Claims (4)

  1. Das Dachfenster oder der Ausstieg, gebaut aus einem Fensterrahmen und einem Flügel, die grundsätzlich einen rechteckigen Aufbau aufweisen, der aus zwei seitlichen Rahmenteilen, einem oberen Rahmenteil und einem unteren Rahmenteil, wobei der Flügel und der Fensterrahmen durch kippbare Scharniere im oberen Teil des Fensters oder des Ausstiegs und/oder durch drehbare Scharniere in seinem Mittelteil miteinander verbunden sind, sowie aus einem Verriegelungsmechanismus für den Flügel besteht, wobei der Verriegelungsmechanismus ein Betriebselement (1) hat, das parallel zum oberen Rahmenteil und zum unteren Flügel ist; dieses Betriebselement (1) ist scharnierweise mit Hilfe von zwei Rahmen (5) befestigt, und zwar am ersten Zapfen (3) an die seitlichen Rahmenteile (4) des Flügels; der Verriegelungsmechanismus besitzt zwei symmetrische Blockadebaugruppen (2), die an den seitlichen Rahmenteilen des Fensterrahmens befestigt sind, wo jede Blockadebaugruppe (2) mit einer Lenkeinrichtung (7) ausgerüstet, die in Bezug auf die seitlichen Rahmenteile des Fensterrahmens beweglich ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Blockadebaugruppe (2) mit einem Stift (9) zusammenarbeitet, und blockiert der ihre Drehbewegung blockiert und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Position des Fensters oder des geschlossenen Ausstiegs, die Buchse (10) der Lenkeinrichtung (7) mit dem Blockierstift (6) an den Rahmen (5) des Betriebselements (1) zusammenarbeitet und sie blockiert.
  2. Das Dachfenster oder der Ausstieg mit dem Verriegelungsmechanismus für den Flügel des Ausstiegs oder des Dachfensters nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Position des Ausstiegs oder des geschlossenen Fensters das Betriebselement (1) mit den Blockadebaugruppen (2) so zusammenarbeitet, dass sich der Blockierstift (6) in der Buchse (10) der Lenkeinrichtung (7) befindet.
  3. Das Dachfenster oder der Ausstieg mit dem Verriegelungsmechanismus für den Flügel des Ausstiegs oder des Dachfensters nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich in der Position des Ausstiegs oder des offenen Fensters der Blockierstift (6) außerhalb der Buchse (10) der Lenkeinrichtung (7) befindet.
  4. Das Dachfenster oder der Ausstieg mit dem Verriegelungsmechanismus für den Flügel des Ausstiegs oder des Dachfensters nach Anspruch 1, oder 2, oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lenkeinrichtung (7) mit einer Feder verbunden ist, die sie in der entriegelten Position positioniert.
