Description

Description
Light Source Mounting Profile and Illuminating device having said Light Source Mounting Profile
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a light source mounting pro¬ file for an illuminating device. In addition, the present invention further relates to an illuminating device having a light source mounting profile of the above type, particularly to a light box.
Background Art
During merchandise sales process, light boxes are usually used to advertise, in order to attract customers. Inside a light box, a light source is utilized to lighting the light box. With continuous development of LED technology, LED light tubes are more and more used to replace traditional light sources. However, an inevitable problem is that it is hard to mount an LED light source at a predetermined position of the light box. Said problem is more conspicuous for double-sided light boxes. Hereby, it is provided in the prior art that two mounting beams are mounted on two opposite side surfaces in¬ side a light box, and a light source fixing beam is connected between the two mounting beams through another connecting sheet. The connecting sheet is usually in connection with the mounting beams and the light source fixing beam by means of screws. However, installation personnel has to perform opera¬ tion on the screws by means of tools, while the space inside the light box is limited, which makes the operation inconven- ient. In addition, the light source also has to be fixed on the light source fixing beam by means of screws. It results to tediousness and complexity of mount to a great degree. Summary of the Invention
In order to solve the above technical problem, the present invention provides a light source mounting profile for an il¬ luminating device, such a light source mounting profile can be reliably mounted to a corresponding position on an illuminating device without additional fastening means, such as screws. Moreover, a light source can also be mounted to the light source mounting profile without additional fastening means similar to screws. In addition, the present invention further provides an illuminating device having a light source mounting profile of the above type, particularly a light box.
The first object of the present application is achieved through a light source mounting profile for an illuminating device in such a manner, viz. said light source mounting pro- file comprises at least two first mounting beams that are ar¬ ranged opposite to each other, at least one second mounting beam and at least one pair of mounting joints, the mounting joint is provided to connect the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam, and is detachably locked in the first mounting beam. In an embodiment of the present invention, the function of the light source mounting profile lies in dispos¬ ing the light source at an appropriate position within the illuminating device, and as a result, the light source mount¬ ing profile has to on the one hand function for carrying the light source, and on the other hand be reliably fixed in the illuminating device. Thus, the first mounting beam is used to be fixed in the illuminating device, while the second mount¬ ing beam is connected between two first mounting beams. More¬ over, a mounting joint is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, said mounting joint functions as bridge between the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam, and can be detachably locked in the first mounting beam. In this case, the use of additional fastening means, for in- stance screws is avoided, which reduces the assembly complex¬ ity to a great degree.
According to the present invention, it is provided that the mounting joint includes a locking structure, and the first mounting beam has at least two assembly holes, the locking structure is detachably lockable in two adjacent assembly holes. Through said locking structure, the mounting joint can be connected to the first mounting beam or be disassembled from the same through simply locking or releasing the lock- ing.
It is preferable that the locking structure includes a posi¬ tioning part and a locking part, wherein the positioning part is engaged in one of the assembly holes to assure the posi¬ tion of the mounting joint relative to the first mounting beam, and the locking part is locked in another adjacent as¬ sembly hole. The positioning part can firstly assure the po¬ sition of the mounting joint with respect to the first mount¬ ing beam, and then lock the mounting joint in the first mounting beam through the locking part after determining the final fixed position. Such a structure can prevent in actual applications undesired falling of the mounting joint from the first mounting beam.
It is advantageous that the positioning part is a positioning hook and the locking part is a locking hook. According to the present invention, it is further provided that the second mounting beam is inserted into the mounting joint. As the mounting joints are respectively provided on the two free ends of the second mounting beam, the second mounting beam is actually held between the two mounting joints in a final assembled state. In the meanwhile, the two „
mounting joints are currently respectively locked in the first mounting beam, and therefore limit the movement of the second mounting beam in the direction of the first mounting beam. Thus, a position-fixed connection between the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam can be assured just by simply inserting the second mounting beam into the mounting joint.
It is preferably that the mounting joint includes a plate- shaped body on the side facing the first mounting beam, wherein the positioning hook is configured as an L-shaped hook extending from the surface of the plate-shaped body, and the locking hook is configured as a tongue in an opening formed in the plate-shaped body, said tongue extends from one end of the opening to an opposite end, and a projection ex¬ tending away from the plate-shaped body is formed on the free end of the tongue. Such an arranging mode of the locking structure actually forms a C-shaped structure. Such a C- shaped structure exactly locks a connecting part between two adjacent assembly holes, so as to assure the position-fixed connection between the mounting joint and the first mounting beam. In addition, as the locking hook is configured as a tongue, which has elasticity to a certain degree, the locking hook can be locked in the assembly hole through an elastic deformation . It is further preferable that the mounting joint includes on the side facing the second mounting beam at least one leg ex¬ tending from one side of the plate-shaped body, the leg has an accommodating cavity adapted for insertion of the second mounting beam. The accommodating cavity has a size matching the section contour of the second mounting beam, so as to assure that the second mounting beam can be stably held in the accommodating cavity. According to the present invention, it is further provided that the structure of the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam are the same. It further improves the universality of the light source mounting profile according to the present invention, as there is no need to specially distin¬ guish between the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam in actual mounting processes. Moreover, It is advanta¬ geous that the length of the first mounting beam and the sec¬ ond mounting beam are the same or different, an advantage lies in that the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam can be arbitrarily cut, so as to match illuminating devices of different types.
