Description

  • The invention relates to a table football figure. Such table football figures (also known as kicker figures) are used in so-called table football or Fußballkickergeräten with embedded in the table top of a table and the individual table football figures (playing figures) bearing, mounted in the field walls operating rods to which the table football figures are mounted on their respective upper body area. By turning the operating rods, the table football figures with their designed as an impact body foot area abut a game ball and steer it in the desired direction.
  • Typically, the table football figures are made as a monolithic component of a plastic or wood-based material and roughly modeled on a human body. In addition, the upper body portion of the table football figure is usually connected via a screw connection with the actuating rod, which clearly shapes the visual appearance of the table football figure. There is thus a great visual discrepancy between conventional table football figures and real people (e.g., real football players or the real users of the foosball machine). To increase the fun and the identification with the game device, there are therefore efforts to make the table football figures as individualized / personifiable and realistic.
  • The invention has for its object to offer a table football figure whose appearance can be quickly and easily adapted or changed. The object is achieved by a table football figure with the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
  • According to the invention, the table football figure has a base element, a front shell attached to the fuselage front side of the base element, a rear shell attached to the fuselage back side of the base element and a head element arranged on the fuselage of the base element. The base member replicates the torso and lower body portions of a playing piece and includes a bore penetrating the trunk transversely for receiving an actuating rod and a foot portion configured as an impact member for influencing movement of a ball.
  • In other words, the table football figure is divided into several separately formed sub-elements. The base element is in this case designed as a basic element to which, as desired, the further elements front shell, rear shell and head element can be attached. These further elements (front shell, back shell, head element) in turn determine to a high degree the visual appearance of the table football figure. If the other elements (front shell, rear shell, head element) are optically designed (eg replication of a real clothing, in particular a real sports jersey, and / or replica of a real head part and / or reproduction of distinctive personal identification features, especially hairstyles, body jewelry, tattoos) so can high degree of individualization or personalization can be achieved. At the same time, it is not necessary to individually manufacture the entire table football figure, since the base element remains the same for all table football figures (the production cost is correspondingly reduced). That is, the base element remains on the operating rod and the individualization of the table football figures done quick and easy by attaching / replacing the individually designed elements front shell, back shell and / or head element.
  • In this way, depending on the user's request, a kicker team can be created; be it your favorite club, your favorite line-up, your favorite player or the own club. In this case, it is not necessary to buy a completely new table football device with changed optical wishes (for example different club, other players, players change their appearance). It is only the replacement of individual components of the respective table football figures needed. This increases sustainability.
  • Furthermore, the front shell and the rear shell cover the screw connection which connects the base element to the actuating rod. In this respect, too, the front shell and the rear shell improve the (visual) match between the table football figure and the real "role models".
  • Another advantage is that only the components head element, front shell and back shell have to be replaced to produce individual game pieces. The base element remains unchanged. The manufacturing costs are correspondingly low.
  • Advantageously, the connections between the base element and the other elements (front shell, back shell, head element) are designed as plug-in connections. In this way, the individual elements can be exchanged quickly and easily without special tools. Further advantageous types of connection are a latching connection, a snap connection and / or a clamping connection. In an advantageous embodiment, the head element has a retaining flange which is fixed in a fixed position between the upper side of the base element and the front shell or the rear shell. To equip the base element with the other elements (front shell, rear shell, head element), the head element is first placed on the base element. Subsequently, the front shell is pushed onto the fuselage front side of the base element and over the retaining flange of the head element. Furthermore, the rear side shell is pushed onto the fuselage back side of the base element of the base element and over the retaining flange of the head element. In this way, the head element is fast, reliable and tool-free fixed in position stable.
  • In a further advantageous embodiment, the base element on the upper side has a groove into which the retaining flange can be positioned. In this way, the retaining flange can be fixed in a positionally stable manner between the base element and the front shell or the rear shell.
  • In a further advantageous embodiment, a connecting pin is formed on the upper side of the base element and the head element has a receiving bore corresponding to the connecting pin. For attachment of the head element on the base member thus the head element can be quickly, reliably and without tools connected by plugging onto the connecting pin with the base member.
