Abstract
The invention solves problem of the construction which would assure easy and safe transport and assembly as well as continuous tablet position regulation while maintaining stable position of these devices in all phases of assembly. Workshop trolley characterized in that the bearing wall (5) of the frame rack (Γ) is equipped with assembly segment (9 ) which has a rotating base (16) with gripping element (17), hinged arm (18) and shaped attachment (19) for a tablet (15), wherein bearing wall (5) ends with slanting bracket (6), which has photovoltaic cell (7) and LED lamp (8) lighting. Moreover it contains user personalization reader (10), power unit (11) and accumulators' pack (12).
Description
Workshop trolley
The subject of invention is workshop trolley dedicated especially to manual transport. It is equipped with the tablet and audiovisual devices assembly unit.
From description of invention no. PL 208124 we know shelf trolley for management of storage places in a shelf, having suspension system provided with at least one propulsion engine and rolling wheels. Moreover it has lifting unit which is supplied with supporting rollers also with raised and lowered lifting panel, where suspension system and lifting system are connected with the help of susceptible coupling, which makes a device for angular displacement between suspension system and lifting system around horizontal and/or vertical rotational axis.
From description of invention no. PL193879 we know manual handled transport trolley with warded lock and with at least one device which runs on electric power, placed outside the warded lock. This device is powered by electrical circuit, by source of electricity coming from transport trolley.
So far we know different types of regulation units and systems allowing geometrical positioning of each element assembled in suspension devices, periodically supporting them.
From description of invention WO 2011/099999 we know mounting system of displaying device and regulated assembly system in wide range of selective setting and direction of attached audiovisual device.
From the description of invention no. US 2009039212 we know solution in which has adjustment features in relation to vertical axis and tilt assembly relatively to the horizontal axis. The set is fixed on a hinge of vertical
rotational axis, which ensures its relatively free angular movement. However, no possibility of permanently locking of position can be an impediment during every day usage. The problem with correct setting of the angle position can occur when no vertical rotational axis is provided. In case of the angle of inclination relatively to the horizontal axis regulation, such protection was necessary and is in the form of set screw. The attachment elements of flat screen TV allow number of such receivers and are fully universal. The whole is too bulky set and doesn't provide easy assembly.
From the description of invention no. PL 215055 we know attachment of flat screens, mounted on standing bases, especially of plasma or liquid crystal TVs. Horizontal element mounted to the basis is constituted of bar of metal angle form, wherein one of longitudinal arms of metal angle is inclined at an obtuse angle relatively to the second longitudinal beam arm mounted to a base. Mounted to the screen two brackets equipped with open cutout on its bottom ends. Cutouts are inclined by the same angle as inclined arm of the bar.
The purpose of invention is developing reliable and at the same time easy to transport and assembly system, as well as easy to position the tablet.
The essence of the workshop trolley, according to the invention, is that bearing wall of metal rack is supplied with assembly segment, which has rotating basis with gripping element, hinged arm and shaped attachment ( for a tablet, wherein bearing wall ends with slanting bracket, which has photovoltaic cell and LED lamp lighting. Moreover it contains user personalization reader, power unit and pack of accumulators.
Solution according to the invention allows the workshop trolley to move smoothly and satisfies the optimal stabilization parameters in selected areas and assures ease and safety of installation and continuous adjustment and positioning of the tablet while maintaining stable position of the device in all phases of assembly.
The solution in compliance with invention is visualized in the installation example on the figure. Fig. 1 shows workshop trolley from the front perspective, Fig. 2 shows workshop trolley from the side perspective, Fig.3 shows tablet assembly segment from front perspective and Fig. 4 shows tablet assembly segment from the side perspective.
Workshop trolley, has a frame rack 1 with working table top 2, where pillars of frame rack 1 are equipped with wheels 3 supplied with blocking feet 4;_Steel rack 1 is made of high quality shaped profiles of steel sheet. In the back part it has bearing wall 5_made of perforated sheet ending with slanting bracket 6, which has photovoltaic cell 7 and LED lamp 8 lighting. Moreover the bearing wall 5 of the frame rack 1 is equipped with rotating assembly segment 9 as well as user personalization reader 10, power unit 11 and accumulators pack 12. The frame rack 1 has a unit of drawers 13 and a niche with door 14. Assembly segment 9 is especially dedicated to placing a tablet 15 and has a rotating base 16 with gripping element 17, hinged arm 18 and shaped attachment 19. On the shaped attachment 19 there is a tablet 15.

Patent claim
Workshop trolley, having a mobile unit adjusted to manual handling and a rack with a working table and back bearing wall made of perforated metal sheet, characterized in that the bearing wall (5) of the frame rack (1) is equipped with assembly segment (9 ) which has a rotating base (16} with gripping element (17), hinged arm (18) and shaped attachment (19) for a tablet (15), wherein bearing wall (5} ends with slanting bracket (6), which has photovoltaic cell (7} and LED lamp (8} lighting. Moreover it contains user personalization reader (10), power unit (11) and accumulators' pack (12).