In a preferable embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that at least three assembly holes are formed on the first mounting beam, wherein the locking structure of the mounting joint is capable of engaging with other two adjacent assembly holes after the locking connection with the two adjacent assembly holes is released. In this case, the position of the second mounting beam with respect to the first mount- ing beam can be simply adjusted, so as to further realize the adjustment of the position of the light source within the il¬ luminating device.
According to the present invention, it is provided that the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam have a U- shaped section contour, wherein the first mounting beam and the second mounting beam with a section in a U-shape have two walls opposite to each other, and tortuous parts bent towards each other are formed on the free ends of the walls. Said tortuous part has practical meaning particularly for a second mounting beam with a light source module mounted. The reason lies in that said tortuous part can function for holding the light source module to a certain degree, and prevent the fal- ling of the light source module from the second mounting beam.
It is further preferable that the assembly hole is formed in the wall, so that the locking structure can be in contact with and be locked in the assembly hole in a shortest dis¬ tance .
It is advantageous that the mounting joint is made of metal or plastic.
According to the present invention, it is further provided that the two mounting joints of the pair of mounting joints are configured to be mirror-symmetric with respect to each other. As the mounting joints are arranged on the two free ends of the second mounting beam, the structural forms of the two mounting joints on the two ends have to be mirror- symmetrie.
The other object of the present invention is achieved through an illuminating device in such a manner that said illuminating device has at least one light source module and a light source mounting profile of the above mentioned type, wherein the light source module is detachably locked in the second mounting beam.
According to the present invention, it is provided that the light source module is configured to be locked between two opposite walls of the second mounting beam with a U-shaped section in a form-fit manner.
It is advantageous that the light source module includes a housing which includes a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to the first side surface, wherein position- ing projections are formed on the first side surface and the second side surface, and the positioning projection is con¬ figured to be locked in the assembly hole formed on the sec¬ ond mounting beam in a form-fit manner. Undesired movements of the light source module in a longitudinal direction of the second mounting beam can be advantageously prevented and the falling of the light source module from the second mounting beam can also be prevented after said positioning projections are locked in the assembly holes. It is advantageous that the housing further includes posi¬ tioning recesses formed on the first side surface and the second side surface, the tortuous parts of the second mount¬ ing beam are snapped into the positioning recesses. The posi¬ tioning recesses and the tortuous part works together to pre- vent the falling of the light source module from the second mounting beam.
It is advantageous that the light source module includes a plurality of light sources which are respectively arranged on the side of the first side surface and on the side of the second side surface. In this case, double-sided lighting can be advantageously realized.
It is preferable that the light source is an LED light source. LED light sources have advantages such as high lumi¬ nous efficiency, long service life and environmental protec- tion.
According to the present invention, it is further provided that the illuminating device is configured as a double-sided light box.
It is to be understood that the features of the various exem- plary embodiments described herein may be combined with each other, unless specifically noted otherwise.

In the exam¬ ple shown in Figure 1, the light source mounting profile 100 comprises one pair of first mounting beams 1, two second mounting beams 2 and two pairs of mounting joints 3. However, in other embodiments, the light source mounting profile may also have pairs of first mounting beams 1, one or more second mounting beams 2 and pairs of mounting joints 3. In actual applications, each of the second mounting beams 2 corresponds to one pair of mounting joints 3. Figure 2 shows a sectional view of one mounting joint 3 of the light source mounting profile 100 according to the pre¬ sent invention, wherein said mounting joint 3 is connected to a second mounting beam 2. It can be seen from the figure that the mounting joint 3 made of metal or plastic includes a plate-shaped body 32 on the side facing the first mounting beam (see Figure 3) . Moreover, the mounting joint 3 includes a locking structure 31. In the present example, the locking structure 31 includes a positioning part 311 and a locking part 312, wherein the positioning part 311 is configured as a positioning hook 311 and the locking part 312 is configured as a locking hook 312. It can be seen from the figure that the positioning hook 311 is configured as an L-shaped hook extending from the surface of the plate-shaped body 32, and the locking hook 312 is configured as a tongue 312a in an opening formed in the plate-shaped body 32, said tongue 312a extends from one end of the opening to an opposite end, and a projection 312b extends away from the free end of the tongue 312a.
