Claims (11)

  1. Erdgas-Rückgewinnungssystem für ein Flüssigerdgas-Versorgungssystem, ausgebildet zur Montage in einem Fahrzeug, welches Versorgungssystem einen ersten Tank (1) umfasst, vorgesehen zur Speicherung von flüssigem Erdgas, wobei eine flüssige Phase und eine gasförmige Phase des Erdgases in dem ersten Tank gemeinsam vorhanden sind, wobei das Rückgewinnungssystem für Erdgas einen zweiten Tank (2) umfasst, vorgesehen zur Speicherung von komprimiertem Erdgas, einen Kompressor (CP), vorgesehen zum Komprimieren eines Überschusses der gasförmigen Phase des ersten Tanks in dem zweiten Tank, welcher Kompressor einen Einlass aufweist, der operativ mit dem ersten Tank (1) verbunden ist, und einen Auslass, der operativ mit dem zweiten Tank (2) verbunden ist, welches System ferner sowohl am ersten als auch am zweiten Tank entsprechende Öffnungen zu der Einspritzvorrichtung des Erdgas-Versorgungssystems umfasst, welches den Verbrennungsmotor des Fahrzeugs speist, welches System dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es eine Ausdehnungskammer (EX) umfasst, die operativ mit dem ersten Tank (1) verbunden ist, wobei der Kompressor einen Einlass aufweist, der operativ mit der Ausdehnungskammer (EX) verbunden ist, und einen Auslass, der operativ mit dem zweiten Tank (2) verbunden ist.
  2. System gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend Schätzmittel (P), (CPU) des Überschusses der gasförmigen Phase, und Verarbeitungsmittel, ausgebildet zur Aktivierung des Kompressors (CP) entsprechend der Schätzung des Überschusses der gasförmigen Phase.
  3. System gemäß Anspruch 2, bei welchem die Schätzmittel des Überschusses der gasförmigen Phase einen Drucksensor (P) umfassen, wobei der Drucksensor (P) in dem ersten Tank (1) oder in der Ausdehnungskammer (EX) installiert ist.
  4. System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei welchem der erste Tank (1) ein erstes Sicherheitsventil (V1) umfasst, dazu vorgesehen, den ersten Tank (1) mit der Umgebung in Verbindung zu setzen, wenn ein Druck innerhalb des ersten Tanks (1) eine erste vordefinierte Druckschwelle überschreitet, wobei das erste Sicherheitsventil mit dem ersten Tank unabhängig von einer Verbindung zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Tank verbunden ist.
  5. System gemäß Anspruch 4, bei welchem die Ausdehnungskammer (EX) operativ mit dem ersten Tank (1) durch ein Überdruckventil (V1) verbunden ist, welches auf einen Öffnungsdruckwert kalibriert ist, der kleiner ist als die erste vordefinierte Druckschwelle.
  6. System gemäß Anspruch 3, bei welchem der erste Tank ein erstes Sicherheitsventil (V1) umfasst, dazu vorgesehen, den ersten Tank (1) mit der Umgebung in Verbindung zu setzen, wenn eine erste vordefinierte Druckschwelle überschritten ist, wobei die Verarbeitungsmittel (CPU) dazu ausgebildet sind, den Kompressor (CP) zu aktivieren, wenn ein Druck, der durch den Drucksensor (P) gemessen wird, eine zweite vordefinierte Druckschwelle überschreitet, die niedriger liegt als die erste vordefinierte Druckschwelle.
  7. System gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Rückschlagventil, welches zwischen dem Kompressor (CP) und dem zweiten Tank angeordnet ist.
  8. Landfahrzeug, ausgestattet mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Flüssigerdgas-Versorgungssystem, welches den Verbrennungsmotor speist, wobei das Flüssigerdgas-Versorgungssystem ein Erdgas-Rückgewinnungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 umfasst.
  9. Verfahren zur Rückgewinnung von Erdgas aus einem Flüssigerdgas-Versorgungssystem eines Fahrzeugs, umfassend die Schaffung eines Erdgas-Rückgewinnungssystem gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, welches Verfahren ferner einen Schritt der Rückgewinnung einer überschüssigen Gasphase des ersten Tanks (1) und die Kompression desselben in einem zweiten Tank (2) umfasst.
  10. Verfahren gemäß Anspruch 9, bei welchem der Schritt fortschreitend durchgeführt wird, wenn sich die überschüssige Gasphase bildet.
  11. Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, ferner umfassend einen Schritt der Verwendung des verflüssigten Erdgases und des komprimierten Erdgases zur Versorgung eines Verbrennungsmotors.
