  3. Swimming disc (8) according to one of claims 1 or 2, further comprising an opening (10) in which a ring (11) made of elastic polymer for fixing the swimming disc to an arm of a person is provided.
  4. Swimming disc (8) according to one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the base body (2) is formed in an essentially or completely hollow manner.
  5. Swimming disc (8) according to one of the previous claims, wherein further at least one projection (6, 7), preferably two projections (6, 7), for fixing the clip connection element (1) in the swimming disc is/are provided at the outer circumferential surface of the base body (2) of the clip connection element (1).
