Beschreibung
Kosmetisches Sonnenschutzmittel mit reduziertem Weißeleffekt
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine kosmetische Zubereitung enthaltend ein oder mehrere UV-Filter sowie einen Silikonspacer enthaltenden Octyldecylcitratpolyester und deren Derivate
Der Trend weg von der vornehmen Blässe hin zur„gesunden, sportlich braunen Haut" ist seit Jahren ungebrochen. Um diese zu erzielen setzen die Menschen ihre Haut der Sonnenstrahlung aus, da diese eine Pigmentbildung im Sinne einer Melaninbildung hervorruft. Die ultraviolette Strahlung des Sonnenlichtes hat jedoch auch eine schädigende Wirkung auf die Haut. Neben der akuten Schädigung (Sonnenbrand) treten Langzeitschäden wie ein erhöhtes Risiko an Hautkrebs zu erkranken bei übermäßiger Bestrahlung mit Licht aus dem UVB-Bereich (Wellenlänge: 280-320 nm) auf. Die übermäßige Einwirkung der UVB- und UVA-Strahlung (Wellenlänge: 320-400 nm) führt darüber hinaus zu einer Schwächung der elastischen und kollagenen Fasern des Bindegewebes. Dies führt zu zahlreichen phototoxischen und photoallergischen Reaktionen und hat eine vorzeitige Hautalterung zur Folge.
Zum Schutz der Haut wurden daher eine Reihe von Lichtschutzfiltersubstanzen entwickelt, die in kosmetischen Zubereitungen eingesetzt werden können. Diese UVA- und UVB-Filter sind in den meisten Industrieländern in Form von Positivlisten wie der Anlage 7 der deutschen Kosmetikverordnung zusammengefasst.
Die Vielzahl an kommerziell erhältlichen Sonnenschutzmitteln darf jedoch nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass diese Zubereitungen des Standes der Technik eine Reihe von Nachteilen aufweisen.
Ein besonderes Problem stellt der Auftrag von Sonnenschutzmitteln (insbesondere wenn diese Titandioxid- oder Zinkoxid als UV-Filter enthalten) auf die nasse Haut dar.
Üblicherweise werden Sonnenschutzmittel im Sommer in Verbindung mit Wassersport eingesetzt, beispielsweise am Strand oder im Freibad vor, während und nach dem Baden, beim Surfen, Segeln oder Ähnlichem. Üblicherweise wird auch bei sogenannten
„wasserfesten" Sonnenschutzmitteln ein Teil der vor dem Kontakt mit Wasser behandelten Haut aufgetragenen UV-Filter beim Baden etc. abgespült, so dass die Haut nach dem Wasserkontakt wieder mit Sonnenschutzmitteln behandelt werden muss, um ausreichend vor der UV-Strahlung geschützt zu sein. Der Auftrag auf die dann noch nasse Haut führt in der Regel dazu, dass es zu Ausfällungen und Inhomogenitäten des Sonnenschutzmittels kommt, was sich durch das„Weißein" genannte Phänomen, der Bildung weißer Reste auf der Haut, äußert. Dieser Effekt ist nicht nur unästhetisch. Darüber hinaus leidet auch die Schutzwirkung (SPF).
Andererseits fällt es insbesondere Eltern von Kleinkindern in der Regel schwer, diese nach dem Spielen im Wasser ordentlich abzutrocknen und mit Sonnenschutzmittel einzucremen, da sich die Kleinen gerne der elterlichen Fürsorge entziehen.
Es war daher die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, die Mängel des Standes der Technik zu beseitigen und Sonnenschutzmittel zu entwickeln, die sich problemlos bzw. mit reduziertem Weißel-Effekt auf die nasse Haut auftragen lassen.
Überraschend gelöst wird die Aufgabe durch eine kosmetische Zubereitung enthaltend a) ein oder mehrere UV-Filter b) ein Polyglycerolester c) einen Silikonspacer enthaltenden Octyldecylcitratpolyester und deren Derivate
Zwar kennt der Stand der Technik die US 2012/0014882, doch konnte diese Schrift nicht den Weg zur vorliegenden Erfindung weisen, nicht zuletzt deshalb, weil die erfindungsgemäßen mit Silikonspacer versehenen Octyldecylcitratpolyester und deren Derivate in Kombination mit Polyglycerolester ohne carboxyliertes Acrylcopolymer deutlich weniger weißein.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen der vorliegenden Erfindung sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass insbesondere Octyldecylcitratpolyester mit einem Silikonspacer der Art Dialkylsiloxysilikat oder Dimethicon eingesetzt wird.
