Description

The invention relates to a container system for tools according to the preamble of claim 1.

Containers for tools used to store and transport the tool are well known.

From the DE 20 2004 015 034 U1 a modular luggage system is known in which a replacement housing part is provided, which is optionally connectable instead of a first housing part or instead of a second housing part with a frame member via connecting elements.

From the EP 0 997 234 A1 a modular container concept is known in which a frame-like bottomless attachment is placed on a lower part to obtain a container interior with increased interior height. Other examples are from the DE202005000494U1 . WO90 / 08631 . US5011013A1 . US5833065A1 . US2012318792A1 or DE202013003741U1 known.

It is also known that tools of the same type can have different sizes. For example, rigid foam cutting devices in different designs can have different dimensions for different cutting lengths and / or cutting depths.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide a container system for the transport and storage of a tool that is both inexpensive to produce and also provides sufficient flexibility with respect to different versions of tools.

The object underlying the invention is achieved according to claim 1. Advantageous developments are specified in the subclaims. Characteristics important to the invention can be found further in the following description and in the drawings, wherein the features both alone and in different combinations may be important to the invention, without being referred to again.

Characterized in that two outer shells are connected to each other in such a way that the two outer shells substantially define a first inner region of a first container, and that a Intermediate shell can be arranged between the two outer shells such that the two outer shells and the intermediate shell substantially define a second inner region of a second container which is larger than the first inner region, a modular container system for tools is advantageously provided with which it in a simple way it is possible to accommodate tools of different sizes in a corresponding embodiment of the container. Even the modular design with the intermediate piece allows the increase in the variety of variants while reducing the unit costs relative to a container.

Due to the fact that the second inner area in the longitudinal direction is larger than the first inner area, tools with different longitudinal extent can advantageously be accommodated in the corresponding container.

In one embodiment, a support means for one of the containers engages the two outer shells. As a result, no point of application for the carrying means must advantageously be provided on the center piece and the carrying function of the container can be configured substantially independently of the arrangement of the intermediate tray.

Characterized in that the two outer shells and / or the intermediate shell each composed of a first and a second half-shell and the first half-shell and the second half-shell are formed substantially the same, there is a further cost advantage, since only one embodiment of a half-shell must be produced to make a container with two outer shells.

In an advantageous embodiment, an outer surface has recessed and projecting latching regions, which are configured such that, when two containers, which are oriented essentially the same way, the latching regions of the two containers intermesh in the region of the respective outer surface. As a result, both the transport and the storage of the containers can be improved, since an unintentional slipping of superimposed containers is substantially prevented. This increases in particular, the safety at work.

In an advantageous development, a first contour of one of the recessed detent regions and a second contour of one of the projecting detent regions are arranged axially symmetrically to a central longitudinal axis of the outer surface. By means of this axial symmetry, it can be advantageously achieved that opposing outer surfaces of different containers can be superimposed on one another with non-slip areas corresponding to one another.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the container, the half shell of the outer shell and / or the intermediate shell on the circumference of a first recess and / or a passage which is configured and / or are that a band around the container is feasible. This is advantageous in a simple manner a transport lock that secures against opening of the container, created. In addition, the carrier can act on the belt, by means of which the container can be transported by hand.

In a further advantageous embodiment, in each case a band can be guided around one of the two outer shells, wherein on a longitudinal wall portion of the outer shells of the container, the carrying means engages the two bands. Advantageously, this creates a container in which, in particular, the bands and the carrying means can be exchanged so easily that substantially no changes to the container or its outer or intermediate shells are necessary. It is advantageous to the longevity of the container contributed.

In a further advantageous embodiment, the respective band can be opened and closed by means of a respective closing means. At least a second recess for the closing means is provided on the outer surface. As a result, the closing means can advantageously be recessed in the outer wall of the container, which prevents both unintentional opening of the container and destruction or damage to the closing means can be prevented.

In an advantageous embodiment, another, the first longitudinal wall portion opposite longitudinal wall portion of a half-shell of the outer shell and / or the intermediate shell on a third recess, in which a hinge can be arranged. As a result, the hinge can be advantageously protected against damage.