It can further be seen from Figure 2 that the second mounting beam 2 is inserted into the mounting joint 3, and the mount¬ ing joint 3 includes hereby on the side facing the second mounting beam 2 a leg 313 extending from one side of the plate-shaped body 32, the leg 313 has an accommodating cavity adapted for insertion of the second mounting beam 2.
Figure 3 shows a schematic diagram of the mounting joint shown in Figure 2 mounted on the first mounting beam 1. can be seen from the figure that the first mounting beam 1 has at least two assembly holes 11, and the locking structure 31 is detachably lockable in two adjacent assembly holes 11. In the present example, the positioning hook 311 and the locking hook 312 form a C-shaped structure, wherein the posi¬ tioning hook 311 is engaged in an above assembly hole 11, so as to assure the position of the mounting joint 3 with re¬ spect to the first mounting beam 1; while the locking hook 312 is locked in another lower adjacent assembly hole 11. In this case, such a C-shaped structure exactly locks a connect¬ ing part between two adjacent assembly holes 11, so as to as¬ sure a position-fixed connection between the mounting joint 3 and the first mounting beam 1. In addition, as the tongue 312a has elasticity to a certain degree, the locking hook 312 can be engaged in the assembly hole 11 through an elastic de¬ formation .
In the present example, at least three assembly holes 11 are formed on the first mounting beam 1, wherein the locking structure 31 of the mounting joint 3 is capable of engaging with other two adjacent assembly holes 11 after the locking connection with the two adjacent assembly holes 11 is re¬ leased. In this case, the position of the second mounting beam 2 with respect to the first mounting beam 1 can be simply adjusted, so as to further realize the adjustment of the position of the light source within the illuminating device.
Moreover, in an embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting beam 1 and the second mounting beam 2 are structurally the same.
Figure 4 shows a sectional view of the mounting joint 3 shown in Figure 2 in another direction. In the example shown in the figure, the mounting joint 3 substantially has two legs 313 which respectively have an accommodating cavity for accommo¬ dating the second mounting beam 2 formed. In the present ex¬ ample, the second mounting beam 2 is inserted into the accom¬ modating cavity of the lower leg 313. Moreover, the section of the second mounting beam 2 is further shown in Figure 4. As the first mounting beam 1 and the second mounting beam 2 are structurally the same, only the structure of the second mounting beam 2 is here described. It can be seen from the figure that the second mounting beam 2 has a U-shaped section contour, wherein the second mounting beam 2 with a section in a U-shape has two walls 21 opposite to each other, and tortu¬ ous parts 211 bent towards each other are formed on the free ends of the walls 21. Moreover, the housing 41 further includes positioning recesses 412 formed on the first side sur- face and the second side surface, the tortuous parts 211 of the second mounting beam 2 are snapped into the positioning recesses 412. In addition, the assembly hole 11 is formed in the wall 21 (see Figure 5) .
Figure 5 shows a schematic diagram of the second mounting beam 2 with mounting joints 3 mounted on the two free ends. It can be seen from the figure that two mounting joints 3 of the pair of mounting joints 3 are configured to be mirror- symmetric with respect to each other. As the mounting joints 3 are arranged on the two free ends of the second mounting beam 2, the structural forms of the two mounting joints 3 on the two ends have to be mirror-symmetric.
Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of the second mounting beam 2 with a light source module 4 of an illuminating device 200 mounted. It can be seen from the figure that the light source module 4 is engaged in the U-shaped contour of the second mounting beam 2, viz. between the two walls 21 of the second mounting beam 2. The tortuous parts 211 formed at the free 1
ends of the walls 21 can be engaged in the concave part cor¬ respondingly provided on the light source module 4, so as to prevent the light source module 4 from falling off from the second mounting beam 2. Moreover, the light source module 4 includes a housing 41, which includes a first side surface and a second side surface opposite to the first side surface, wherein positioning projections 411 are formed on the first and second side surfaces, and the positioning projection 411 is configured to be locked in the assembly hole 11 in a form- fit manner. In addition, the light source module 4 includes a plurality of light sources 42 which are respectively arranged on the side of the first side surface and on the side of the second side surface. In the present example, the light source 42 is an LED light source.
Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of the illuminating device 200 according to the present invention. It can be seen from the figure that the light source mounting profile 100 accord¬ ing to the present invention is mounted inside the illuminat¬ ing device 200, wherein two first mounting beams 1 of the light source mounting profile 100 are respectively fixed on two opposite surfaces inside the illuminating device 200. A second mounting beam 2 is connected between the two first mounting beams 1 through one pair of mounting joints 3, and two light source modules 4 are arranged on the second mount¬ ing beam 2. Such an arranging mode realizes double-sided lighting, so that an illuminating device for double-sided lighting is obtained.
The above is merely preferred embodiments of the present in¬ vention but not to limit the present invention. For the per- son skilled in the art, the present invention may have vari¬ ous alterations and changes. Any alterations, equivalent sub¬ stitutions, improvements, within the spirit and principle of the present invention, should be covered in the protection scope of the present invention.