Eine andere bevorzugte Ausführungsform der vorliegenden Erfindung ist dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass als Silikonspacer die folgende Struktur eingesetzt wird:
Beispielsweise können derartige Verbindungen des Octyldecylcitratpolyester bei der Firma SurfaTech Corporation in der Cosmosurfserie erhalten werden. Der Polyglycerolester wird ebenfalls durch die Firma SurfaTech Corporation als Cosmosurf PG 1 IS beschrieben.

Diese können in einer Gesamtmenge von 0,1 -40 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das
Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, in dieser enthalten sein.
Darüber hinaus kann die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft weitere Inhaltsstoffe enthalten.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft enthält die erfindungsgemäße Zusammensetzung ein oder mehrere Feuchthaltemittel (Moisturizer). Als Feuchthaltemittel (Moisturizer) werden Stoffe oder Stoffgemische bezeichnet, welche kosmetischen Zubereitungen die Eigenschaft verleihen, nach dem Auftragen bzw. Verteilen auf der Hautoberfläche die
Feuchtigkeitsabgabe der Hornschicht (auch transepidermal water loss (TEWL) genannt) zu reduzieren und/oder die Hydratation der Hornschicht positiv zu beeinflussen.
Vorteilhafte Feuchthaltemittel (Moisturizer) im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise Glycerin, Milchsäure und/oder Lactate, insbesondere Natriumlactat,
Butylenglykol, Propylenglykol, Biosaccaride Gum-1 , Hydroxyethylharnstoff, Glycine Soja, Ethylhexyloxyglycerin, Pyrrolidoncarbonsäure, Glycerylglucose Quaternäre Verbindungen, Alkandiole und Harnstoff. Ferner ist es insbesondere von Vorteil, polymere Moisturizer aus der Gruppe der wasserlöslichen und/oder in Wasser quellbaren und/oder mit Hilfe von Wasser gelierbaren Polysaccharide zu verwenden. Insbesondere vorteilhaft sind beispielsweise Hyaluronsäure, Chitosan und/oder ein fucosereiches Polysaccharid, welches in den Chemical Abstracts unter der Registraturnummer 178463-23-5 abgelegt und z. B. unter der Bezeichnung Fucogel®1000 von der Gesellschaft SOLABIA S.A. erhältlich ist.
Es ist vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung, wenn die erfindungsgemäße
Zubereitung ein oder mehrere Feuchthaltemittel in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0, 1 bis 20 Gewichts-% und bevorzugt in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0,5 bis 15 Gewichts-%, jeweils bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthält.
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Zubereitungen können ferner vorteilhaft, wenngleich nicht zwingend, Füllstoffe enthalten, welche z. B. die sensorischen und kosmetischen Eigenschaften der Formulierungen weiter verbessern und beispielsweise ein samtiges oder seidiges Hautgefühl hervorrufen oder verstärken. Vorteilhafte Füllstoffe im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Stärke und Stärkederivate (wie z. B. Tapiocastärke,
Distärkephosphat, Polysilsesquioxane, Siloxanelastomere, Aluminium- bzw. Natrium-Stärke Octenylsuccinat und dergleichen), Pigmente, die weder hauptsächlich UV-Filter- noch färbende Wirkung haben (wie z. B. Bornitrid etc.), Polyethylen, Nylon, Aerosile® (CAS-Nr. 7631- 86-9) und /oder Talkum.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist es, wenn die Zubereitung Füllstoffe, insbesondere
Polyethylen, Nylon, natürliche oder modifizierte Stärken wie Tapiokastärke und/oder Silikate wie beispielsweise Talkum enthält.