FIG. 1b shows the second container 20 in a plan view of an outer surface of the second container 20. Opposite the first container 2 from FIG. 1a In the case of the second container 20, an intermediate shell 22 is arranged between the first outer shell 4 and the second outer shell 6. By means of the intermediate shell 22, the second container 20 increases in the x-direction with respect to the first container 2. In addition, the second inner region of the second container 20 increases in the longitudinal direction of the container 20 relative to the first inner region of the first container 2. The second inner region of the second Container 20 remains transversely to the longitudinal direction substantially the same size as the first inner region of the first container 2. Of course, different embodiments of the intermediate shell 22 are conceivable, which are dimensioned differently in the x-direction. Of course, several intermediate shells 22, or more, in the x-direction differently dimensioned intermediate shells 22 between the outer shells 4 and 6 are arranged.

FIG. 2 shows a half-shell 24 of the outer shells 4 or 6. An outer shell 4 or 6 is thus composed of two half-shells 24 together. The half-shell 24 has an outer surface 26, a part of the Longitudinal wall portion 8, a part of the longitudinal wall portion 10 and a part of the transverse wall portion 12.

20 ineinander greifen. On the outer surface 26, the half-shell 24 has recessed latching areas 28, 30 and 32. On the outer surface 26, the half-shell 24 on projecting latching portions 34, 36 and 38. The latching portions 28 and 34 and 32 and 38 are each L-shaped and executed in pairs corresponding to each other. Thus, the latching areas 32 and 34 correspond to each other and the latching areas 28 and 38 correspond to each other. The L-shaped configuration of the latching regions 28, 34, 32 and 38 makes it possible to prevent slippage of two superimposed containers in an x-direction and in a y-direction. Furthermore, the latching areas 30 and 36 correspond to each other. A first contour of one of the recessed latching regions 28, 32, 30 and a second contour of one of the projecting latching regions 34, 38 and 36 are arranged axially symmetrically to a central longitudinal axis 40 of the half-shell 24. In particular, the half-shell 24, in particular the outer contour of the half-shell 24, is formed symmetrically to an xz-plane through the central longitudinal axis 40. Thus, the latching regions 28 to 38 are configured such that, when two containers 2 and 20, which are oriented substantially identically, lie in the area of the respective outer surface, the latching regions 28 to 38 of the two containers 2 and 20 engage in one another.

A recess 42 extends transversely to the central longitudinal axis 40. In the y direction, the recess 42 is adjoined by a passage 44a, which opens into a further recess 46a. Analogous to the passage 44a, starting from the recess 42, a passage 44b opens into a recess 46b. For a simplified construction and production lead the bushings 44, starting from an outer region of the half-shell 24 in an inner region of the half-shell 24. The second longitudinal wall portion 10 has a further recess 48, which adjoins the recess 46b. Of course, analogous to the recess 48 is a corresponding recess in the first longitudinal wall portion 8, the adjoins the recess 46a. Thus, the half-shell 24 of the outer shell 4 or 6 circumferentially, in particular transversely to the central longitudinal axis 40 and transversely to the longitudinal axis of the container, a first recess 46a, 42, 46b and 48 and a passage 44a and 44b, which is configured or are that a band around the container 2 and 20 is feasible. Of course, the arrangement of the recesses 42, 46 and 48 and the passage 44 may be configured differently to guide the band around the container 2 and 20 respectively. The passages 44 contribute to a loss of tape security, the recesses 48 lead the band in particular slip-proof to an x-direction. Thus, the band is in each case about one of the two outer shells 4 and 6 feasible.

The recesses 46 can also be marked as second recesses. The recesses 46 are adapted to receive a closing means, which can be dimensioned larger, in particular in an x-direction than the associated band and acting on the closing means. If the longitudinal wall section 10 is provided with hinges, then the first longitudinal wall section 8 is intended to have a carrying means. For ease of operation, the corresponding closing means is arranged towards the first longitudinal wall section 8 in the recess 46a. By in contrast to the recess 42 in the x-direction wider version of the recess 46a and 46b, a closing means may be used which has for opening and / or closing actuating means which are manually operable in particular in an x-direction. By means of the closing means, the band, which is guided around the respective outer shell 4, 6, can be opened and closed in order to open or close the container 2, 20. In the opened state of the closing means, the container 2, 20 can be opened, and in the closed state of the closing means, the container 2, 20 can be closed. The second recess 46a on the outer surface 26 is thus provided for the closing means.

