Claims (6)

  1. Verfahren zur Bildung von Filtertaschen (1) für Infusionsmaterial, umfassend die Phase zum Schneiden einer kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4), die Dosen (2) aus Infusionsmaterial enthält, in Hüllenabschnitte (P) und die Phase zum Bilden einer Doppelkammertasche (1) durch ein Faltmittel (G) und ein Greifermittel (14), wobei das Bilden der Doppelkammertasche durch ein W-Falten eines Randes (10) jedes Hüllenabschnitts (P) und ein Umfalten des Hüllenabschnitts (P) in zwei im Wesentlichen gleiche Teile (P1, P2) bewirkt wird, wobei jedes der Teile (P1, P2) eine relative Dosis (2) enthält, wobei der Hüllenabschnitt (P) durch das Schneiden während der W-Faltung des dazwischenliegenden Randes (10) und während des Umfaltens der Teile (P1, P2) des Hüllenabschnitts (P) definiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die kontinuierliche rohrförmige Hülle (4) vor der Schneidephase und der Hüllenabschnitt (P) während der nachfolgenden W- und Umfaltephasen durch ein Haltemittel (11, 12, T; 17, 18) fest und kontinuierlich gehalten werden,
    wobei das Haltemittel Presselemente (11, 12) umfasst, die bewegbar und über sowohl der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) vor dem Schneiden als auch dem Hüllenabschnitt (P), der durch das Schneiden definiert ist, positioniert sind, und die mit gegenüberliegenden Klauen (15, 16) des Greifermittels (14) zusammenwirken, die bewegbar und unterhalb sowohl der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) vor dem Schneiden als auch dem Hüllenabschnitt (P), der durch das Schneiden definiert ist, positioniert sind.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die Phase zum Bewirken der W-Faltung eines Randes (10) jedes Abschnitts (P) der Hülle (4) vor der Schneidephase eines Hüllenabschnitts (P) von der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) beginnt.
  3. Einheit (U) zum Bilden von Filtertaschen (1) für Infusionsmaterial, mit einem Schneidemittel (6, 7) zum Schneiden einer kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4), die Dosen (2) des Infusionsmaterials enthält, in Hüllenabschnitte (P), einem Faltemittel (G), das zum Bewirken einer W-Faltung eines dazwischenliegenden Randes (10) jedes der Abschnitte (P) und ein Umfalten in zwei im Wesentlichen gleiche Teile (P1, P2) des Hüllenabschnitts (P) geeignet ist, wobei jedes der Teile (P1, P2) eine relative Dosis (2) enthält, und einem Greifmittel (14) zum Bilden einer Doppelkammertasche (1);
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit (U) ein Haltemittel (11,12, T; 17, 18) umfasst, das zum festen und kontinuierlichen Halten der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) vor dem Schneiden und des Hüllenabschnitts (P), der durch das Schneiden während der W-Faltung des dazwischenliegenden Randes (10) und während des Umfaltens der Teile (P1, P2) des Hüllenabschnitts (P) definiert ist, um eine Tasche mit einer Doppelkammerkonfiguration zu bilden, geeignet ist, wobei das Haltemittel Presselemente (11, 12) umfasst, die bewegbar und über sowohl der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) vor dem Schneiden als auch dem Hüllabschnitt (P), der durch das Schneiden definiert ist, positioniert sind, und die mit gegenüberliegenden Klauen (15, 16) des Greifmittels (14) zusammenwirken, die bewegbar sind und unterhalb sowohl der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) vor dem Schneiden als auch dem Hüllabschnitt (P), der durch das Schneiden definiert ist, positioniert sind.
  4. Einheit nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presselemente (11, 12) des Haltemittels und die gegenüberliegenden Klauen (15, 16) zusammenwirken, um die Enden sowohl der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) als auch des Hüllenabschnitts (P) zu blockieren.
  5. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden gegenüberliegenden Klauen (15, 16) des Greifermittels (14) schwenkbar und zur Bewegung zu und weg voneinander konfiguriert sind, wobei die beiden Klauen (15, 16) jeweils einen Rand (17, 18) an ihrem freien oberen Ende aufweisen.
  6. Einheit nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Presselemente (11, 12), die sich von der kontinuierlichen rohrförmigen Hülle (4) und dem Hüllenabschnitt (P) weg und zu diesen hin bewegen, zum Zusammenwirken mit jedem der Ränder (17, 18) zum Blockieren der Enden sowohl der Hülle (4) als auch des Hüllabschnitts (P) geeignet sind.
