At least one decorative element can be attached to the wristwatch according to the invention. The jewelry element sits releasably between an outer side wall of the watch case of the wristwatch and on a mounted in a band holder of the watch case end of a watch band. The watch case is provided with two opposing strap holders to which the watch strap can be attached. According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, a jewelry element is provided at each end of the watchband, which is connected to the watch case. This attachment of the jewelry element between the respective end of the watchband and the watch case has the advantage that the jewelry element is held between the end of the watchband and the watch case. The jewelry element itself is clamped by its own design at the end of the watchband. The clamping bracket is designed so that the comfort of the clock is not disturbed. There are no fasteners of the jewelry element that interfere with the comfort of the wristwatch. Furthermore, by the clamping of the jewelry element on the watch band only a movement of the jewelry element in the direction of the watch case out possible.
To attach the watchband to the case, two strap holders are provided on the watch case. The two band holders are each connected via a spacer element with the watch case. Each of the tape holders has formed a U-shaped receptacle for the watch band. The U-shaped receptacle has a base and two legs formed substantially perpendicular to the base. Each of the legs has a blind hole for mounting the watchband. In the blind hole engages in each case a spring bar, which is provided at the respective end of the watchband. By the spring bar is thus the watch strap releasably attached to the watch case. Since the end of the watch strap carries the decorative element clamped thereto, the jewelery element is also fastened to the watch case during assembly of the end of the watch strap in the U-shaped receptacle. The design of the U-shaped receptacles on the watch case has the advantage that any structural change of the watch case any configured jewelry elements can be attached to the wristwatch. This U-shaped arrangement of the legs with the blind hole on the clock is the prerequisite for the fact that the decorative element with the flat element can not move in a horizontal direction (perpendicular to the watch band).
However, if the wearer of a watch decides to change the jewelry element, this requires some technical skill. It is in fact necessary to solve the fixation of the watch band through the spring bar and install again.
The on the wristwatch on the watch band to be fastened jewelry element is integrally formed and consists of a jewelry carrier, provided with respect to a bottom of the jewelry carrier flat element and the jewelry carrier and the flat element connecting transition. The connecting transition has at least partially formed an inner curve with a radius, wherein the inner curve is adapted to the rounding of the end of the watchband. This embodiment of the inner radius of the connecting transition has the advantage that the end of the watchband cooperates positively with the inner curve of the connecting transition when the watch band is expertly inserted into the jewelry element.
In the watch strap mounted on the watch band, the flat element of the jewelery element lies between the two legs of the receptacle. The length of the flat element substantially corresponds to the inner distance between the two legs of the receptacle. This has the advantage that thereby a movement of the jewelry element in a direction perpendicular to the watch band is avoided. As a result, the jewelry element is sufficiently fixed on the watch strap or on the wristwatch itself. The underside of the jewelry carrier is additionally on top of the watchband on.
The jewelery element according to the invention for a wristwatch is characterized in that the jewelery element is in one piece and consists of a jewelery carrier, a flat element provided opposite an underside of the jewelery carrier and at least one transition connecting the jewelery carrier and the flat element. This one-piece design of the jewelry wearer initially has the advantage that the jewelry wearer can be fastened in a simple manner at the end of the watchband.
For attachment of the jewelry element at the end of the watch band, the flat element is attached to the connecting transition, which has a free end of the flat element to the underside of the jewelry carrier at a distance which is smaller than a thickness of the watch band. This embodiment of the decorative elements with the flat element has the advantage that a certain clamping effect is exerted on the watch band by the flat element and so the jewelry element is held securely at the end of the watchband. In addition, the flat element does not unnecessarily protrude from the watch band on the underside and thus disturbs the wearing comfort of a user.
Furthermore, the attachment of the jewelry element at the end of the watch band is facilitated by the connecting transition of the jewelry element has formed an inner curve, which corresponds to a rounding of the end of the watchband. For further sufficient fixation of the jewelry element on the wristwatch, it is advantageous that the flat element has a length which is substantially an inner distance of the two opposite legs of one with the watch case connected recording corresponds. The jewelry element is thus limited in a lateral movement perpendicular to the watch band.
The inventive method for attaching a jewelry element to a wristwatch is characterized in that one end of the watchband is inserted into the jewelry element. This ensures that the free end of the watch band rests against an inner curve of a connecting transition between a jewelry carrier and a flat element. Furthermore, the jewelry element is clamped on the watch band by the flat element. Subsequently, the watch band is inserted together with the clamped jewelry element in a connected to the watch case U-shaped receptacle. The watchband itself is releasably fixed with a spring bar, which is provided in the end of the watchband, between the two legs of the recording.
The jewelry element is held by its slightly over 180 ° reaching C-shape at the end of the watchband, which carries the spring bar. The inner curve of the connecting transition of the jewelry element and the rounding of the end of the watchband have substantially the same radius. The slightly over 180 ° reaching C-shape of the jewelry element requires that the free end of the flat element to the underside of the jewelry carrier has a distance which is smaller than the diameter of the inner curve of the jewelry element. Likewise, the distance between the free end of the flat element to the bottom of the jewelry carrier, which is smaller than the thickness of the watchband, that the watch band is held clamped on the jewelry element. By the subsequent fixation on the clock by means of the spring bar, the decorative element can not be detached vertically from the watch band, since it abuts on the upper side or with the connecting transition to the watch case. The horizontal displacement (aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the watchband) is also not possible due to the between the legs of the U-shaped flat element. The flat element has the same width as the Watchband itself. As a result, the jewelry element between the legs of the recording of the clock in the horizontal direction is fixed in the same manner as the watchband itself.