Recesses 52, 54 and 56 in the region of the first transverse edge portion 12 serve to support the container 2 and 20. Sections 58 and 60, the can be designed in particular as recesses, serve in the region of the longitudinal wall portion for fastening hinges. Transverse webs 62 and 64 frame the section 58 laterally and a transverse web 66 is disposed adjacent to the section 60. The transverse webs 62, 64 and 66 serve to protect the hinge which can be arranged therebetween. The sections 58 and 60 can also be marked as a third recess.

In a manner not shown, rollers may be arranged on the second longitudinal wall section 10 or on the first transverse wall section 12 in order to facilitate the transport of the container 2 or 20. In particular, rollers can be arranged on the inclined sections 68 and 70 of the first transverse wall section 12.

20 informiert.Furthermore, the outer surface 26 has a substantially planar surface 72, which is arranged substantially in an xy plane. By means of the planar surface 72, for example, a sticker can be applied which informs about the contents of the container 2 or 20.

FIG. 3 shows in a perspective view a second half-shell 74 of the intermediate shell 22. The intermediate shell 22 consists of two half-shells 74. In the region of the second longitudinal wall portion 10, the half-shell 74 to the section 60 corresponding portions 76 and 78 on. Transverse webs 82 and 84 correspond in each case to the transverse web 66. The first longitudinal wall section 8 is formed substantially like the second longitudinal wall section 10.

Based on FIG. 3 will briefly discuss the connection between the half-shells 24 with each other and between the half-shells 24 and the half-shells 74. The following statements thus relate to both half-shells 24 and 74, which are configured substantially the same in this respect. In a connection region 90, the half-shell 24 or 74 has an L-shaped pin 92, which corresponds to an L-shaped recess 94. The pin 92 and the recess 94 are each arranged in the transition region between the outer surface 26 and the respective longitudinal wall portions 8 and 10. In the connection areas 90 is in the area of the outer surface 26 to the first longitudinal wall portion 8, a further pin 96 is arranged, which corresponds to a corresponding recess 98. Another pin 102 corresponds to a recess 104. If now two terminal portions 90 are supplied to each other, so the respective pins 92, 96 and 102 engage in the respective recesses 94, 98 and 104. To this intervention, a respective pin by means of a press fit in a Recess be recorded. Alternatively or additionally, a material-locking connection between two connection regions 90 can be produced. Furthermore, it is conceivable that two merged connection regions 90 prevent movement of the two merged respective half-shells 24 and / or 74 in a yz-direction, but allow disassembly of the half-shells 24 and / or 74 in an x-direction. In particular hinges in the areas 58, 60, 76 and 78 set the half-shells 24 and 74 in particular in an x-direction to each other.

In FIG. 4 the first container 2 is shown in a mounting state in a perspective view. The first interior 110 is released by a missing half shell 24. In particular, it is shown how joint hinge areas result from the sections 58 and 60, wherein a corresponding hinge in the respective sections 58 and 60 is fixed in a material-locking manner to the respective half-shell 24. As a hinge, for example, sheet-like material sections come into question, which are connected by means of a riveting to the respective section 58, 60.

The FIGS. 5a and 5b show the second container 20 in a respective mounting state in a perspective view. In FIG. 5a is between two half-shells 24, the intermediate shell 22 already arranged. In FIG. 5b 2 shows how the second container 20 releases the second inner region 120, which is larger than the first inner region 110. Furthermore, it is shown how the sections 60, 78 and 60, 76 form common hinge regions.

A container system for producing the first container 2 and / or the second container 20 thus comprises the half-shell 24 and the half-shell 74. The first container 2 is made of four of the half-shells 24. The second container 20 is made of four of the half-shells 24 and two of the half-shells 74. Of course, several embodiments of the half-shell 74 may be provided, which are dimensioned differently in an x-direction to produce different second container 20.

Thus, the container system for the storage and transport of tools is provided in which two outer shells 4 and 6 are connected to each other in such a way so that the two outer shells 4 and 6 substantially define the first inner region 110 of the first container 2. The intermediate shell 22 can be arranged in such a way between the two outer shells 4 and 6, so that the two outer shells 4 and 6 and the intermediate shell 22 define a second inner region 120, which is larger than the first inner region 110.

126 an. FIG. 6 shows a perspective cutout 122 on the first longitudinal wall portion 8 and the outer surface 26. A band 124 and 126 is guided around one of the two outer shells 4 and 6 respectively. The band 124, 126 can each be opened and closed via a closing means 128 and 130, respectively. At the attack area 16 and 18, both a handle 132 and a strap or strap 134 engages the band 124 and 126, respectively.
