Description
The invention relates to a container system for tools according to the preamble of claim 1.
Containers for tools used to store and transport the tool are well known.
It is also known that tools of the same type can have different sizes. For example, rigid foam cutting devices in different designs can have different dimensions for different cutting lengths and / or cutting depths.
The object of the invention is therefore to provide a container system for the transport and storage of a tool that is both inexpensive to produce and also provides sufficient flexibility with respect to different versions of tools.
The object underlying the invention is achieved according to claim 1. Advantageous developments are specified in the subclaims. Characteristics important to the invention can be found further in the following description and in the drawings, wherein the features both alone and in different combinations may be important to the invention, without being referred to again.
Characterized in that two outer shells are connected to each other in such a way that the two outer shells substantially define a first inner region of a first container, and that a Intermediate shell can be arranged between the two outer shells such that the two outer shells and the intermediate shell substantially define a second inner region of a second container which is larger than the first inner region, a modular container system for tools is advantageously provided with which it in a simple way it is possible to accommodate tools of different sizes in a corresponding embodiment of the container. Even the modular design with the intermediate piece allows the increase in the variety of variants while reducing the unit costs relative to a container.
Due to the fact that the second inner area in the longitudinal direction is larger than the first inner area, tools with different longitudinal extent can advantageously be accommodated in the corresponding container.
In one embodiment, a support means for one of the containers engages the two outer shells. As a result, no point of application for the carrying means must advantageously be provided on the center piece and the carrying function of the container can be configured substantially independently of the arrangement of the intermediate tray.
Characterized in that the two outer shells and / or the intermediate shell each composed of a first and a second half-shell and the first half-shell and the second half-shell are formed substantially the same, there is a further cost advantage, since only one embodiment of a half-shell must be produced to make a container with two outer shells.
In an advantageous embodiment, an outer surface has recessed and projecting latching regions, which are configured such that, when two containers, which are oriented essentially the same way, the latching regions of the two containers intermesh in the region of the respective outer surface. As a result, both the transport and the storage of the containers can be improved, since an unintentional slipping of superimposed containers is substantially prevented. This increases in particular, the safety at work.
In an advantageous development, a first contour of one of the recessed detent regions and a second contour of one of the projecting detent regions are arranged axially symmetrically to a central longitudinal axis of the outer surface. By means of this axial symmetry, it can be advantageously achieved that opposing outer surfaces of different containers can be superimposed on one another with non-slip areas corresponding to one another.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the container, the half shell of the outer shell and / or the intermediate shell on the circumference of a first recess and / or a passage which is configured and / or are that a band around the container is feasible. This is advantageous in a simple manner a transport lock that secures against opening of the container, created. In addition, the carrier can act on the belt, by means of which the container can be transported by hand.
In a further advantageous embodiment, in each case a band can be guided around one of the two outer shells, wherein on a longitudinal wall portion of the outer shells of the container, the carrying means engages the two bands. Advantageously, this creates a container in which, in particular, the bands and the carrying means can be exchanged so easily that substantially no changes to the container or its outer or intermediate shells are necessary. It is advantageous to the longevity of the container contributed.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the respective band can be opened and closed by means of a respective closing means. At least a second recess for the closing means is provided on the outer surface. As a result, the closing means can advantageously be recessed in the outer wall of the container, which prevents both unintentional opening of the container and destruction or damage to the closing means can be prevented.
In an advantageous embodiment, another, the first longitudinal wall portion opposite longitudinal wall portion of a half-shell of the outer shell and / or the intermediate shell on a third recess, in which a hinge can be arranged. As a result, the hinge can be advantageously protected against damage.

20 ineinander greifen. On the
The
In a manner not shown, rollers may be arranged on the second
20 informiert.Furthermore, the

A container system for producing the
Thus, the container system for the storage and transport of tools is provided in which two
Claims (10)
- Container system for tools with two outer shells (4, 6), distinguished by the fact that the two outer shells (4, 6) can be connected to one another in such a way that the two outer shells (4, 6) mainly demarcate a first internal area (110) of a first container (2), and that an interim shell (22) can be placed between the two outer shells (4, 6) in such a way that the two outer shells (4, 6) and the interim shell (22) mainly demarcate a second internal area (120) of a second container (20), whereby the second internal area (120) is, lengthwise, larger than the first internal area (110).
- Container system as per claim 1, whereby the second internal area (120) is, lengthwise of the container (2, 20), larger than the first internal area (110), and whereby the second internal area (120) cross-lengthwise is essentially equally as large as the first internal area (110).
- Container system as per claim 1 or 2, whereby a suspension element for the first and/or second container (2, 20) grasps the two outer shells (4, 6), especially with a handle (132) and/or a carrying strap (134).
- Container system as per one of the preceding claims, whereby the two outer shells (4, 6) and/or the interim shell (22) each consist of two half-shells (24; 74), and whereby the two half-shells (24; 74) are essentially of the same design, especially in an outer area.
- Container system as per claim 4, whereby the half-shell (24; 74) of the outer shell (4; 6) and/or the interim shell (22) is equipped with concave and protruding notch areas (28-38) on an outer surface (26) that are designed in such a way that in the event of stacking two, largely equally oriented containers (2; 20) in the area of the respective outer surface (26), the notch areas (28-38) of both containers (2; 20) match with one another.
- Container system as per claim 5, whereby an initial contour of one of the concave notch areas (28-32) and a second contour of one of the protruding notch areas (34-38) are axisymmetrically aligned along a mid-lengthwise axis (40) of the outer surface (26).
- Container system as per one of the preceding claims 4 to 6, whereby the circumference of the half-shell (24, 74) of the outer shell (4; 6) and/or the interim shell (22), especially across the lengthwise axis of the container (2; 20), exhibits an initial recess (42, 46, 48) and/or a groove (44) designed in such a way that a band (124; 126) can be led around the container.
- Container system as per one of the claims 3 to 7, whereby one band (124; 126) can each be led around one of the two outer shells (4, 6), and whereby the suspension element grasps the two bands (124, 126) on an initial longitudinal wall section (8) of the outer shells (4, 6) of the container (2; 20).
- Container system as per claim 8, whereby via a closing element (128; 130) primarily extending to the first longitudinal wall section (8) the respective band (124; 126) can be opened and closed, and whereby at least one second recess (46) on the outer surface (26) of the outer shell (4, 6) is provided for the closing element (128; 130).
- Container system as per one of the preceding claims, whereby another longitudinal wall section (10) of a half-shell (24; 74) of the outer shell (4; 6) and/or the interim shell (22) located across from the first longitudinal wall section (8) exhibits a third recess (58; 60; 60, 76; 60, 78) in which a hinge can be installed.
