Definitions
- the invention relates to a soundproofing element for a noise protection wall, in particular for roads, highways and especially for railways, with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- the invention is also a noise protection wall element according to claim 9, which consists of several soundproofing elements.
- the object of the invention is also a noise protection wall part which consists of at least one soundproofing element or a noise protection wall element and at least two posts.
- Noise barriers, noise barriers or noise barriers are used everywhere where citizens are to be protected from noise, especially traffic noise. Noise barriers, however, can not be poured everywhere due to the large space requirement. Especially at the edge of roads, highways and railways is the space available for noise protection often low. Only narrow noise barriers or noise barriers can be used in these areas. At noise barriers high demands are made. They must absorb the sound as best as possible, be weather-resistant, robust against falling rocks or vandalism and be cost-effective. At the same time, the visual impression is important. Inner city areas should not be spoiled by concrete walls, and motorists and train passengers should not be completely excluded from the environment. Noise barriers are therefore often made at least partially transparent.
- the soundproofing element described therein has two posts that hold a sound-reflecting insert of transparent material.
- the aforementioned soundproofing element Due to its structure, the aforementioned soundproofing element is largely transparent. However, the optical impression and the transparency are disturbed by the massive cross beams. In addition, the sound absorption of the soundproofing element is relatively poor.
- the insert of transparent material consists in the aforementioned prior art of single-layer safety glass, made of laminated safety glass, but especially of plastic, preferably PMMA plastic, colloquially referred to as acrylic glass.
- the sound absorption structure consists of a core of absorber material, such as mineral fiber material, and a cover made of perforated plate or a perforated plastic, possibly also provided with an internal moisture protection cover.
- peripheral strip-like arranged sound absorption structure leaves the transparent insert in the central region of the soundproofing element free, so it hardly disturbs the basically transparent nature of the soundproofing element.
- absorption effect of the peripheral sound absorption structure is quite considerable and improves the soundproofing effect of the soundproofing element as a whole.
- a known soundproofing element that is elongated rectangular has dimensions of about 4 meters in length and about 1 meter in height.
- the absorption effect is not quite as good as you would like it and as it meets certain requirement profiles.
- Compliance with certain standards and regulations is mandatory in Germany for the use of soundproofing elements on certain traffic routes (see also the EP 1 536 066 B1 ).
- the teaching of the present invention is therefore based on the problem of further improving the sound absorption effect of the known soundproofing element for a noise protection wall.
- the large area, held by the profile frame insert is divided into at least two held by the profile frame, in the profile frame aligned with each other deposits.
- the surfaces of the individual deposits are slightly less than half as large as the area of one insert of the sound insulation element known from the prior art with two inserts.
- a dimensionally stable profile center web is arranged between the two deposits.
- This has two U-shaped receptacles directed away from each other, in each of which the edge of an adjacent insert is positioned, each with an elastic arrangement.
- the profile center web is used in the soundproofing element according to the invention in order to install the sound absorption structure on the right side and the left side of the sound side. This increases the total provided with sound absorption surface area on the sound side of the soundproofing element. This provides the additional level of absorption required to meet or exceed certain regulatory limits.
- the invention provides that the profile center web is not connected to the profile frame. At most, the profile center web is precisely in the outer profile frame and thus on the peripheral profile frame. But there is no independent connection between profile center bar and profile frame. The profile center web is held in its position in the profile frame only indirectly through the edges of the deposits. This design has the consequence that the entire system of this soundproofing element is able to react flexibly to dynamic loads. Even with millions of load cycles, there are no fatigue fractures on this soundproofing element.
- the "floating" installation of the profile center web optimally supplements the positioning of the inserts in the receptacles of the profile frame with the elastic arrangements provided there.
- the mentioned elastic arrangement may be carried out in the manner of an elastic seal arrangement with sealing strips or sealing profiles, but need not.
- Other elastically acting arrangements which have no sealing function or sealing effect, can be used in a corresponding manner be, for example, an adhesive layer with an elastic storage function.
- Essential is the elasticity of the storage of the deposits in the dimensionally stable profile frame and the dimensionally stable profile center bar to withstand the dynamic load in the million-fold load changes. This is especially true for rail transport on high-speed railway lines, where these loads are extremely high.
- profile center bar thus stands for the arrangement between two adjacent deposits, even if this arrangement is not provided in the middle of the entire soundproofing element.
- the invention is also a noise barrier element consisting of several soundproofing elements of the type in question, namely as written in claim 9.
- the object of the invention is also a noise protection wall part, which is additionally characterized by at least two posts to set up the corresponding section of the noise protection wall.
- Fig. 1 shows a front view of a first embodiment of a soundproofing element 1 according to the invention for a noise barrier.
