b) and said means of guiding (5a) and (5b) have the shape (3) of a "T" as a mushroom formed, in the lower portion, of a foot (5) located at the periphery in the extension of each wall (2) of the external folding sheet (1) of the packaging (13) and, in the upper portion, of a hat (4) placed on the top of the foot (5) forming in each central corner (5A) and (5B) a right angle on either side of the upper portion of the foot (5) under the hat (4) of said shape (3) of a "T" forming the means of guiding (5a) and (5b) a tie (7) for tightening, and that said hat (4) has two parrot-beaked elastic ends (6a) and (6b) comprising the means of retaining (4a) and (4b) a tie (7) for tightening.
  4. Device for packaging according to claim 3 wherein the parrot-beaked elastic ends (6a) and (6b) of the hat (4) and the right angles in each central corner (5A) and (5B) at the upper portion of the foot (5) under the hat (4) of the shape (3) of a "T" as a mushroom defining a geometrical conformation with the action of the tightening of a tie (7), able to simultaneously fold the walls (2) inwards evenly and in a balanced manner.
  5. Device for packaging according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the parrot-beaked elastic ends (6a) and (6b) of the hats (4) cooperate by folding at each end during the tightening of a tie (7) and represent, seen from above, a polygon (8) with equal segments, with the pressing of each one of the two adjacent elastic ends (6a) and (6b) resulting in a concave bending of each hat (4) for the optimised maintaining and the obtaining of the rigidity of the mouth (11) forming said polygon (8) with equal segments and concave faces (12).
  6. Device for packaging according to any of claims 3 to 5 wherein the hat (4) of the shape (3) of a "T" as a mushroom with parrot-beaked elastic ends (6a) and (6b), comprises a curved conformation at the upper and concave periphery, under the effect of the tightening of a tie (7), making it possible to accompany the second flexible sealed sheet (10), partially surrounded by the folding sheet (1), from the pinching base of the tie (7) to the upper portion, by harmonising the widening and the path of the folds (9) of said second sheet (10) in relation to the mouth (11) without mechanically deteriorating it or deteriorating its sealing properties.
  7. Method for packaging a floral composition comprising the following steps:
    - supplying of a packaging device (13) according to any of claims 1 to 6, preferably in a substantially flat condition,
    - putting into volume of the device for packaging, (13) and forming of the container by the folding of the foldable sheet (1) including the forming of a reservoir by the portion of the second sealed sheet (10) internal to the container,
    - filling with water of the reservoir of the packaging device (13),
    - inserting of stems of the floral composition (14) into the reservoir of water
    - supplying a tie (7) for tightening, and enclosing the floral composition (14) by the foldable peripheral walls, by tightening of the tie for tightening cooperating with said means of retaining (4a) and (4b) and of guiding (5a) and (5b) of a tie (7) for tightening, with creation of a widening of the second sealed sheet giving the shape and the volume of the container with mouth (11) in the upper portion of the folded folding sheet (1).
  8. Packaged floral composition obtained by implementing the method according to claim 7.