Die Ölphase der erfindungsgemäßen Formulierungen wird vorteilhaft gewählt aus der Gruppe der polaren Öle, beispielsweise aus der Gruppe der Lecithine und der Fettsäuretri- glyceride, namentlich der Triglycerinester gesättigter und/oder ungesättigter, verzweigter und/oder unverzweigter Alkancarbonsäuren einer Kettenlänge von 8 bis 24, insbesondere 12 bis 18 C-Atomen. Die Fettsäuretriglyceride können beispielsweise vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der synthetischen, halbsynthetischen und natürlichen Öle, wie z. B. Coco- glycerid, Olivenöl, Sonnenblumenöl, Sojaöl, Erdnußöl, Rapsöl, Arganöl, Mandelöl, Palmöl, Kokosöl, Rizinusöl, Weizenkeimöl, Traubenkernöl, Distelöl, Nachtkerzenöl, Macadamianußöl und dergleichen mehr.
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft sind ferner z. B. natürliche Wachse tierischen und pflanzlichen Ursprungs, wie beispielsweise Bienenwachs und andere Insektenwachse sowie Beerenwachs, Sheabutter und/oder Lanolin (Wollwachs).
Weitere vorteilhafte polare Olkomponenten können im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung ferner gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Ester aus gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkancarbonsäuren einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C- Atomen und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen sowie aus der Gruppe der Ester aus aromatischen Carbonsäuren und gesättigten und/oder ungesättigten, verzweigten und/oder unverzweigten Alkoholen einer Kettenlänge von 3 bis 30 C-Atomen. Solche Esteröle können dann vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe Octylpalmitat, Octylcocoat, Octylisostearat, Octyldodeceylmyristat, Octyldodecanol, Cetearylisononanoat, Isopropylmyristat, Isopropyl-
palmitat, Isopropylstearat, Isopropyloleat, n-Butylstearat, n-Hexyllaurat, n-Decyloleat, Isooc- tylstearat, Isononylstearat, Isononylisononanoat, 2-Ethylhexylpalmitat, 2-Ethylhexyllaurat, 2- Hexyldecylstearat, 2-Octyldodecylpalmitat, Stearylheptanoat, Oleyloleat, Oleylerucat, Erucyl- oleat, Erucylerucat, Tridecylstearat, Tridecyltrimellitat, sowie synthetische, halbsynthetische und natürliche Gemische solcher Ester, wie z. B. Jojobaöl.
Ferner kann die Ölphase vorteilhaft gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der Dialkylether und Dialkylcarbonate, vorteilhaft sind z. B. Dicaprylylether (Cetiol OE) und/oder Dicaprylyl- carbonat, beispielsweise das unter der Handelsbezeichnung Cetiol CC bei der Fa. Cognis erhältliche.
Es sind ferner bevorzugt, die Olkomponenten aus der Gruppe Isoeikosan, Neopen- tylglykoldiheptanoat, Propylenglykoldicaprylat/dicaprat, Caprylic/Capric/Diglycerylsuccinat, Butylenglykol Dicaprylat/Dicaprat, Cocoglyceride (z. B. Myritol® 331 von Henkel), C1 2-13- Alkyllactat, Di-C12-13-Alkyltartrat, Triisostearin, Dipentaerythrityl Hexacaprylat/Hexacaprat, Propylenglykolmonoisostearat, Tricaprylin, Dimethylisosorbid. Es ist insbesondere vorteilhaft, wenn die Ölphase der erfindungsgemäßen Formulierungen einen Gehalt an C1 2-15- Alkylbenzoat aufweist oder vollständig aus diesem besteht.
Vorteilhafte Olkomponenten sind ferner z. B. Butyloctylsalicylat (beispielsweise das unter der Handelsbezeichnung Hallbrite BHB bei der Fa. CP Hall erhältliche), Hexadecylbenzoat und Butyloctylbenzoat und Gemische davon (Hallstar AB) und/oder Diethylhexylnaphthalat (Hallbrite TQ von CP Hall oder Corapan®TQvon Haarmann & Reimer).
Die erfindungsgemäßen kosmetischen Zubereitungen können ferner vorteilhaft, wenngleich nicht zwingend, Füllstoffe enthalten, welche z. B. die sensorischen und kosmetischen Eigenschaften der Formulierungen weiter verbessern und beispielsweise ein samtiges oder seidiges Hautgefühl hervorrufen oder verstärken. Vorteilhafte Füllstoffe im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind Stärke und Stärkederivate (wie z. B. Tapiocastärke,
Distärkephosphat, Aluminium- bzw. Natrium-Stärke Octenylsuccinat und dergleichen), Pigmente, die weder hauptsächlich UV-Filter- noch färbende Wirkung haben (wie z. B.
