Dispositif (10) de transfert d'articles (11) en forme de tige de l'industrie de traitement du tabac depuis un transporteur longitudinal (12) pour le transport suivant l'axe longitudinal des articles (11) sur un dispositif de transport transversal (13) pour le transport suivant l'axe transversal des articles (11) ou inversement, les directions de transport T1 du transporteur longitudinal (12) et T2 du transporteur transversal (13) ayant une étendue linéaire, comprenant un corps de tambour (14) adapté pour être entraîné en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation I et comportant au moins un élément de support (15), chaque élément de support (15) étant disposé sur le corps de tambour (14) de façon à pouvoir être pivoté autour d'un axe de pivotement II et comportant des organes de réception (16, 17) adaptés et agencés pour prélever, afin de les tenir et les redonner, au moins deux articles (11) en forme de tige, notamment des tiges de tabac, les organes de réception (16, 17) étant montés en rotation sur l'élément de support (15) pour le changement de l'orientation des articles (11) en forme de tige du sens de l'axe longitudinal vers le sens de l'axe transversal et inversement, caractérisé en ce que les organes de réception (16, 17) d'un élément de support (15) sont conçus mobiles autour de l'axe de rotation I afin que la position des articles (11) en forme de tige, des uns par rapport aux autres, puisse être changée pendant la rotation du corps de tambour (14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sont disposés sur chaque élément de support (15), deux organes de réception (16, 17) séparés pour prélever, tenir et redonner les articles (11) en forme de tige, les organes étant adaptés et agencés de façon à pouvoir pivoter chacun autour d'un axe de pivotement individuel respectivement S1 et S2.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux organes de réception (16, 17) associés à un élément de support (15) sont adaptés et agencés de façon à être coordonnés en ce qui concerne leurs zones de pivotement.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux organes de réception (16, 17), de par les points d'appui de leurs axes de pivotement, sont disposés proches l'un de l'autre et l'un au-dessus de l'autre et en ce que les organes de réception (16, 17) s'étendent chacun à partir des points d'appui en forme de leviers (20, 21) en saillie en s'éloignant des axes de pivotement S1 et S2, les organes de réception (16, 17) étant conçus mobiles de façon à pouvoir être déplacés à partir d'une position dans laquelle ils sont orientés de préférence parallèlement l'un à l'autre et espacés l'un de l'autre., en s'éloignant l'un de l'autre, de préférence de 90° chacun, vers une position dans laquelle les organes de réception (16, 17) sont alignés l'un avec l'autre, et retour.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque levier (20, 21) comprend une partie de fixation (20a, 21a) par laquelle le levier (20, 21) et monté pivotant sur l'élément de support (15) et une partie creuse (20b, 21b) pour prélever, tenir et redonner les articles (11) en forme de tige, la partie de fixation (20a, 21a), qui est rattachée à la partie creuse (20b, 21b) par une entretoise de liaison (20c, 21c), étant disposée de façon décalée par rapport à la partie creuse (20b, 21b) dans un autre plan et en ce que la partie creuse (20b, 21b) comprend une surface de creux (22, 23) adaptée à la forme extérieure des articles (11) en forme de tige qui doivent être transférés.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est associé à chaque élément de support (15), au moins un corps de creux (24) qui, de par sa surface de creux (25) également adaptée à la forme extérieure des articles (11) en forme de tige, est situé au-dessus des parties de fixation des organes de réception (16, 17) et qui est orienté de façon que le corps de creux (24) soit aligné avec les organes de réception (16, 17), lorsque les leviers (20, 21) se trouvent dans la position dans laquelle ils sont alignés l'un avec l'autre.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que toutes les surfaces de creux (22, 23, 25) des deux organes de réception (16, 17), d'une part, et du corps de creux (24) d'autre part, sont tangentes à un plan commun E.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le corps de creux (24) est monté sur l'élément de support (15) en position fixe et immobile en rotation.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'à chaque organe de réception (16, 17) d'un élément de support (15) est associé un entraînement individuel en pivotement.
  10. Procédé de transfert d'articles (11) en forme de tige de l'industrie de traitement du tabac depuis un transporteur longitudinal (12) pour le transport suivant l'axe longitudinal des articles (11) sur un dispositif de transport transversal (13) pour le transport suivant l'axe transversal des articles (11) ou inversement, notamment à l'aide d'un dispositif (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, les directions de transport T1 du transporteur longitudinal (12) et T2 du transporteur transversal (13) ayant une étendue linéaire, comprenant les étapes de :
    - prélever des articles (11) en forme de tige du transporteur longitudinal (12) ou du transporteur transversal (13) à l'aide d'un corps de tambour (14), adapté pour être en rotation autour d'un axe de rotation I, d'un dispositif (10) pour le transfert d'articles (11) en forme de tige de l'industrie de traitement du tabac,
    - en prélevant chaque fois du transporteur longitudinal (12) ou du transporteur transversal (13), au moins deux articles (11) en forme de tige à l'aide d'organes de réception (16, 17) qui sont montés sur un élément de support (15) qui est disposé pivotant autour d'un axe de pivotement II sur le corps de tambour (14),
    - faire tourner le corps de tambour (14) autour de l'axe de rotation I et ainsi faire déplacer les articles (11) en forme de tige d'un angle prédéterminé,
    - aligner ledit au moins un élément de support (15) autour de l'axe de pivotement II, pendant la rotation du corps de tambour (14), dudit angle prédéterminé,
    - faire tourner les articles (11) en forme de tige disposés dans les organes de réception (16, 17) de 90° à partir d'une orientation suivant l'axe longitudinal dans une orientation suivant l'axe transversal et inversement, et
    - redonner les articles (11) en forme de tige à un transporteur transversal (13) ou à un transporteur longitudinal (12),
    caractérisé en ce que les articles (11) en forme de tige présents sur un élément de support (15) changent de position les uns par rapport aux autres pendant la rotation du corps de tambour (14) autour de l'axe de rotation I.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que deux tiges de tabac individuels disposés parallèlement sur le transporteur longitudinal (12) sont prélevées comme des articles (11) en forme de tige et sont éloignées l'une de l'autre de 90°, par le pivotement des organes de réception (16, 17) autour de leur propre axe de pivotement respectif S1 ou S2, dans une position dans laquelle les deux tiges de tabac sont alignées l'une avec l'autre et sont espacées l'une de l'autre.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que des filtres doubles (19) sont mis dans le dispositif (10) pour le transfert, si bien qu'à chaque transfert au transporteur transversal (13), un filtre double (19) soit situé entre les tiges de tabac et forme avec les tiges de tabac une formation alignée.