- the soundproofing element 1 has a here rectangular, dimensionally stable profile frame 2 and at least one, here exactly two, held by the profile frame 2 deposits 3.
- Each insert 3 is made of transparent material, Transparent material are all types of glasses, including those made of plastic. It is particularly advantageous if the transparent material is acrylic glass. In detail, on the EP 1 536 066 B1 directed.
- the sound side of the soundproofing element there is a sound absorption structure 4 arranged at the edge, which covers the insert 3 on a peripheral, circumferential strip. While the flat insert 3 of transparent material has only a sound-reflecting effect, the additionally provided edge-side arranged sound absorption structure 4 contributes to the absorption effect of the soundproofing element.
- the sound absorption structure 4 comprising the EP 1 536 066 B1 be referenced, in which all facts of interest to the sound absorption structure 4 are communicated.
- Fig. 3 and Fig. 1 can be further seen in the context that the edge of the insert 3 in a U-shaped receptacle 5 of the profile frame 2 by means of an elastic assembly 6, here with an elastic sealing strip positioned.
- the sealing strip may for example consist of EPDM.
- Fig. 3 Partial section III-III shown relates to a soundproofing element 1 within a noise barrier wall element, as shown in Fig. 2 is shown in a front view.
- a noise protection wall element according to Fig. 2 has several soundproofing elements 1 according to the invention one above the other and / or arranged side by side. All soundproofing elements 1 of the noise protection wall element are provided with an outer circumferential frame 7, which holds them together.
- the enclosure frame 7 is preferably made of metal, in particular of light metal. But it can also be made of steel for stiffening purposes.
- the enclosure frame 7 can be seen in Fig. 3 ,
- noise protection wall element from a plurality of soundproofing elements 1, without providing a surrounding frame 7. Then you have to take other measures to connect the sound insulation elements 1 to the complete noise protection wall element together.
- Fig. 3 This consists, as in the prior art, of a core 8 of absorber material, such as mineral fiber material, and a cover 9, which preferably consists of a perforated plate or a perforated plastic material. Not shown is a moisture protection cover for the absorber material, which is provided in the prior art and can also be used here.
- absorber material such as mineral fiber material
- cover 9 which preferably consists of a perforated plate or a perforated plastic material.
- a moisture protection cover for the absorber material which is provided in the prior art and can also be used here.
- Fig. 4 shows an arrangement in which two Sclhallschutziana 1, for example, within the noise barrier wall element from Fig. 2 (there the section IV-IV), abutting each other at the edge.
- This is the noise barrier wall element Fig. 2 for example, in the vertical of the case.
- the outer sides of the respective profile frame 2 butt against each other.
- the profile frame 2 can be connected to each other here.
- FIG. 5 Now lets the essential aspect of the teaching of the invention recognize, in connection with Fig. 1 (there the clipping) and Fig. 2 (there the section VV).
- At least two of the profile frame 2 held, in the profile frame 2 aligned with each other deposits 3 are provided. Between the two deposits 3 a dimensionally stable profile center web 10 is arranged.
- the profile center web 10 has two mutually directed away U-shaped shots 11. All this can be seen in the in Fig. 5 illustrated section.
- the adjacent edges of the inserts 3 are each positioned in the U-shaped receptacles 11 by means of an elastic arrangement 12. This is exactly as it is also provided in the outer dimensionally stable profile frame 2.
- Fig. 1 . 2 and 5 one recognizes what the profile centerpiece 10 is about. The point is that the sound absorption structure 4 covers the two-sided inserts 3 on a marginal strip on both sides of the profile center web 10. On the total surface of the soundproofing element 1, two additional strips of the sound absorption structure 4 are thus obtained, namely on the right and left of the profiled middle web 10. Thus, the sound absorption effect of the soundproofing element 1 is increased with unchanged external dimensions.
- profile center web 10 is located on the inner edge of the profile frame 2 dull, but a connection does not exist.
- the profile center web 10 is thus in the profile frame 2 of the soundproofing element according to Fig, 1 held only in its position that the inserts 3 are held in the profile frame 2 in the local receptacles 5 with the respective elastic assembly 6.
- the profile center web 10 itself hovers, as it were between the deposits 3, only held by them.
- the construction shown has the advantage that the inserts 3 can vibrate under dynamic load, as they occur in particular on rail tracks, and that the profile center web 10 can resonate with it.
- the entire arrangement with the Schallschlutzelement 1 is also suitable for millions of load changes, as has emerged from extensive experiments.
- Fig. 5 shows in the preferred embodiment there that the profile center web 10 in cross-section T-shaped (integrally) is executed.
- the shots 11 can be seen left and right in each leg.
- the profile center web 10 similar to the arrangement that in Fig. 4 is shown, double L-shaped and thus perform two parts, with a corresponding arrangement of the recordings 11th
- the references to EP 1 536 066 B1 corresponding to typical noise barriers.
