Abstract

La présente invention concerne une machine d'emballage de la surface verticale supérieure de charges (13) à l'aide d'un film étirable. La machine selon l'invention est dotée d'une unité de réglage de tension de film pivotante (22) raccordée à l'extrémité d'un arbre (6), ladite unité comprenant des rouleaux de pré-étirage (7A) dotés d'un moteur de pré-étirage (20), un rouleau avant (7B) contenant un bras doté d'un rouleau (7C), un cylindre pneumatique de réglage de tension (16) doté d'un capteur de déplacement analogue (17) et équipé d'un piston doté d'un aimant (16A), un régulateur de pression (18) et un changeur de fréquence (15) étant en outre fixés à un châssis de l'unité de support et de pré-étirage de film (23), le film déroulé de la bobine de film (7) étant mené entre les rouleaux de pré-étirage (7A), l'un étant raccordé à l'autre à l'aide d'une transmission (19) et l'un d'eux étant entraîné par un moteur de pré-étirage (20) puis le film étant mené autour du rouleau avant (7B) dont le bras pivote autour d'un centre de rotation et est doté du rouleau (7C), il est raccordé au piston doté de l'aimant (16A), qui est monté dans le cylindre pneumatique de réglage de tension (16), ce dernier étant doté du capteur de déplacement analogue (17) et le piston doté de l'aimant (16A) étant raccordé au régulateur de pression (18) et au changeur de fréquence (15), ledit changeur de fréquence (15) étant raccordé également au moteur de pré-étirage (20).
