  • the said skid member (4) is preferably located close to the hinge (H) and the movable arm (13) of the said skid member (4) contacts with at least a protrusion (H1) of the hinge (H), as shown in Figure 2 . In this embodiment, by adjustment of the length of the movable arm (13) of the skid member (4) and/or the driving force of th (14) of the skid member (4) the door (D) can be opened to the desired extent.
  • the inventive door opening system for instance the door (D) of a dishwasher is moved into its opened position during the drying process thereof, and thus the said drying process is performed with a lower amount of power. Furthermore, thanks to the flexible member (10) comprised in the skid mechanism (3), even at the instant when the door (D) is moved into its opened position by means of the skid mechanism (3), the user can close the door (D) in a reliable manner. Therefore, there is provided a reliable and long-lasting door opening system.

Claims (11)

  1. Türöffnungssystem geeignet zur Verwendung in einem Spülgerät (M) ist, das wenigstens ein Gehäuse (B), wenigstens eine Tür (D), die durch ihre Bewegung in Bezug auf das Gehäuse (B) in eine geschlossene Stellung oder eine geöffnete Stellung bewegt wird, und wenigstens ein Scharnier (H) aufweist, das die Tür (D) in beweglicher Weise mit dem Gehäuse (B) verbindet und das das Schwenken der Tür (D) aus der geschlossenen in die geöffnete Stellung ermöglicht, wobei das Türöffnungssystem einen Schiebermechanismus (3) aufweist, der an der Tür (D) oder dem Gehäuse (B) angeordnet ist, so dass, wenn eine Seite eines beweglichen Arms (6) von dem Schiebergehäuse (5) weg bewegt wird, der bewegliche Arm (6) Kraft in einer solchen Weise auf die Tür (D) ausübt, dass sie von dem Gehäuse (B) weg bewegt wird, wobei der Schiebermechanismus (3) aufweist:
    wenigstens ein Schiebergehäuse (5),
    wenigstens ein Zahnrad (7), das in dem Schiebergehäuse (5) angeordnet ist,
    wenigstens einen beweglichen Arm (6), an dem wenigstens eine Seite die Form einer Zahnstange hat, die in Kontakt mit dem Zahnrad (7) steht, und mit wenigstens einer Seite, die durch die Bewegung des Zahnrads (7) von dem Schiebergehäuse (5) weg oder darauf zu bewegt wird,
    wenigstens ein Verschiebungselement (9), das das Zahnrad (7) bewegt,
    wenigstens ein Bewegungsübertragungselement (8), das die Bewegung des Verschiebungselements (9) auf das Zahnrad (7) überträgt, und
    wenigstens ein flexibles Element (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das flexible Element zwischen dem Schiebergehäuse (5) und dem Verschiebungselement (9) angeordnet ist und eine Kraft in der Richtung des Zahnrads (7) auf das Verschiebungselement (9) ausübt.
  2. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebungselement (9) wenigstens einen Thermo-Aktuator aufweist.
  3. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bewegungsübertragungselement (8) die Form einer Zahnstange hat.
  4. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebungselement (9) wenigstens einen Motor aufweist.
  5. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bewegungsübertragungselement (8) die Form eines Schneckenrades hat, das an dem Rotor des Motors befestigt ist.
  6. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens einen Deckel (11) aufweist, der das Schiebergehäuse (5) abdeckt.
  7. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es zwei bewegliche Arme (6) aufweist.
  8. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beweglichen Arme (6) in der Weise positioniert sind, dass sie symmetrisch in Bezug auf eine Achse liegen, die senkrecht zu der Bewegungsachse der Tür (D) ist und die die Tür (D) zentriert.
  9. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es wenigstens ein Schieberelement (4) aufweist, das Kraft auf die Tür (D) in der Weise ausübt, dass sie sich von dem Gehäuse (B) weg bewegt.
  10. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schieberelement (4) wenigstens ein Schieberelementgehäuse (12), das an dem Gehäuse (B) befestigt ist, wenigstens einen weiteren beweglichen Arm (13), der mit dem Schieberelementgehäuse (12) so verbunden ist, dass er von dem Schieberelementgehäuse (12) weg bewegt wird und, wenn er von dem Schieberelementgehäuse (12) weg bewegt wird, eine Kraft auf die Tür (D) ausübt, um sie in die geöffnete Stellung zu bewegen, und wenigstens ein weiteres flexibles Element (14) aufweist, das eine Kraft auf den beweglichen Arm (13) ausübt, so dass er von dem Schieberelementgehäuse (12) weg bewegt wird.
  11. Türöffnungssystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zahnrad (7) zwei Zahnräder aufweist, die verschiedene Durchmesser haben und an ihren Drehachsen miteinander verbunden sind.