  • In a further advantageous embodiment, a connecting pin, in particular a metallic connecting pin, is arranged on the underside of the head element and the base element has a receiving bore corresponding to this connecting pin. Such a metal pin can serve as additional weight. This means that when turning the table football figure by 180 °, the head of the game character remains in the game itself downwards facing position. In this way, the character is no obstacle to the ball.
  • In an advantageous manner, the front shell and / or the rear shell each have at least one connection extension and / or a connection hook, which engage in corresponding connection elements of the base element. To attach the front shell and the rear shell on the base element thus the respective shell can be quickly, reliably and without tools connected to the base element. At the same time a position-stable fixation is guaranteed.
  • In an advantageous embodiment, the front shell and / or the rear shell has a glued individualization feature, in particular a logo and / or a lettering on. The training as a sticker a quick and easy individualization of the shells is possible. The type and configuration of the customization feature can vary depending on the user's request. For example, the customization feature a sports shirt, a name, a number and / or a logo emulate. Similarly, the head element may have a glued face and / or hair portion. By sticking the customization feature, it is not necessary to have a separate front shell and back shell for each individual design. It suffices to replace or stick over the attached individualization feature. Optionally, in addition, the head element can be replaced. The manufacturing costs are correspondingly further reduced.
  • In a further advantageous embodiment, the head element is a three-dimensional reproduction of a head part (in particular face and head hair) of a person, in particular produced by means of a 3D printing process. In this way, the optical Appearance of the table football figure to a high degree individualized and adapted to a real template.
  • Advantageously, the base element, the front shell, the rear shell and / or the head element are formed as injection-molded polymer parts.
  • The invention is not limited to a specific size range. There are in particular table football figures for operating rods with a bar diameter of 16 mm (used in tournament sports, professional equipment, bar kickers), but also table football figures for operating rods with a rod diameter of 13 mm (popular with casual players, for "home use") and table football figures for actuating rods with a Rod diameter of 5.5 mm (mini-kicker, equipment for children from 3 years) or other miniature foosball or portable table football equipment includes.
  • The invention is further illustrated by means of embodiments in the drawing figures, wherein like reference numerals designate like or equivalent components. Show it:

  • Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 show a table football figure 1. The table football figure 1 has a base member 2, a front shell 3, a back shell 4 and a head element 5. The base member 2 reproduces the trunk and lower body portion of a game character (a football player). The plucking of the base element is penetrated at chest height in the transverse direction through a hole 6. The bore 6 serves to receive an actuating rod 7 (in Fig. 3 shown in dashed lines). Furthermore, the base element 2 has a foot area designed as an impact body 8. The base element 2 is formed in one piece and therefore very stable, in particular in the region of the bore 6.
  • The front shell 3 can be attached to the fuselage front side of the base element 2 (in particular by a snap connection) and has a glued-on individualization feature 14. The rear side shell can be attached to the rear side of the back of the base element 2 (in particular also by a snap connection) and has a further glued individualization feature 15.
  • The head element 5 is a three-dimensional replica of the head part of a real person. At the neck region of the head member 5, a retaining flange 9 connects. The front shell 3 and the rear side shell 4 are formed such that they fix with their respective upper side the retaining flange 9 positioned on the base element 2 in a positionally stable manner.
  • Overall, the front shell 3, the rear side shell 4 and the head element 5 can thus be plugged onto the base element 2 or detachably connected thereto. Depending on the optical design of the front shell 3, the rear shell 4 and the head element 5, a table football figure 1 is generated in this way, which can be individualized / personalized quickly and easily.
  • Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 show another table football figure 101. The table football figure 101 differs from the table football figure 1 in particular by the configuration of the base member 102, the front shell 103, the rear shell 104 and the head element 105th
  • The base element 102 is constructed similarly to the base element 2, but additionally has a connecting pin on the upper side. The head element 105 is constructed similarly to the head element 5, but additionally has a receiving bore 11 on the underside. The diameter of this receiving bore 11 is based on the outer diameter of the Matching pin 10 tuned so that between the head member 105 and the base member 102, a connector can be formed.
