Claims (14)

- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les disques de séparation (3) présentent un bord radial extérieur (10) et un bord radial intérieur (11) et en ce que la surface des disques de séparation (3) est divisée par des premières pattes (12) dans le sens de la circonférence en plusieurs segments angulaires (15a, b, c...) répartis sur la circonférence, de sorte que pendant le fonctionnement de la centrifugeuse, lorsque le tambour tourne, aucun liquide ne coule de préférence dans le sens de la circonférence d'un segment angulaire à un autre.
- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les pattes (12, 13, 14) en forme de barrettes des disques de séparation (3) sont réparties sur les disques de séparation à l'intérieur des segments angulaires (15) de telle manière qu'un produit à traiter est guidé, entièrement ou en partie, d'abord de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial, puis de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et à nouveau de l'extérieur vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial.
- Paquet de disques de séparation selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le ou les canaux d'écoulement (16) sont conformés de telle façon que dans tous les cas, une partie d'un produit entrant sur la circonférence extérieure dans le paquet de disques de séparation (2) sur le bord extérieur dans l'interstice entre les disques de séparation (3) s'écoule d'abord vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial, puis est déviée vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et à nouveau déviée vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial pour sortir du paquet de disques de séparation (2) sur le bord radial intérieur de celui-ci.
- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le ou les canaux d'écoulement (16) sont conformés de telle manière que dans tous les cas, une partie d'un produit entrant dans le tiers extérieur dans le sens radial dans au moins un canal de montée du paquet de disques de séparation dans l'interstice entre les disques de séparation (3) s'écoule d'abord vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial, puis est déviée vers l'extérieur dans le sens radial et à nouveau déviée vers l'intérieur dans le sens radial pour sortir du paquet de disques de séparation (2) sur le bord radial intérieur de celui-ci.
- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'outre les premières pattes (12), une deuxième patte (13) est formée à distance sur la circonférence de la centrifugeuse et s'étend dans le sens radial, la deuxième patte (13) s'étendant de préférence sur 50 % à 80 % de la largeur radiale du disque de séparation (3).
- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu une troisième patte (14) qui présente de préférence une forme de L avec deux bras (14a et 14b) orientés selon un angle, de préférence à angle droit.
- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la troisième patte (14') s'appuie sur la première patte (12) et forme un angle aigu avec celle-ci, de sorte que son extrémité libre extérieure dans le sens radial dépasse dans le sens radial vers l'extérieur par-dessus l'extrémité intérieure de la deuxième patte (13) et/ou en ce que la troisième patte (14) est contiguë de la première patte (12) ou se raccorde directement à la première patte (12).

- Paquet de disques de séparation selon l'une des revendications précédentes ou selon le préambule de la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les disques de séparation (3) présentent, réparties sur la circonférence, des zones (17, 18) alternées ayant un diamètre extérieur différent.
