Description

The invention relates to a gas pressure rifle according to the preamble of claim 1.

Such a gas pressure rifle is from the FR 1 182 031 A1 known. The gas pressure-loading gun disclosed therein has a lock housing with a guide rod protruding forwardly therefrom in the direction of firing, a closure actuating device displaceably arranged on the guide rod and a barrel attached to the lock housing with a gas removal block. In this known gas pressure rifle the barrel is inserted with its rear end in a corresponding receiving bore of the lock housing and must be fixed by additional retaining elements. A simple disassembly of the barrel is therefore not readily possible.

The object of the invention is to provide a gas pressure rifle of the type mentioned, which allows a simplified assembly and disassembly of the barrel.

This object is achieved by a gas pressure rifle with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments and advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

In the gas pressure loading gun according to the invention, the barrel has an attachable to the lock housing and firmly connectable with this rear part and a freely projecting from the lock housing front part without firm connection with the guide rod. As a result, the dismantling run can be easily removed without disassembling the forearm. There are no connections at the front of the barrel to be solved and the barrel does not have to be pulled out of a barrel holder. Also for mounting the barrel can be easily mounted on the lock housing and connected to this, since the carrier contains an upwardly open receptacle for the gas sampling block. Thus, the disassembly and assembly of the barrel can be considerably simplified and a simpler dismantling of the self-loading rifle can be achieved.

In a particularly advantageous embodiment, the barrel is made with its rear part and its front part in one piece, wherein in the rear part of the barrel a cartridge ejection window can be arranged.

A quick and easy attachment of the barrel can be conveniently achieved in that at the rear part of the barrel projecting retaining bolts are arranged for engagement in corresponding bores in a support part of the lock housing. With the help of the underside of the lock housing accessible nuts or the like. The barrel can be solved and fixed so easily and quickly.

A simple dismantling with few parts on the barrel can also be made possible by the fact that the pressure piston is integrated in the arranged in the central region of the barrel gas sampling block.

To secure the barrel 2 to the lock housing 1, two radially projecting retaining bolts 20 are provided on the rear part 17 of the barrel 2 lying on the lock housing 1. The retaining bolts 20 provided with an external thread can be inserted radially into the rear part of the barrel 2 or can be formed directly on the barrel 2. The retaining bolts 20 are designed for engagement in two juxtaposed bores 21 in a projecting bearing part 22 of the lock housing 1. By two accessible from the bottom of the lock housing 1 nuts 23 of the barrel 2 via the two retaining bolts 20 with its forward cantilevered front part 18 on the lock housing 1 can be fastened. On the support member 22 of the lock housing 1 and the rear end of the forearm 3 is fixed. In the middle region of the barrel 2, a downwardly projecting gas removal block 24 is provided at the front part 18.

How out FIG. 1 As can be seen, the gas sampling block 24 has a gas cylinder 25 with an opening into the barrel 2 gas removal bore 26 and a gas cylinder 25 axially displaceably guided pressure piston 27. The pressure piston 27 includes a projecting through a rear bore in the gas sampling block 24 piston rod 28 which cooperates with the carrier 10 of the shutter actuator 5 for movement of the closure body 6 in the unlocked position.

The carrier 10 has according to FIG. 3 at its seen in the firing direction front part of a U-shaped cross-section with a receptacle 29 and a rear abutment 30 for the piston rod 28 of the plunger 27 on. In the upwardly open receptacle 29 of the carrier 10, the gas sampling block 24 during insertion of the barrel 2 is easily inserted.

The gas pressure gun described above works as follows:
When firing a shot, a portion of the powder gases is passed through the gas removal hole 26 from the barrel 2 into the gas cylinder 25. As a result of the gas pressure derived in the gas cylinder 25, the pressure piston 27 is pushed backward in the direction of firing. In this case, the shutter actuating device 5 with the carrier 10 and the two Push rods 12 pushed against the force of the closing spring 7 to the rear. Due to the backward movement of the two push rods 12, the closure body 6 can move downwards, so that the locking block 15 can get out of the lock on the barrel 2 and the closure body 6 can open the chamber during the run to the rear. During the backward movement of the closure body 6, the empty cartridge case is ejected via the ejection window 19 and the lock is tensioned. Then a new cartridge on the magazine spring of a magazine, not shown here can be brought to the height of the cartridge chamber. Of the shutter spring 7, the closure body 6 via the shutter actuator 5 with the carrier 10 and the two push rods 12 forward and thereby pressed the new cartridge in the chamber. The closure body 6 passes via the control cam 13 to the push rods 12 again in the locked position and the closure is closed.

To disassemble the barrel 2, in the gas-pressure rifle described above, the two accessible from the underside of the lock housing 1 and e.g. be solved with a hexagon socket sleeve-shaped nuts 23 using a hex wrench. Then the entire run 2 can be easily removed upwards. There is no prior disassembly of the forearm 3 is required. Also for the assembly of the barrel 2 it must be placed only on the lock housing 1 with the fixed over the guide rod 4 forearm 3 so that the two retaining bolts 20 in the holes provided in the support member 22 of the lock housing 1 and the gas extraction block 24 in the Receive receiving 29 of the guided on the guide rod 4 support 10 of the shutter actuator 5. By tightening the nuts 23 of the barrel 2 is then fixed. This allows a particularly quick and easy assembly and disassembly of the barrel 2.
