Claims (15)

  1. Chaussure de ski et/ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) comprenant
    une partie inférieure ou portion pied (8), appropriée pour entourer le pied de l'utilisateur et une partie supérieure ou portion jambe (12), appropriée pour entourer la partie inférieure de la jambe du skieur,
    - la portion pied (8) et/ou portion jambe (12) étant dotée de rabats (24, 28) séparés et se faisant face l'un l'autre, équipée de moyens de fixation (32) pour permettre l'ouverture, la fermeture et le serrage desdits rabats (24, 28),
    - dans laquelle les moyens de fixation (32) comprennent une crémaillère (36) dotée de dents (40) et un levier de fermeture (44) relié cinématiquement à un crochet (48) approprié pour se mettre en prise sur lesdites dents (40), le levier de fermeture (44) se déplaçant d'une configuration fermée, dans laquelle il serre le crochet (48) sur une dent (40) de la crémaillère (36), à une configuration ouverte, dans laquelle il permet la libération du crochet (48),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - les moyens de fixation (32) comprennent un rabat anti-libération (52), chevauchant la crémaillère (36) et mobile d'une position de blocage, dans laquelle il se fixe à la crémaillère (36) ou au rabat (24, 28) doté de la crémaillère (36), à une configuration de libération,
    - dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) est formé de sorte que, dans la configuration de verrouillage, il identifie avec la crémaillère (36) un volume libre (56) approprié pour permettre la libération du crochet (48) d'une dent (40) et son repositionnement en prise sur une autre dent (40) de la crémaillère (36).
  2. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) est conformé de façon à avoir une portion évidée (60) sur le côté opposé à la crémaillère (36), pour identifier ledit volume libre (56).
  3. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle ladite portion évidée (60) est concave vers la crémaillère (36) dans la configuration de verrouillage du rabat anti-libération (52), de façon à permettre le passage du crochet (48) et son déplacement entre différentes dents (40) de la crémaillère (36), même dans la configuration de verrouillage du rabat anti-libération (52).
  4. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) a une paroi intérieure (64), faisant face à la crémaillère (36), en forme d'arc de façon à former, dans la configuration de verrouillage, un guide pour recevoir en butée et supporter le crochet (48) dans son mouvement entre différentes dents (40) de la crémaillère (36).
  5. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) est contraint par encliquetage sur une crête ou dent (40) correspondante de la crémaillère (36).
  6. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) comprend un ressort qui l'influence vers et/ou en butée contre la crémaillère (36).
  7. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) est articulé sur une portion de la crémaillère (36) ou une base support (68) de la crémaillère (36).
  8. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44) est pivoté sur un axe de rotation (72) de façon à présenter, sur des côtés opposés de l'axe de rotation (72), une portion de préhension (76) pour le déplacement du levier de fermeture (44) par un utilisateur, et du crochet (48) approprié pour la mise en prise sur les dents (40) de la crémaillère (36).
  9. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon la revendication 8, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44) est en une seule pièce pivotée par rapport audit axe de rotation (72).
  10. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44) est incurvé en « V » afin de présenter une concavité (60) faisant face à la crémaillère (36), dans la configuration fermée de la crémaillère (36).
  11. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44) est associé à un premier (24) desdits rabats et la crémaillère (36) est associée à un deuxième (28) desdits rabats.
  12. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44) est associé à un desdits rabats (24, 28) au moyen d'une connexion flexible, fixée à l'axe de rotation (72) du levier.
  13. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44), du côté du crochet (48), comprend une paire de portion arrondies (88) qui supportent des extrémités opposées (92, 94) du crochet (48), dans laquelle les portions arrondies (88) sont agencées pour chevaucher la crémaillère (36) de façon à buter contre des portions de la crémaillère (36) ou une base support (68) qui est associée à la crémaillère (36), et à faciliter la rotation du levier de fermeture (44).
  14. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, dans laquelle le levier de fermeture (44) est conformé de façon à délimiter une fenêtre (96) contre-formée sur le rabat anti-libération (52) de façon à permettre le chevauchement mutuel du rabat (52) et du levier de fermeture (44) pendant les rotations respectives du levier de fermeture (44) et du rabat anti-libération (52).
  15. Chaussure de ski ou chaussure de ski hors-piste (4) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, dans laquelle le rabat anti-libération (52) et le levier de fermeture (44) sont articulés de façon à tourner d'une manière combinée dans la transition des positions respectives dans lesquelles ils s'éloignent de la crémaillère (36), à des positions fermées respectives, dans lesquelles ils se déplacent vers la crémaillère (36).
