Claims (14)
- Ohrhörer zum Einsetzen in einen äußeren Gehörgang, Folgendes umfassend:einen zylindrisch gestalteten Körper (50) mit einem proximalen und einem distalen Ende und einem Hohlraum (51), der sich an seinem distalen Ende zum Empfangen und Verbinden mit einem Empfänger (11) oder einem Schallschlauch eines Hörgerätes zu verbinden;ein Flansch (10), hergestellt aus nachgiebigem Material, der sich kreisförmig und distal von dem Umfang des proximalen Endes des Körpers (50) erstreckt und in einem verhältnismäßig starreren Sprengring (30) endet, wobei der Umfang des Flansches (10) sich mit dem Längsabstand von dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) bis zu einem Maximalwert an einem Scheitelpunkt erhöht und sich dann zu dem Umfang des Sprengrings (30) verringert;wobei die Rate, mit der der Umfang des Flansches (10) sich im Verhältnis zu dem Längsabstand von dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) zu dem Sprengring (30) verringert, größer ist als die Rate, mit der sich der Umfang des Flansches (10) im Verhältnis zu dem Längsabstand von dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) zu dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) erhöht;wobei der Längsabstand von dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) zu dem Sprengring (30) kürzer ist als der Längsabstand von dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) zu dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50); undeine Höröffnung (15), die sich an dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) befindet, um den von dem Hörgerätempfänger (11) erzeugten Klang in den äußeren Gehörgang zu leiten.
- Ohrhörer nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Querschnittsdicke des Sprengrings (30) größer als die Querschnittsdicke des Flansches (10) ist.
- Ohrhörer nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Umfang des Sprengrings (30) größer als der Umfang des Körpers (50) ist.
- Ohrhörer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, ferner umfassend eine Brücke (15), die die Höröffnung abdeckt, um das Eindringen von direktem Sichtlinien-Ohrenschmalz in die Höröffnung zu verhindern.
- Ohrhörer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Flansch (10) eine oder mehrere Öffnungen aufweist, die an den Körper (50) angrenzen.
- Ohrhörer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei sich der Flansch (10) derart distal erstreckt, dass der Sprengring (30) distal zu dem distalen Ende des Körpers (50) ist.
- Verfahren zum Konstruieren eines Ohrhörers zum Einsetzen in einen äußeren Gehörgang, Folgendes umfassend:Formen eines zylindrisch gestalteten Körpers (50) mit einem proximalen und einem distalen Ende, der einen aus nachgiebigem Material hergestellten Flansch (10) aufweist, der sich kreisförmig und distal von dem Umfang des proximalen Endes des Körpers (50) erstreckt und in einem verhältnismäßig starreren Sprengring (30) endet, wobei der Umfang des Flansches (10) sich mit dem Längsabstand von dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) bis zu einem Maximalwert erhöht und sich dann zu dem Umfang des Sprengrings (30) verringert;wobei der Körper (50) mit einer Öffnung geformt wird, die sich an dem distalen Ende des Körpers (50) befindet, um zu empfangen und sich mit einem Hörgeräteempfänger (11) oder Schallschlauch zu verbinden;wobei der Körper (50) mit einer akustischen Öffnung (15) geformt wird, die sich an dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) befindet, um den von dem Hörgerätempfänger (11) erzeugten Schall in den äußeren Gehörgang zu leiten;wobei der Flansch (10), geformt aus nachgiebigem Material, sich kreisförmig und distal von dem Umfang des proximalen Endes des Körpers (50) erstreckt und in einem verhältnismäßig starreren Sprengring (30) endet; und wobei der Flansch (10) derart geformt ist, dass:der Umfang des Flansches (10) sich mit dem Längsabstand von dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) bis zu einem Maximalwert erhöht und sich dann zu dem Umfang des Sprengrings (30) verringert, wobei die Rate, mit der der Umfang des Flansches (10) sich im Verhältnis zu dem Längsabstand von dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) zu dem Sprengring (30) verringert, größer ist als die Rate, mit der sich der Umfang des Flansches (10) im Verhältnis zu dem Längsabstand von dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50) zu dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) erhöht,und wobei der Längsabstand von dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) zu dem Sprengring (30) kürzer ist als der Längsabstand von dem Scheitelpunkt des Flansches (10) zu dem proximalen Ende des Körpers (50).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Querschnittsdicke des Sprengrings (30) größer ist als die Querschnittsdicke des Flansches (10).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei der Umfang des Sprengrings (30) größer ist als der Umfang des Körpers (50).
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, ferner umfassend das Bilden einer Brücke (15), die die akustische Öffnung abdeckt, um das Eindringen von direktem Sichtlinien-Ohrenschmalz in die akustische Öffnung zu verhindern.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, ferner umfassend das Bilden einer oder mehrerer Öffnungen in dem Flansch (10), die an den Körper (50) angrenzen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei der Flansch (10) sich derart distal erstreckt, dass der Sprengring (30) distal zu dem distalen Ende des Körpers (50) ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei das Formen unter Verwendung eines 1-Komponenten-Gussverfahrens durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei das Formen unter Verwendung eines 2-Komponenten-Gussverfahrens durchgeführt wird, wobei der Flansch (10) und der Körper (50) aus verschiedenen Materialien hergestellt werden.