  • The front shell 103 and the rear side shell 104 are similar to the front shell 3 and back shell 4 are formed. The connection between the front shell 103 and the base element 102 or between the rear side shell 104 and the base element 102 is effected in each case by a snap connection (i.e., the front shell 103 and the rear shell 104 are "clipped" to the base element). Furthermore, the front shell 103 and the rear side shell 104 have attached identification features 14, 15.
  • Also in the in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 illustrated embodiment can thus the front shell 103, the rear shell 104 and the head 105th simply and easily plugged onto the base member 102, clipped or be connected to this releasably. Depending on the optical design of the front shell 103, the rear shell 104 and the head element 105, a table soccer ball figure is generated which can be individualized / personalized quickly and easily.
  • Fig. 6 shows a modified backside shell 204. The backside shell 204 differs from the backside shell 104 by the presence of a connection extension 12 and a connection hook 13. The connection extension 12 and the connection hook 13 can engage in corresponding connection elements of a correspondingly adapted base element and in this way a snap, Form latching or plug connection between the rear shell 204 and the base member.
  • In the drawing figures, the head elements 5, 105 are formed as three-dimensional images of a head part of a real person produced by means of a 3D printing process. However, it is also possible to use a standard head element and to provide this with a glued face and / or hair.
  • Fig. 6 shows the modified rear side shell 204. However, it is also possible to modify the front shell in a similar manner, ie equip with a similar connecting extension 12 and / or connecting hooks 13.
  • In the table football figure 1, the connection between the head element 5 and the base member 2 by means of a retaining flange 9. In the Tischfußballfigur 101, the connection between the head member 105 and the base member 102 by means of a connecting pin 10 and a receiving bore 11. However, there are Embodiments possible, which have both a retaining flange 9 and a connecting pin 10 and a receiving bore 11. In this way, a particularly lagestabile and reliable connection between the items is possible. FIGS. 7 and 8 show such an embodiment.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 show another table football figure 201. The table football figure 201 differs from the table football figure 101 in particular by the configuration of the base member 202 and the head member 205th
  • The base element 202 is constructed similarly to the base element 102, but additionally has a groove (depression) on the upper side. The head element 205 is constructed similarly to the head element 105, but additionally has a retaining flange 109 on the underside. The retaining flange is similar to the retaining flange 9 the table football figure 1 off Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 built up.
  • The connection between the head element 205 and the base element 202 takes place both with the aid of a holding flange 109 and with the aid of the connecting pin 110 and a corresponding receiving bore in the head element 205 (the corresponding receiving bore is in FIG FIGS. 7 and 8 not shown in detail). For this purpose, the head element 205 is first attached to the connecting pin 110. In this way, the retaining flange 109 is positioned in the groove 16. The groove 16 is adapted in size to the retaining flange 109, so that no rotational movement of the retaining flange 109 about the central axis of the connecting pin 110 is possible. Subsequently, the front shell 103 and the rear side shell 104 are clipped to the base part 202. As a result, the respective upper sides of the front shell 103 and the rear side shell 104 additionally fix the retaining flange 109.
  • The table football figures 1, 101, 201 have a bore 6 whose inner diameter is matched to the outer diameter of the actuating rod 7. Typically, the outer diameter of the actuating rod 7 is 13 mm or 16 mm. By choosing a corresponding base element (with a hole in the appropriate size), the matching individualized table football figure can be easily generated. The remaining components (in particular head element, front shell, back shell) can remain unchanged. Depending on the outer diameter of the actuating rod 7, the inner diameter of the bore 6 may optionally also be adjusted easily and in a wide range (for example by drilling to the desired diameter). Again, the other components (in particular head element, front shell, back shell) remain unchanged. The table football figures 1, 101, 201 are thus not limited to a specific rod diameter, but universally applicable.
  • In the table football figure 101 and 201, the connecting pin 10 and 110 are respectively formed as a constituent of the base member 102 and 202, respectively. However, embodiments are also possible in which the connecting pin is formed as part of the head element 5 or 205. In these embodiments, the respective connecting pin may be formed as a metal pin. Such a metal pin can serve as additional weight. This means that when the table soccer ball is rotated through 180 °, the head of the playing piece remains in the downward position on its own. In this way, the character is no obstacle to the ball.
