Claims (15)
- Couvercle (100) pour un contenant, notamment pour une boite ou canette de boisson, comprenant :une face de couvercle (110) avec une première ouverture (115) traversant la face de couvercle ;un élément intérieur (120) agencé sur le côté intérieur de la face de couvercle avec une ouverture de ventilation (125) traversant l'élément intérieur et aligné avec ladite première ouverture ;un élément d'actionnement (130) agencé sur un côté extérieur de la face de couvercle et qui de préférence est réalisé en matière plastique, l'élément d'actionnement présentant une première et une deuxième zone d'articulation, qui divisent l'élément d'actionnement en un premier (131), un deuxième (132) et un troisième tronçon (133), et le deuxième tronçon étant agencé entre le premier et le troisième tronçon ; couvercle dans lequelle premier tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement est agencé de manière à s'appuyer sur la face de couvercle ;le deuxième tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement peut pivoter par rapport au premier tronçon autour de la première zone d'articulation, et le deuxième tronçon comporte un élément de fermeture, notamment un bouchon (135), pour fermer l'ouverture de ventilation ;le troisième tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement peut pivoter par rapport au deuxième tronçon autour de la deuxième zone d'articulation, et le troisième tronçon comporte un premier élément de couplage (161), etl'élément intérieur comporte un deuxième élément de couplage (162), qui peut être couplé au premier élément de couplage.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1, dans lequel à l'état couplé, le premier et le deuxième élément de couplage, lorsqu'une pression est exercée sur l'élément de fermeture à partir d'une chambre intérieure du contenant, fournissent une force de retenue, notamment une force de retenue perpendiculaire à la face de couvercle, qui empêche l'élément de fermeture d'être repoussé hors de l'ouverture de ventilation.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel le premier et le deuxième élément de couplage sont de configuration complémentaire et peuvent être amenés en prise réciproque.
- Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le premier élément de couplage est réalisé sous la forme d'un ou de plusieurs anneaux, et le deuxième élément de couplage est réalisé sous la forme d'un ou de plusieurs crans d'encliquetage, ou bien inversement, et les crans d'encliquetage respectifs peuvent être amenés en prise avec des anneaux respectifs.
- Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel le couplage entre le premier et le deuxième élément de couplage est autobloquant, notamment de manière telle qu'une force de pression sur l'élément de fermeture soit transmise au premier élément de couplage de manière à agir à l'encontre d'une direction de découplage des éléments de couplage.
- Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel les zones d'articulation sont de configuration rectiligne, et sont notamment parallèles les unes aux autres.
- Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel les zones d'articulation sont réalisées sous forme de zones de l'élément d'actionnement avec une épaisseur de matériau réduite, notamment sous la forme d'entailles, qui de préférence sont prévues sur un côté opposé à celui dirigé vers la face de couvercle.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 7, dans lequel dans la deuxième zone d'articulation sont prévues une ou plusieurs entretoises de renfort (370) entre le deuxième et le troisième tronçon, qui permettent, à partir d'une orientation plane du deuxième et du troisième tronçon, une possibilité de pivotement dans une première direction, notamment par malléabilité ou possibilité de pliage, et rendent plus difficile la possibilité de pivotement dans une deuxième direction opposée à ladite première direction, notamment par le fait que la force à mettre en oeuvre lors d'un pivotement dans la deuxième direction, est plus grande que la force à mettre en oeuvre lors d'un pivotement dans la première direction.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ladite première direction est orientée de manière à s'éloigner de la face de couvercle, notamment dans lequel ladite première direction est une direction d'ouverture du troisième tronçon lors d'une ouverture du contenant.
- Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel le premier et le deuxième élément de couplage peuvent être couplés et à nouveau découplés plusieurs fois successivement, et offrent ainsi la possibilité d'une configuration refermable de l'ouverture de ventilation.
- Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel une deuxième ouverture est prévue dans la face de couvercle, et dans lequel, par un écartement par basculement de l'élément intérieur, du côté intérieur de la face de couvercle, une liaison fluidique peut être établie entre ladite deuxième ouverture et l'intérieur du contenant.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le premier tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement est relié ou peut être mis en contact avec l'élément intérieur, notamment en permettant un mouvement de glissement réciproque, et l'élément intérieur peut être écarté par basculement grâce à un coulissement du premier tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 11, comprenant par ailleurs, un élément de glissement intérieur, qui est agencé sur le côté intérieur de la face de couvercle, dans lequel le premier tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement est relié à l'élément de glissement intérieur, et une unité constituée du premier tronçon de l'élément d'actionnement et de l'élément de glissement intérieur peut coulisser le long de la face de couvercle, et dans lequel, par ailleurs, l'élément de glissement intérieur est relié ou peut être mis en contact avec l'élément intérieur notamment en permettant un mouvement de glissement réciproque, et l'élément intérieur peut être écarté par basculement grâce à un coulissement de ladite unité.
- Couvercle selon la revendication 12 ou la revendication 13, dans lequel un coulissement du premier tronçon n'est possible qu'après une ouverture par basculement du troisième tronçon et une ouverture par basculement, suivante, du deuxième tronçon, notamment après que le premier et le deuxième élément de couplage soient ainsi découplés, et que suite à cela l'élément de fermeture soit retiré de l'ouverture de ventilation et de la première ouverture.
- Contenant, notamment canette de boisson, comprenant :un corps de base ; etun couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14.
