Definitions
- the invention relates to a connection profile for plaster adjacent components, for example, for window or door frames, with a base profile which is attached to a support foot on the component and having a retaining web, wherein the base profile in the installation situation of a holding web of the base profile, from the holding and formed in part by the adjacent component limited, forms a substantially U-shaped receiving space for an expanding sealing element.
- a sealing strip for adhering to a frame part has become known, in which the foam strip is arranged in the compressed state closed in a substantially U-shaped channel of the sealing strip.
- the channel is closed in the direction of the built-in part by a dimensionally stable cover strip, which is held on the edge in a releasable form-fitting engagement connection with the end region of the channel walls.
- the dimensionally stable cover strip can be removed with the aid of a film passing through the engagement compound after installation of the sealing strip, so that the sealing strip is released and deployed between the base of the sealing strip and connected to the mounting part by an adhesive strip, dimensionally stable cover strip.
- the disadvantage is the relatively complicated structure and the component side not unproblematic handling.
- connection profile with a base profile is known, which is glued with its foot on a window or door frame.
- the base profile has a receiving space for an expanding sealing strip, wherein the receiving space is bounded by a holding web and at least partially directly from the component.
- the retaining web has a groove-shaped receptacle which serves to receive an outer profile.
- an expanding sealing tape is used locally (on site), which is unwound from a sealing tape roll and cut to the required length. After its time-delayed unfolding the sealing element is sealingly against the component and the holding web of the base profile.
- the documents US 4 204 373 A . DE 199 44 611 A1 and EP 2 138 664 A1 show frame parts, or plaster connection strips, which are configured with pre-formed, expanding sealing material.
- the expanding sealing material is wrapped in the compressed state of rupturable material before, after mounting the frame or the cleaning connection strip a user-tangible end of a ripcord or continued after a perforation line part of the envelope protrudes from a joint.
- the sheath is torn open by pulling out the pull cord or the extension of the sheath and the sealing material can expand.
- a cleaning connection strip known in which after installation an internal, flexible bar is moved from a passive position to a preloaded active position to ensure the sealing function after Schwindhewegept.
- a cover film is attached to an adhesive layer at the front end of the strip, which not only covers the area of the adhesive layer, but is formed so long that it emerges tangible from a joint after installation of the cleaning connection strip for a user.
- To move the bar in the active position is pulled on the film, so that equipped with adhesive layer portion of the bar is bent so far that it comes to rest parallel to the component. By further pulling on the film, it is removed from the adhesive layer and the now located in the active position bar is connected to the component.
- the known prior art has the disadvantage that the expanding sealing element is surrounded by a aukai touchden after assembly material, which involves the risk that this is not completely ruptured and the elastic sealing element can not fully unfold.
- the sealing element is compressed in a passive area delimited by a holding foot, from which it is brought into an active area by means of a plastic bottle attached to the sealing element after installation and completion of the plastering work.
- the object of the invention is to propose a connection profile with which even when using an insulating layer on the one hand, a permanent seal between the facade and the adjacent components can be achieved and on the other hand relative movements between plaster and component can be compensated to a sufficient extent. Furthermore, the connection profile should be easy to produce and easy to assemble.
- the receiving space for the sealing element identifies a limited in direction component from the holding passive area in which the sealing element is present in compressed and limited by the component active area in which the sealing element after completion of the plaster work is displaced.
- the edge of a film or thin plastic bottle is attached to the expanding sealing element, preferably glued or glued, whose free end for moving the sealing element from the passive area in the active area is tangible.
- the compressed sealing element here in the manufacture, storage and processing before and can be drawn after the completion of all plaster work in a simple way by hand with the help of the glued foil in the active area of the receiving space.
- the sealing element rests directly against the component and can compensate or bridge gaps resulting from relative movements between the component and the facade.
- connection profile 1 serves as Putzan gleichlciste and aufgckleben example, on window or door sills, wherein be placed under the applied plaster layer an insulating layer can.
- the connection profile 1 has a base profile 2, which is fastened with a holding foot 3 on the component 10, wherein the attachment is preferably carried out by a mounting or sealing strip 15, which is provided between Bautciloher tastes and retaining base 3.
- the base profile 2 has a holding web 4, wherein after the gluing of the base profile 2 on the component 10, a substantially U-shaped receiving space 5 is formed, which is bounded by the holding web 4, the support foot 3 and partly by the adjacent component 10.
- the compressed sealing element 6 is initially in a passive area P, which is limited in the direction of component 10 from the support foot 3 and can be drawn after completion of plastering in an adjacent active area A of the receiving space 5, whereby the expanding sealing element 6 is activated and component movements can compensate that occur between the facade and component 10.
- a film 7 is attached to the expanding sealing element 6, preferably glued or glued, the free end 8 by hand can be grasped.
- the expanding sealing element 6 can now be pulled with the aid of the film 7 in the active area A, whereby the expanding sealing element 6 is activated.
- a plaster deduction strip 9 is arranged with at least one Putzabzugskante 11, which projects in the direction of component 10 and at the same time serves as an inner stop for the displaced in the active area A, expanding sealing element 6.

Description
The invention relates to a connection profile for plaster adjacent components, for example, for window or door frames, with a base profile which is attached to a support foot on the component and having a retaining web, wherein the base profile in the installation situation of a holding web of the base profile, from the holding and formed in part by the adjacent component limited, forms a substantially U-shaped receiving space for an expanding sealing element.

The known prior art has the disadvantage that the expanding sealing element is surrounded by a aufreiißenden after assembly material, which involves the risk that this is not completely ruptured and the elastic sealing element can not fully unfold.
In contrast, in the connection profile according to the invention, the sealing element is compressed in a passive area delimited by a holding foot, from which it is brought into an active area by means of a plastic bottle attached to the sealing element after installation and completion of the plastering work. The advantage is that a possibly not complete rupture of a material surrounding the sealing element is avoided and the sealing element can not expand before hardening of the plaster, thus reliably preventing the profile from being broken,
The object of the invention is to propose a connection profile with which even when using an insulating layer on the one hand, a permanent seal between the facade and the adjacent components can be achieved and on the other hand relative movements between plaster and component can be compensated to a sufficient extent. Furthermore, the connection profile should be easy to produce and easy to assemble.
This object is achieved in that the receiving space for the sealing element identifies a limited in direction component from the holding passive area in which the sealing element is present in compressed and limited by the component active area in which the sealing element after completion of the plaster work is displaced.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the edge of a film or thin plastic bottle is attached to the expanding sealing element, preferably glued or glued, whose free end for moving the sealing element from the passive area in the active area is tangible. In Passivbercich the compressed sealing element here in the manufacture, storage and processing before and can be drawn after the completion of all plaster work in a simple way by hand with the help of the glued foil in the active area of the receiving space. In the active area, the sealing element rests directly against the component and can compensate or bridge gaps resulting from relative movements between the component and the facade.
