Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zur Montage einer Sauerstoffsonde (1) auf einem Katalysator (2) einer Reinigungsvorrichtung eines Fahrzeugs, wobei die Sonde (1) ein Kabel (3) umfasst, dessen eines Ende mit einem Befestigungsendstück (7) endet, das dazu bestimmt ist, in dem Katalysator (2) angeordnet zu werden, wobei die Vorrichtung ein Führungsstück (10) umfasst, das einen gebogenen Abschnitt (12) aufweist, der dazu bestimmt ist, mit dem Kabel (3) in Kontakt zu gelangen, um das gleiche gebogene Profil anzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsstück (10) einen Hauptkörper (11) umfasst, der dazu bestimmt ist, das Endstück (7) der Sauerstoffsonde (1) zumindest teilweise zu umhüllen, wobei der Hauptkörper (11) durch den gebogenen Abschnitt (12) verlängert wird, und dass der Körper (11) geeignet ist, an dem Katalysator (2) befestigt zu werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kabel (3) mit dem gebogenen Abschnitt (12) über die gesamte Länge des Abschnitts (12) in Kontakt gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptkörper (11) und der gebogene Abschnitt (12) halbzylinderförmig sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebogene Abschnitt (12) eine Nut definiert, die dazu bestimmt ist, das Kabel (3, 20) aufzunehmen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebogene Abschnitt (12) einen Krümmungsradius größer oder gleich 12 mm besitzt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsstück (10) aus einem Material gefertigt ist, das unter tiefgezogenem Blech oder Guss gewählt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der gebogene Abschnitt (12) zwei verformbare Haltelappen (18) umfasst und dass das Kontaktieren des Kabels (3, 20) in dem gebogenen Abschnitt (12) durch Auseinanderdrücken der Lappen und anschließendes Loslassen der Lappen erfolgt.
