Description
The invention relates to packages containing tablet products such as unit pharmaceutical products in the form of tablets, capsules or capsules.
It is known that unit pharmaceutical products are generally packaged in a blister pack formed by a base having a plurality of protuberances and by a film, with each protuberance having a cavity in which a unit pharmaceutical product is disposed and each protrusion which is closed by the film so that each unit pharmaceutical product is retained in the cavity where it is disposed.
To extract a unitary pharmaceutical product from a blister pack, a protuberance is deformed to deform and act on the unitary pharmaceutical product which is then dragged toward the film, the film is torn and the unitary pharmaceutical product can be recovered. .
In general, unit pharmaceuticals are distributed and marketed in boxes where several blister packs containing unit pharmaceuticals are placed.
The boxes containing the blister packs are often bulky and quite inconvenient to handle. Some users therefore take with them, for example in a handbag or in a pocket, directly a blister pack, but the film of the blister pack being unprotected, it happens that it tears unexpectedly and that one or many of the unit pharmaceuticals are leaking from the blister pack.
Various packages have already been proposed which are easy to handle and transport, for example in a purse or in a pocket, in which the blister packs are protected.
Such packaging includes a cover and a diptych disposed in the cover.
The diaper has a first component formed by a first blister pack, a second component formed by a second blister pack and a back arranged between the first component and the second component.
The cover has a first component, a second component and a back disposed between the first component and the second component, the back of the diptych being secured to the back of the cover.
To transport the packaging, it is put in a closed configuration in which the two parts of the diptych are against each other, the first part of the cover is against the first part of the diptych and the second part of the cover is against the second part of the diptych.
In order to extract a unit pharmaceutical product from the package, the package is placed in an open configuration in which the dyptic flap containing the blister pack containing the unit pharmaceutical product to be extracted is separated from the other part of the diptych. and away from the cover so that one can press the protuberance to extract the unitary pharmaceutical product.
The object of the invention is to make it possible to obtain such a packaging simply, conveniently and economically.
Elle propose à cet effet un conditionnement renfermant des produits en pastille, comportant une couverture et un diptyque disposé dans ladite couverture, ledit diptyque comportant un premier volet comportant une première plaquette blister, un deuxième volet comportant une deuxième plaquette blister et un dos disposé entre ledit premier volet et ledit deuxième volet ; chaque dite première plaquette blister et deuxième plaquette blister comportant un film et une base présentant des protubérances, chaque dit produit en pastille étant disposé dans une cavité d'une dite protubérance fermée par ledit film ; ladite couverture comportant un premier volet, un deuxième volet et un dos disposé entre ledit premier volet et ledit deuxième volet ; ledit dos dudit diptyque étant assujetti audit dos de ladite couverture, grâce à quoi ledit conditionnement est agencé à la manière d'un livre ;
ledit conditionnement étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un étui comportant une partie de couverture et une partie de diptyque, ladite partie de couverture formant ladite couverture, lesdites première plaquette blister et deuxième plaquette blister et la partie de diptyque formant ledit diptyque ; un panneau intermédiaire de ladite partie de couverture formant ledit dos de ladite couverture et un panneau intermédiaire de ladite partie de diptyque formant ledit dos dudit diptyque, avec un côté dudit panneau intermédiaire de ladite partie de couverture qui est relié par un pontet à un côté dudit panneau intermédiaire de ladite partie de diptyque.It proposes for this purpose a packaging containing pellet products, comprising a cover and a diptych disposed in said cover, said diptych comprising a first flap comprising a first blister pack, a second flap comprising a second blister pack and a back disposed between said first component and second component; each said first blister pack and second blister pack comprising a film and a base having protuberances, each said pellet product being disposed in a cavity of a said protuberance closed by said film; said cover comprising a first flap, a second flap and a back disposed between said first flap and said second flap; said back of said diptych being subject to said back of said cover, whereby said packaging is arranged in the manner of a book;
said package being characterized in that it comprises a holster having a cover portion and a diptych portion, said cover portion forming said cover, said first blister board and second blister board and the diptych portion forming said diptych; an intermediate panel of said cover portion forming said back of said cover and an intermediate panel of said diptych portion forming said back of said diptych, with a side of said intermediate panel of said cover portion which is connected by a jumper to a side of said intermediate panel of said diptych part.
In the packaging according to the invention, unlike the aforementioned prior packages, the flaps of the diptych are not directly formed by blister packs joined to each other by the back of the diptych, but by conventional individual blister packs and by the diptych part of the holster.
The packaging according to the invention thus offers the advantage of not requiring the use of specific blister packs, joined together by a back, but conventional blister packs associated with a part of the diptych of a holster which can be made from a blank of flexible and collapsible material such as cardboard.
Thanks to the bridge connecting the intermediate panel of the diptych part forming the diptych back and the intermediate panel of the cover part forming the back of the cover, the covering part and the diptych part of the packaging according to the invention are not no separate components.
On the contrary, the cover part and the diptych part are joined by the trigger guard in one and the same component.
Therefore, apart from the first blister pack and the second blister pack, all that is required is a single component to obtain the pack according to the invention.
- ladite partie de diptyque comporte deux panneaux prenant en sandwich ladite première plaquette blister et deux panneaux prenant en sandwich ladite deuxième plaquette blister ;