- the soundproofing element 1 with two inserts 3 and a profile center web 10 has a length of about 2.5 m to 4.0 m, preferably of about 3.0 m, and / or a height of about 0.5 m to 1.5 m, preferably of about 1.0 m. With two profiled webs 10 one works, for example, at a length greater than 4.0 m.
- the profile frame 2 and the profile center web 10 as a hollow profile, preferably as a multi-chamber hollow section, made of metal, preferably made of light metal, in particular made of aluminum, according to the preferred teaching.
- a profile 15 is arranged made of elastic material (see Fig. 6 ).
- Fig. 6 finally shows in a section and partial section of the edge region of a noise barrier part.
- a noise protection wall part is characterized in that each post 13 has a directed to the soundproofing element 1 and the noise barrier wall element U-shaped receptacle 14, in which the soundproofing element 1 and the noise protection wall element used with its edge with play and with elastic elements 15 in its position is fixed elastically yielding.
- the corresponding element 15 has already been attached to the profile frame 2 of the soundproofing element 1 from the outset as a profile 15 made of elastic material. The edge of the soundproofing element 1 is thus easily inserted into the receptacle 14 on the post 13 and is then used there due to the elastic bearing with game.

Description
The invention relates to a soundproofing element for a noise protection wall, in particular for roads, highways and especially for railways, with the features of the preamble of
Noise barriers, noise barriers or noise barriers are used everywhere where citizens are to be protected from noise, especially traffic noise. Due to its structure, the aforementioned soundproofing element is largely transparent. However, the optical impression and the transparency are disturbed by the massive cross beams. In addition, the sound absorption of the soundproofing element is relatively poor.
The insert of transparent material consists in the aforementioned prior art of single-layer safety glass, made of laminated safety glass, but especially of plastic, preferably PMMA plastic, colloquially referred to as acrylic glass. The sound absorption structure consists of a core of absorber material, such as mineral fiber material, and a cover made of perforated plate or a perforated plastic, possibly also provided with an internal moisture protection cover.
The peripheral strip-like arranged sound absorption structure leaves the transparent insert in the central region of the soundproofing element free, so it hardly disturbs the basically transparent nature of the soundproofing element. However, the absorption effect of the peripheral sound absorption structure is quite considerable and improves the soundproofing effect of the soundproofing element as a whole.
The teaching of the present invention is therefore based on the problem of further improving the sound absorption effect of the known soundproofing element for a noise protection wall.
The aforementioned problem is solved in a soundproofing element with the features of the preamble of
According to the invention, the large area, held by the profile frame insert is divided into at least two held by the profile frame, in the profile frame aligned with each other deposits. The surfaces of the individual deposits are slightly less than half as large as the area of one insert of the sound insulation element known from the prior art with two inserts. Between the two deposits a dimensionally stable profile center web is arranged. This has two U-shaped receptacles directed away from each other, in each of which the edge of an adjacent insert is positioned, each with an elastic arrangement. The profile center web is used in the soundproofing element according to the invention in order to install the sound absorption structure on the right side and the left side of the sound side. This increases the total provided with sound absorption surface area on the sound side of the soundproofing element. This provides the additional level of absorption required to meet or exceed certain regulatory limits.
In particular boundary conditions on polluted roads, especially in rail transport, a soundproofing element of the type in question is heavily stressed by load changes. In order to meet the stress here, the invention provides that the profile center web is not connected to the profile frame. The "floating" installation of the profile center web optimally supplements the positioning of the inserts in the receptacles of the profile frame with the elastic arrangements provided there.
The mentioned elastic arrangement may be carried out in the manner of an elastic seal arrangement with sealing strips or sealing profiles, but need not. Other elastically acting arrangements, which have no sealing function or sealing effect, can be used in a corresponding manner be, for example, an adhesive layer with an elastic storage function. Essential is the elasticity of the storage of the deposits in the dimensionally stable profile frame and the dimensionally stable profile center bar to withstand the dynamic load in the million-fold load changes. This is especially true for rail transport on high-speed railway lines, where these loads are extremely high.
Preferred embodiments and further developments of the soundproofing element according to the invention are the subject of the subclaims related to the soundproofing element.
In the profile frame more than two deposits can be arranged in alignment with each other. In three deposits, which are arranged in alignment with each other, they are separated by two profiled webs. The term "profile center bar" thus stands for the arrangement between two adjacent deposits, even if this arrangement is not provided in the middle of the entire soundproofing element.
The invention is also a noise barrier element consisting of several soundproofing elements of the type in question, namely as written in
Finally, the object of the invention is also a noise protection wall part, which is additionally characterized by at least two posts to set up the corresponding section of the noise protection wall.
