Claims (6)

  1. Gesichertes Sperrsystem, umfassend:
    i) zwei Teile, eine zylindrische Welle (112) und ein Element, in Translationsbewegung zueinander, wobei eines der zwei Teile in das andere eingefügt ist,
    ii) ein Mittel (50) zum Sperren der Translationsbewegung, in dem ein Immobilisierungselement (55) angeordnet ist, wobei das Immobilisierungselement (55) vom Rohrtyp ist, wobei das Sperrmittel ein Sperrzylinder (50) ist,
    iii) wobei das Immobilisierungsrohr (55) mit einem viskoelastischen Fluid (8) assoziiert ist, das derart zwischen dem Sperrzylinder (50) und dem Immobilisierungsrohr (55) angeordnet ist, dass die Translationsbewegung gesperrt wird, wenn das viskoelastische Fluid (8) einen Druck auf die Wände des Immobilisierungsrohrs (55) ausübt, und dass die Translationsbewegung bei einer Notentsperrung möglich ist, wenn das viskoelastische Fluid (8) nicht mehr unter Druck steht,
    iv) wobei der Sperrzylinder (50) eine axiale Bohrung (51) umfasst, die an das Gleiten der zylindrischen Welle (112) angepasst ist und Zonen von unterschiedlichen Durchmessern umfasst, wobei der Durchmesser (d5) des mittleren Teils der Bohrung (51) so konfiguriert ist, dass eine dichte ringförmige Kammer (54) zwischen der Außenfläche der zylindrischen Welle (112) und der Innenfläche der Bohrung (51) gestaltet wird, in der das viskoelastische Fluid (8) angeordnet ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:
    v) das gesicherte Sperrsystem einen Hydraulikfluidzulauf (60) umfasst, der dafür konfiguriert ist, ein Hydraulikfluid zum Schnittpunkt der Fläche der zylindrischen Welle (112) und einer Innenfläche des Immobilisierungsrohrs (55) zu leiten, das so in der ringförmigen Kammer (54) angeordnet ist, dass es mit der Fläche der zylindrischen Welle in Kontakt steht, wobei das viskoelastische Fluid (8) derart zwischen dem Rohr (55) und der Innenfläche der Bohrung (51) angeordnet ist, dass die zylindrische Welle (112) in Gegenwart von Hydraulikfluid frei translationsbeweglich ist,
    vi) der Hydraulikfluidzulauf einen ausreichenden Druck ausübt, um das Rohr (55) dank der Kompressionseigenschaften des viskoelastischen Fluids in Richtung des Sperrzylinders (50) zu verformen.
  2. System (5) nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Immobilisierungselement (55) dafür konfiguriert ist, radial auf die zylindrische Welle zu wirken.
  3. System (5) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, das einen Zulauf (80) von viskoelastischem Fluid umfasst, der sich in der Form eines Sacklochs darstellt, das senkrecht zur Translationsachse (X) der zylindrischen Welle ausgerichtet ist und im Sperrzylinder (50) gebildet ist, wobei dieser Zulauf (80) Mittel (81) zum Halten des viskoelastischen Fluids (8) im Sperrzylinder (50) unter Druck umfasst, um das viskoelastische Fluid (8) unter einem Mindestdruck zu halten.
  4. Einfach- oder doppeltwirkender Hydraulik- oder Pneumatik-Arbeitszylinder (1), der ein gesichertes Sperrsystem (5) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  5. Arbeitszylinder (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das gesicherte Sperrsystem (5) bezogen auf die Last oder das Element, auf das der Druck oder der Hub ausgeübt wird, stromaufwärts eines Zylinders des Arbeitszylinders (1) befestigt ist.
  6. Arbeitszylinder (1) nach Anspruch 4, wobei das gesicherte Sperrsystem (5) bezogen auf die Last oder das Element, auf das der Druck oder der Hub ausgeübt wird, stromabwärts eines Zylinders des Arbeitszylinders (1) befestigt ist.
