Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung umfassend eine abgedichtete Hülle (18, 22, 26, 28), die ein Fluid (38) umschließt, dessen flüssige Phase mit der dampfförmigen Phase in einem vorher festgelegten Temperaturbereich im Gleichgewicht ist, wobei die Hülle (18, 22, 26, 28) in ein erstes (18, 22, 26) und ein zweites Volumen (28) unterteilt ist, die über eine erste Fluidzirkulations- Passage (32, 34) verbunden sind, die es dampfförmiger Phase der Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit erlaubt, in das zweiten Volumen aufzusteigen, das zweite Volumen (28) enthält ein Reservoir (36), das mit der Passage (32, 34) in Verbindung steht und in der Lage ist, Fluid in der flüssigen Phase aufzunehmen, wenn sich die Vorrichtung in einer vorher festgelegten Position (D), bezogen auf die Schwerkraftrichtung (g) befindet, in dieser Vorrichtung:▪ enthält das zweite Volumen (28) ein im vorher festgelegten Temperaturbereich nicht kondensierbares und in der flüssigen Phase des Fluids (38) unlösliches Gas (40);▪ dieses Gas (40) und das zweite Volumen (28) werden so gewählt, dass wenn die Vorrichtung in der vorher festgelegten Position (D) angeordnet ist, dieses Gas (40)gekennzeichnet dadurch, dass:∘ die erste Passage (32, 34) zumindest teilweise ausfüllt , wenn die Temperatur des Gases niedriger ist als eine erste vorher festgelegte Temperatur (Tlim/max) des Temperaturbereichs;∘ die erste Zirkulationspassage (32, 34) freigibt, wenn die Gastemperatur höher ist als eine erste vorher festgelegte Temperatur (Tlim/max) des Temperaturbereichs;▪ das Reservoir (36) in der Lage ist, das gesamte Fluid in flüssigen Phase aufzunehmen, bei einer zweiten, vorher festgelegten Temperatur (Tcoup/max) des Temperaturbereichs, die über der ersten Temperatur (Tlim/max) liegt;▪ und dadurch, dass die Vorrichtung eine zweite Passage (30, 50) enthält, durch die die flüssige Phase der Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit aus dem Reservoir über die Schwerkraft in den ersten Raum gelangen kann, mit einem Druckverlust, der zu einem Massenfluss der flüssigen Phase führt, der strikt niedriger liegt, als der Massenfluss der dampfförmigen Phase, definiert durch die Fluid-Zirkulationspassage (32, 34) so dass sie die Speicherung der gesamten flüssigen Phase der Wärmeträgerflüssigkeit im Reservoir bei einer Temperatur über der zweiten, vorher festgelegten Temperatur (Tcoup/max) des Temperaturbereichs veranlasst.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Volumen (18, 22, 26) und das zweite Volumen (28) durch mindestens einen festen Stopfen (30) getrennt sind, durch den eine Öffnung (32) führt, die zur genannten ersten Fluid- Zirkulationspassage gehört, insbesondere eine Öffnung, die in ein Rohr (34) mündet, das sich innerhalb des zweiten Volumens (28) befindet.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (30) aus einem Material besteht, das den Durchfluss der flüssigen Phase des Fluids (38) vom zweiten Volumen (28) hin zum ersten Volumen (18, 22, 26) ermöglicht, mit einem Druckverlust, der zu einem Massenfluss führt, der niedriger ist, als der Massenfluss definiert durch die Fluid- Zirkulationspassage (32, 34) und vorzugsweise einem Durchfluss von unter 10% des durch die Fluid-Zirkulationspassage definierten Durchflusses.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (30) aus einem porösen Material besteht und/ oder mindestens eine Kapillare (50) enthält.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mehrere Stopfen (70, 72, 74) enthält, angeordnet zwischen dem ersten Volumen (18, 22, 26) und dem zweiten Volumen (28) und durch die jeweils eine Öffnung (76, 78, 80) hindurchführt, die Öffnungen der Stopfen sind im Winkel zueinander versetzt, insbesondere drei Stopfen, die jeweils drei Öffnungen enthalten und voneinander um 120° getrennt sind.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Gas (40) neutral gegenüber den Materialien ist, mit denen es in der Hülle in Kontakt kommt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Gas (40) nicht mit der flüssigen Phase des Fluids (38) mischbar ist.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses Fluid (38) ausgesucht wird aus mindestens Wasser, Butan, und Hexan und dass dieses Gas (40) ausgewählt wird aus mindestens Luft, Stickstoff, Argon und Kohlenstoffdioxid.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Volumen (18, 22, 26) unterteilt ist zwischen einem Kondensator (18), der in Verbindung mit der ersten Fluidzirkulations- Passage (32, 34) steht und einem Verdampfer (26), der mit dem Kondensator (18) in Verbindung steht und dadurch dass, wenn sich die Vorrichtung in der vorher festgelegten Position (D) befindet, das nicht kondensierbare Gas (40) zumindest teilweise den Kondensator (26) ausfüllt, wenn die Gastemperatur unter einem dritten, vorher festgelegten Temperaturwert (Tlim/min) des vorher festgelegten Temperaturbereichs liegt, wobei diese dritte Temperatur (Tlim/min) unter der vorher festgelegten Temperatur (Tlim/max)liegt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nicht kondensierbare Gas den gesamten Kondensator (18) ausfüllt, wenn dessen Temperatur unter einer vierten Temperatur (Tcoup/min) des vorher festgelegten Temperaturbereichs liegt, diese vierte Temperatur (Tcoup/min) ist dabei niedriger als die dritte, vorher festgelegte Temperatur (Tlim/min).
- Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vierte Temperatur (Tcoup/min) zwischen 0°C und 10°C liegt.
- Vorrichtung gemäß irgendeinem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die zweite Temperatur (Tcoup/max) zwischen 100°C und 200°C liegt.