Bornitrid etc.), Polyethylen, Nylon, Aerosile® (CAS-Nr. 7631 -86-9) und /oder Talkum.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist es, wenn die Zubereitung Füllstoffe, insbesondere
Polyethylen, Nylon, natürliche oder modifizierte Stärken wie Tapiokastärke und/oder Silikate wie beispielsweise Talkum enthält.
Auch beliebige Abmischungen solcher Öl- und Wachskomponenten sind vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung einzusetzen.
Ferner kann die Ölphase ebenfalls vorteilhaft auch unpolare Öle enthalten, beispielsweise solche, welche gewählt werden aus der Gruppe der verzweigten und unverzweigten Kohlenwasserstoffe und -wachse, insbesondere Mineralöl, Vaseline (Petrolatum), Paraffinöl, Squalan und Squalen, Polyolefine, hydrogenierte Polyisobutene und Isohexadecan. Unter den Polyolefinen sind Polydecene die bevorzugten Substanzen.
Vorteilhaft kann die Ölphase ferner einen Gehalt an cyclischen oder linearen Silikonölen aufweisen oder vollständig aus solchen Ölen bestehen, wobei allerdings bevorzugt wird, außer dem Silikonöl oder den Silikonölen einen zusätzlichen Gehalt an anderen Ölphasenkompo- nenten zu verwenden.
Silikonöle sind hochmolekulare synthetische polymere Verbindungen, in denen Silicium- Atome über Sauerstoff-Atome ketten- und/oder netzartig verknüpft und die restlichen Valenzen des Siliciums durch Kohlenwasserstoff-Reste (meist Methyl-, seltener Ethyl-, Propyl-, Phenyl-Gruppen u. a.) abgesättigt sind. Systematisch werden die Silikonöle als Polyorganosiloxane bezeichnet. Die methylsubstituierten Polyorganosiloxane, welche die mengenmäßig bedeutendsten Verbindungen dieser Gruppe darstellen und sich durch die folgende Strukturformel auszeichnen
werden auch als Polydimethylsiloxan bzw. Dimethicon (INCI) bezeichnet. Dimethicone gibt es in verschiedenen Kettenlängen bzw. mit verschiedenen Molekulargewichten.
Besonders vorteilhafte Polyorganosiloxane im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung sind beispielsweise Dimethylpolysiloxane [Poly(dimethylsiloxan)], welche beispielsweise unter den Handelsbezeichnungen Abil 10 bis 10 000 bei Th. Goldschmidt erhältlich sind. Ferner vorteilhaft sind Phenylmethylpolysiloxane (INCI: Phenyl Dimethicone, Phenyl Trimethicone), cyclische Silikone (Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxan bzw. Decamethylcyclopentasiloxan), welche nach INCI auch als Cyclomethicone bezeichnet werden, aminomodifizierte Silikone (INCI: Amodimethicone) und Silikonwachse, z. B. Polysiloxan-Polyalkylen-Copolymere (INCI: Stearyl Dimethicone und Cetyl Dimethicone) und Dialkoxydimethylpolysiloxane (Stearoxy Dimethicone und Behenoxy Stearyl Dimethicone), welche als verschiedene Abil-Wax-Typen
bei Th. Goldschmidt erhältlich sind. Aber auch andere Silikonöle sind vorteilhaft im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung zu verwenden, beispielsweise Cetyldimethicon, Hexamethylcyclotrisi- loxan, Polydimethylsiloxan, Poly(methylphenylsiloxan).
Die erfindungsgemäßen Zubereitungen können vorteilhafter Weise kosmetische Wirkstoffe enthalten.
Dabei ist es erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt, wenn die Zubereitung einen oder mehrere
Wirkstoffe gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Gylcyrrhetinsäure, Harnstoff, Arctiin, alpha-Liponsäure, Folsäure, Phytoen, D-Biotin, Coenzym Q10, alpha-Glucosylrutin, Carnitin, Carnosin, Coffein, natürliche und/oder synthetische Isoflavonoide, Glycerylglucose, Kreatin, Kreatinin, Taurin, ß-Alanin und/oder Licochalcon A, enthält.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß von Vorteil, wenn die Zubereitung Methyl paraben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, Piroctone Olamine, Dehydracetsäure, organische Säuren wie zum Beispiel, Sorbinsäure, Benzoesäure, Salicylsäure und deren Salze, Formaldehydabspalter, organische Halogenide, wie zum Beispiel IPBC, Ethyllauroylarginate, quaternäre
Verbindungen, wie zum Beispiel Benzalkoniumchlorid, Cetrimoniumchlorid bzw. bromid oder Benzethonimchlorid, Silber und Silberverbindungen, 2-Methylisothiazol-3(2H)-on und/oder Phenoxyethanol enthält.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist dabei der Einsatz von Methylparaben, Ethylparaben, Propylparaben, 2-Methylisothiazol-3(2H)-on und/oder Phenoxyethanol
Erfindungsgemäß vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Ethanol, Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, 2-Methylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol und/oder 1 ,2-Decandiol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Glycerylcaprylate, Hydroxamsäuren, Chelatbildner, enthält.
