- cluster 310 is connected by a cable 404 to endoscope 16, the cable serving to transfer power, control, and image signals to generators 302 in cluster 310 via circuit 314.
- Cluster 310 may be positioned in any convenient position, in theater 64, that has a clear line of sight to receivers 52. In one embodiment cluster 310 is placed on covering 26.
- system 300 and system 400 may be configured as a single system which is convertible, according to requirements of an operator of the system, between the configuration of system 300 and that of system 400.
