Claims (15)

  1. Bodenbretter mit mindestens einem ersten Bodenbrett und einem zweiten Bodenbrett, die mit einem mechanischen Verriegelungssystem versehen sind, umfassend:
    eine Verschiebungsnut (32) an einer ersten Kante (1b) des ersten Bodenbretts und einer Federnut (33) an einer zweiten Kante des zweiten Bodenbretts (1c), eine Feder (10), die in der Verschiebungsnut (32) angeordnet und dazu konfiguriert ist, in einer zweiten Position mit der Federnut (33) zusammenzuwirken, um die erste Kante (1b) und die zweite Kante (1c) vertikal zu verriegeln,
    wobei die Feder (10) in einer ersten Position ein erstes inneres Element (31) und ein zweites äußeres Element (30) umfasst, das innere Element entlang der Verschiebungsnut (32) entfernbar und dazu konfiguriert ist, mit dem äußeren Element zusammenzuwirken, um eine Verschiebung des äußeren Elements (30) in Richtung der Federnut (33) zu erzielen und dadurch die zweite Position zu erhalten, wobei das äußere Element (30) mit einer Führungsnut (60) entweder an einer inneren und oberen Kante des äußeren Elements oder an einer inneren und unteren Kante des äußeren Elements (30) versehen ist, und mindestens ein Teil des inneren Elements in der ersten Position in der Führungsnut (60) angeordnet ist, und das innere Element (30) einen ersten Vorsprungsteil (36) umfasst, der dazu konfiguriert ist, mit der Führungsnut (60) zusammenzuwirken, um die Verschiebung des äußeren Elements zu erzielen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    sich das innere Element (31) und das äußere Element (30) vertikal in der ersten Position überlappen, so dass eine vergrößerte Kontaktfläche zwischen dem äußeren Element (30) und der Verschiebungsnut (32) in der zweiten Position erhalten wird, wenn das innere Element (31) entfernt wird, wobei die Kontaktfläche dazu konfiguriert ist, ein Kraftmoment aufzunehmen, das an der Feder entsteht, wenn eine Last auf das erste oder das zweite Bodenbrett aufgebracht wird.
  2. Bodenbretter nach Anspruch 1, wobei das innere Element (31) und das äußere Element (30) einander vertikal überlappen, wenn das innere Element verschoben wird, um aus der Verschiebungsnut entfernt zu werden.
  3. Bodenbretter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei das innere Element (31) ein Stabelement ist.
  4. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das innere Element (31) in der ersten Position oberhalb oder unterhalb des äußeren Elements (30) angeordnet ist.
  5. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei das innere Element (31) in der ersten Position teilweise oberhalb und teilweise hinter dem äußeren Element (3) angeordnet ist, oder teilweise unterhalb des äußeren Elements und teilweise hinter dem äußeren Element angeordnet ist.
  6. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich die Führungsnut (60) im Wesentlichen entlang der gesamten longitudinalen Länge des äußeren Elements erstreckt.
  7. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich in der ersten Position eine innerste Fläche des inneren Elements (31) in der Führungsnut (60) entlang einer Innenfläche des äußeren Elements (30) befindet.
  8. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Vorsprungsteil (36) in der ersten Position außerhalb des äußeren Elements und/oder einer Aussparung des äußeren Elements angeordnet ist.
  9. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste Vorsprungsteil eines aus keilförmig und im Wesentlichen kugelförmig ist.
  10. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Querschnitt des inneren Elements (31) eines aus einer L-Form, rechtwinkligen Form und einer im Wesentlichen runden Form ist.
  11. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das gesamte äußere Element in der Verschiebungsnut in der ersten Position angeordnet ist.
  12. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die erste Position eine Anfangsposition ist, bevor eine Entfernung des inneren Elements begonnen wird.
  13. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei sich das innere Element (31) und das äußere Element (30) in der ersten Position überlappen.
  14. Bodenbretter nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das innere und äußere Element durch Spritzgießen von Kunststoff einstückig hergestellt werden.
  15.