Erfindungsgemäß bevorzugt ist dabei der Einsatz von Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, 2- Methylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol und/oder 1 ,2-Decandiol
Die erfindungsgemäße Zubereitung kann zur Tagespflege oder als Sonnenschutzmittel vorteilhaft eingesetzt werden, ohne auf diese Anwendungsgebiete beschränkt zu sein.
Es ist erfindungsgemäß vorteilhaft, wenn die Zubereitung in Form eines Sprays appliziert wird.
Erfindungsgemäß ist nicht zuletzt die Verwendung eines erfindungsgemäßen
Octyldecylcitratpolyester und deren Derivate in Kombination mit Polyglycerolester ohne carboxyliertes Acrylcopolymer zur Reduzierung des Weißelns beim Auftragen von Sonnenschutzmitteln auf die nasse Haut.
Verqleichsversuche
Der verminderte Weißeleffekt wurde mittels einer Kontrastmessung„BNdanaltytische Methode zur Objektsegmentierung basierend auf Grauwertgradienten zur Bestimmung des Bedeckungsgrads von Produkt zu Haut" evaluiert. Die absoluten Werte des
Weißelvermögens der Verbindung wurden mittels Pixelmessung durch das Programm ImageJ bestimmt.
Die zu untersuchenden Bereiche wurden mit manueller Anpassung des Threshold segmentiert und daraufhin der Bedeckungsgrad absolut berechnet.
Die absolute Berechnung ergibt, dass durch die hier beschriebene Erfindung ein Weißel- Effekt stark reduziert wurde. Der absolute Pixel-Kontrast ergibt bei der Referenzprobe einen deutlich höheren Wert als die neue Formulierung (BSP1 ).

Die nachfolgenden Beispiele sollen die vorliegende Erfindung verdeutlichen, ohne sie einzuschränken. Alle Mengenangaben, Anteile und Prozentanteile sind, soweit nicht anders angegeben, auf das Gewicht und die Gesamtmenge bzw. auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitungen bezogen.

1 . Kosmetische Zubereitung enthaltend
a) ein oder mehrere UV-Filter
b) ein Polyglycerolester
c) einen Silikonspacer enthaltenden Octyldecylcitratpolyester und deren Derivate

gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung einen oder mehrere Wirkstoffe gewählt aus der Gruppe der Verbindungen Gylcyrrhetinsäure, Harnstoff, Arctiin, alpha-Liponsäure, Folsäure, Phytoen, D-Biotin, Coenzym Q10, alpha-Glucosylrutin, Carnitin, Carnosin, Coffein, natürliche und/oder synthetische Isoflavonoide, Glycerylglucose, Kreatin, Kreatinin, Taurin, ß-Alanin und/oder Licochalcon A, enthält.
6. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Methylparaben, Ethylparaben,Propylparaben, 2-Methylisothiazol-3(2H)-on und/oder Phenoxyethanol enthält.
7. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung Propylenglycol, Butylenglycol, 2- Methylpropan-1 ,3-diol, 1 ,2-Pentandiol, 1 ,2-Hexandiol, 1 ,2-Octandiol und/oder 1 ,2- Decandiol enthält.
8. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung das Silikonspacer enthaltendes Oligomer in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0, 1 bis 5 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das
Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthält.
9. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung ein Polyglycerolester
in einer Gesamtkonzentration von 0, 1 bis 2 Gewichts-%, bezogen auf das Gesamtgewicht der Zubereitung, enthält.
10. Kosmetische Zubereitung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zubereitung in Form eines Sprays appliziert wird.
