Claims (4)

  1. Vorrichtung zur getrennten Aufbewahrung einer ersten Substanz, die zum Mischen mit einer zweiten Substanz vorgesehen ist, die in einer Flasche enthalten ist, und zum Verschließen der besagten Flasche, umfassend
    • einen im Allgemeinen konkaven Stopfen (2), der einen im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitt (21) und einen Randabschnitt (22) umfasst, der geeignet ist, eine Abdichtung an der Mündung (5) der Flasche (6) herzustellen,
    • innerhalb des im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitts (21) ist ein ebenfalls zylindrischer Hohlraum (25) ausgebildet, in den ein Bruchelement (3) eingesetzt ist, das zu diesem Zweck außen so geformt ist, dass es zum Hohlraum selbst passt,
    • eine Membran (4), die fest mit dem Stopfen verbunden ist, um den Hohlraum (25) zu verschließen,
    • das Bruchelement weist eine Bruchspitze oder -rand (34) auf, die/der geeignet ist, die Membran zu durchdringen und zu perforieren, wenn sie/er sich nach unten bewegt,
    das Bruchelement ist innerhalb des Hohlraums gehalten, so dass es nicht durch Schwerkraft durch ringförmige Vorsprünge (33) fallen kann, die mit so vielen Vorsprüngen (26) an der Innenoberfläche des Hohlraums (25) in Eingriff stehen, und die Membran ist durch Thermoschweißen mit dem unteren Rand (27) des Hohlraums (25) assoziiert, wobei die Vorsprünge und die Membran die hermetische Abdichtung des Hohlraums gewährleisten, in dem sich die erste Substanz befindet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bruchelement innen hohl ist, um die erste Substanz aufzunehmen, wobei die obere Oberfläche (24) des im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitts (21) flexibel ist und in Bezug auf den Hohlraum (25) konvex ist und die Oberseite (32) des Bruchelements im Wesentlichen die gleiche Konvexität wie die obere Oberfläche (24) des im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitts (21) aufweist, so dass die zwei Oberflächen miteinander in Kontakt stehen, wobei die obere Oberfläche (24) des im Wesentlichen zylindrischen Abschnitts (21) flexibel ist, so dass beim Niederdrücken der Oberseite des Stopfens sich die obere Oberfläche (24) in Richtung der Innenseite des Stopfens biegt und einen Druck auf die Oberseite 32 des Bruchelements ausübt, der Kontakt zwischen der oberen Oberfläche (24) und der Oberseite des Bruchelements (32) das Bruchelement selbst nach unten drückt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Außenoberfläche des Bruchelements (3) Streifen (31) aufweist, die zum Einsetzen in entsprechende Aufnahmen geeignet sind, die innerhalb des Hohlraums ausgebildet sind, um die Relativbewegung von oben nach unten und umgekehrt zwischen einem solchen Element und dem Stopfen zu fördern, aber gleichzeitig die Relativdrehung zwischen den beiden Teilen zu verhindern.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei sich der Stopfen eines solchen Randabschnitts (22) auch seitlich zur Mündung (5) des Behälters erstreckt und am unteren Teil mit Mitteln (23) zum Abdichten der Vorrichtung in Bezug auf die Mündung (5) versehen ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Randabschnitt (22) ein Innengewinde (23) aufweist, um den Stopfen als Ganzes auf die Flasche (6) aufschrauben zu können.
