Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung (10) zum Odorieren einer Verpackung, wie beispielsweise einer Lebensmittel konservierenden Schale, in der ein Produkt (PR), insbesondere ein Lebensmittelprodukt, verpackt und bereitgestellt wird, wobei die Vorrichtung (10) dazu geeignet ist, eine odorierende/aromatisierende Substanz (G1+G2+L, OD) in einer gasförmigen Form zu erzeugen und in die das Produkt (PR) enthaltende Verpackung (CON) abzugeben, bevor die Verpackung hermetisch verschlossen wird, mit:einem Mischsystem (20) zum Erzeugen eines Gasgemisches (G1+G2);einem Öler oder Vernebler (30) zum Vernebeln einer odorierenden/aromatisierenden Flüssigkeit (L) und zum Mischen der Flüssigkeit mit dem durch das Mischsystem (20) erzeugten und zugeführten Gasgemisch (G1+G2); undeinem Behälter (40), in dem das Gemisch (G1+G2+L) aus der vernebelten Flüssigkeit und dem Gas gespeichert wird und der molekulare Austausch zwischen diesem durch das Mischsystem zugeführten Gasgemisch und der vernebelten Flüssigkeit stattfindet, um die zum Odorieren der Verpackung (CON) zu verwendende odorierende/aromatisierende Substanz (OD) zu erhalten;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassdie Vorrichtung, die das jeweilige Mischsystem (20) aufweist, nur mechanische Teile und pneumatische Einrichtungen (20, 30, 40) aufweist, die wiederum pneumatische Leitungen, verschiedenartige Ventile und ähnliche Einrichtungen zum Erzeugen, Steuern und Abgeben der odorierenden/aromatisierenden Substanz (OD) in die zu odorierende Verpackung (CON) aufweisen, und daher keine elektrischen und/oder elektronischen Einrichtungen aufweist, die eine Gefahrenquelle für die Sicherheit in der Umgebung darstellen könnten, in der die Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) installiert ist.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Öler oder Vernebler (30) von dem Typ ist, der ein Venturirohr zum Ansaugen der odorierenden/aromatisierenden Flüssigkeit (L) und Mischen der Flüssigkeit mit dem Gasgemisch (G1+G2) aufweist, das durch das Mischsystem (20) erzeugt und zugeführt wird.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassder Öler von dem Typ ist, der für die Aufnahme einer austauschbaren Kartusche (CAR) geeignet ist, die die odorierende/aromatisierende Flüssigkeit (L) enthält, die mit dem durch das Mischsystem (20) erzeugten und zugeführten Gasgemisch (G1+G2) gemischt werden soll.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Mischsystem (20) zum Erzeugen des Gasgemisches (G1+G2) aus Stickstoff (N2) und Kohlendioxid (C02) geeignet ist.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei das Mischsystem (20) zum Erzeugen des Gasgemisches (G1+G2) aus Sauerstoff und Argon geeignet ist.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ternäre oder quaternäre Gemische verwendet, die durch das jeweilige Mischsystem erzeugt werden.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gase (G1, G2), die durch das Mischsystem (20) zum Erzeugen des mit der odorierenden/aromatisierenden Flüssigkeit (L) zu mischenden Gasgemischs (G1+G2) verwendet werden, in Zylindern oder in kryogenen Behältern oder in Systemen zugeführt werden, die zum Aufnehmen von Gas geeignet sind.
- Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, die in dem Bereich am Ausgang des Mischsystems (20) ein Dreiwegeventil (25) aufweist, das dazu geeignet ist, den Durchfluss des durch das Mischsystem (20) erzeugten Gasgemischs (G1+G2) in Richtung des Ölers oder Verneblers (30) und in Richtung eines Speicherbehälters (28) für dieses Gasgemisch (G1+G2) zu regeln.
- Verfahren zum Odorieren einer Verpackung, wie beispielsweise einer ein Lebensmittel konservierenden Schale, in der ein Produkt (PR), insbesondere ein Lebensmittelprodukt, verpackt und bereitgestellt wird, mit den Schritten:Bereitstellen einer Odorierungsvorrichtung (10), die dazu geeignet ist, eine odorierende/aromatisierende Substanz (G1+G2+L, OD) in einer gasförmigen Form in der Verpackung (CON) bereitzustellen, die das Produkt (PR) enthält, bevor die Verpackung hermetisch verschlossen wird,wobei die Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) aufweist:ein Mischsystem (20) zum Erzeugen eines Gasgemischs (G1+G2);einen Öler oder Vernebler (30) zum Vernebeln einer odorierenden/aromatisierenden Flüssigkeit (L) und Mischen der Flüssigkeit mit dem durch das Mischsystem (20) erzeugten und zugeführten Gasgemisch (G1+G2); undeinen Behälter (40), in dem die Mischung (G1+G2+L) aus der vernebelten Flüssigkeit und dem Gas gespeichert wird und der molekulare Austausch zwischen diesem durch das Mischsystem zugeführten Gasgemisch und der vernebelten Flüssigkeit stattfindet, um die zum Odorieren der Verpackung (CON) zu verwendende odorierende/aromatisierende Substanz (OD) zu erhalten;wobei die Odorierungsvorrichtung (10), die das Mischsystem (20) zum Erzeugen eines Gasgemischs (G1+G2) aufweist, nur mechanische Teile und pneumatische Einrichtungen (20, 30, 40) zum Erzeugen, Steuern und Abgeben der odorierenden/aromatisierenden Substanz (OD) in die zu odorierende Verpackung (CON) aufweist, so dass die Vorrichtung eine Funktionsweise hat, gemäß der keine elektrischen und/oder elektronischen Einrichtungen verwendet werden, die eine Gefahrenquelle für die Sicherheit in der Umgebung darstellen könnten, in der die Odorierungsvorrichtung (10) installiert ist.
- Verfahren zum Odorieren einer Verpackung nach Anspruch 9, wobei der Öler oder Vernebler (30) von dem Typ ist, der ein Venturirohr zum Ansaugen der odorierenden/aromatisierenden Flüssigkeit (L) und zum Mischen der Flüssigkeit mit dem durch das Mischsystem (20) erzeugten und zugeführten Gasgemisch (G1+G2) aufweist.
