Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Warmumformwerkzeug (1) aufweisend ein Oberwerkzeug (2) und ein Unterwerkzeug (3), welche aufeinander zu bewegbar sind und bei geschlossenem Warmumformwerkzeug (1) zwischen Oberwerkzeug (2) und Unterwerkzeug (3) ein Formhohlraum (19) ausgebildet ist, wobei das Oberwerkzeug (2) und/oder das Unterwerkzeug (3) in mindestens zwei Segmente (4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) unterteilt ist/sind, welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass ein Segment als Heizsegment (6, 9) ausgebildet ist und das Heizsegment (6, 9) auf einer dem Formhohlraum (19) gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Ausgleichselement (16) aufweist, so dass eine thermische Ausdehnung des Heizsegmentes (6, 9) in Pressenhubrichtung (18) kompensiert wird.
