Definitions

  • Towel dispensers comprising a bucket for receiving the wipes are well known.
  • a disinfectant can be added to the bucket, which is absorbed by the towels.
  • soaked disinfectant wipes which only need to be removed from a protective packaging to bring in the bucket.
  • a removal system for a cloth dispenser which has a removal device.
  • the removal device consists of a removal part, a lid for closing the removal part, and a connection tab with which the cover is attached to the removal part.
  • the removal device has fastening means with which the removal device can be fastened in an opening of a cover of the tissue dispenser. In the bottom of the removal part an opening is provided through which the cloths can be removed from the cloth dispenser.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a dispenser for cloth or wet tissue dispenser, in which even when removing individual tissues from the dispenser contamination of the remaining in the dispenser towels is effectively avoided and at the same time ecologically compatible and space-saving disposal is possible.
  • Fig. 1 shows a removal device 10 of a removal system according to the invention in a perspective view from above.
  • the removal device comprises a closure cap 15 (which is also referred to below as the lid), a removal part 27 and a flexibly configured connecting web 50, which connects the closure cap 15 to the removal part 27.
  • the connecting web 50 prevents the closure cap 15 from being lost after the removal device has been opened.
  • the connecting web 50 is designed so that a simple closing of the removal part 27 with the closure cap 15 is possible.
  • the closure cap 15 here has a substantially cylindrical side wall 11a, the diameter of which is slightly larger than the cylinder-shaped side wall 13 of the removal part 27.
  • a sealing ring or a radial projection 18 may be provided on the side wall 13 of the removal part.
  • the sealing ring or the radial projection 18 is designed so that, after closing the removal device, it rests substantially flush against the inside of the side wall 11a of the closure cap. Thus, substantially a largely airtight or liquid-tight closure of the removal device is possible.
  • an opening or removal opening 11 is provided, which is formed here by cross-shaped slots 14a.
  • the removal opening 11 is further formed by a number of holding corners, which are separated from each other by the slots 14a.
  • the holding corners 14 are slightly curved upwards, so that they form a slight elevation at the bottom 16 of the removal part.
  • the holding corners 14 are also designed to be slightly flexible, so that they can easily turn upwards when removing a cloth through the slots 14a, while an independent retraction of the cloth is largely prevented by the curved design of the holding corners 14 in the container.
  • the opening 11 can also have other shapes, but the cross-shaped slotted opening has advantages in terms of contamination of the remaining in the dispenser wipes.
  • the bottom 16, the lid of the closure cap 15 and / or the holding corners 14 may have a transparent material to allow a view into the interior of the container through the removal device, without having to remove the removal device.
  • the removal device is made of a plastic.
  • Fig. 2 shows a removal device 10 of a removal system according to the invention in a perspective view from below. Visible here is arranged on the underside of the bottom 16 of the removal part 27 connecting means 12, which may be configured as a thread or as part of a bayonet closure.

  • the intermediate piece is referred to below as with reference to all embodiments as a mounting frame.
  • the removal device can also be permanently connected to the intermediate piece 20.
  • the removal device can be welded or glued to the intermediate piece 20, for example.
  • an extraction system according to the invention can be produced, which is designed substantially in one piece after welding.
  • Fig. 3 shows a removal device of a removal system according to the invention in a plan view.
  • the intersecting slots 14a which form the removal opening 11 and which form four retaining corners 14.
  • more or fewer than four slots 14a or four holding corners 14 may be provided.
  • the width of the slots towards the center increases to reach a certain distance between the holding corners 14 in the region of the center, which facilitates the extraction of the cloth through the slots 14a.
  • the slightly upwardly curved holding corners 14 which are separated from the slots 14a.
  • the holding corners 14 are designed to be slightly flexible, so that when pulling out the cloth, these easily bend upwards.
  • the slightly upwardly curved shape of the holding corners 14 also ensures that an independent retraction of the cloth is prevented in the container, because a retraction would bend the holding corners 14 slightly downward, which leads to the distance of the holding corners in the Slots is smaller, which in turn causes the cloth is trapped between the holding corners.
  • the side wall 13 of the removal part 27 and / or the side wall 11a of the closure cap 15 are slightly tapered towards the top, so that the upper edge 13b of the side wall of the removal part and / or the lower edge 15b of the side wall of the closure cap can easily separate a tissue pulled out of the container enable. If the cloth roll arranged in the dispensing system has no perforations, the closure cap 15 can be used as a separating aid, wherein the cloth to be removed is separated from the cloth roll or a separation is facilitated by closing the closure cap.
  • a cylinder 12 is provided, which is arranged coaxially to the opening 11.
  • the cylinder serves as a connecting means to connect the extraction device with the intermediate piece 20, as in Fig. 6 shown.
  • the connecting means is designed so that the connection with the intermediate piece in the manner of a bayonet connection or in the manner of a screw connection is made possible.
  • connecting means and the bottom 16 are designed in one piece.

Visible here is the radial projection or the sealing ring 18, which rests against the inside of the side wall 11a of the closure cap or corresponds with a radial recess or groove on the inside of the side wall 11a of the closure cap. For a largely airtight or liquid-tight closure of the removal device is thus possible.
  • sealing elements may be provided on the underside of the bottom 16 of the removal part 27 (not shown here).
  • the sealing elements may be configured for example as sealing rings.
  • Fig. 6 shows an inventive extraction system 10 (without cap 15) in a sectional view.
  • an intermediate piece 20 is arranged, which cooperates with the connecting means 12 of the removal part to connect the removal device with the intermediate piece.
  • the intermediate piece 20 is arranged coaxially to the opening 11 of the removal part at the removal part, wherein the intermediate piece has a channel through which the wipes can be passed.

  • the lower portion 20a of the intermediate piece 20 may also have a different shape. It is advantageous, however, if the lower portion 20a converges to two opposite sides tapering to allow easy bonding or welding with the bag.
  • Fig. 8 shows a cloth dispenser according to the invention with an intermediate piece 20 and an attachable to the intermediate piece removal device 10.
  • the container for receiving the wipes or wet wipes is formed by a bag B, which is preferably formed air and / or waterproof.
  • the bag is closed at the end portions 41 which form the opening for introducing the wipes, for example by gluing or welding the opposite end portions 41.
  • the lower portion 20 a of the intermediate piece 20 is disposed between the end portions 41, so that two opposite portions of the end portions 41 rest on the lower portion 20 a and can be glued or welded to the lower portion 20 a.

  • “Above the second removal opening” means that when the peripheral edges of the first and second removal openings are projected onto a common plane, the peripheral edge of the first removal opening is located within the peripheral edge of the second removal opening.
  • the first removal opening can be arranged substantially coaxially to the second removal opening.
  • the advantage here is that can be filled by the removal opening of the mounting frame of the cloth dispenser and after filling the removal device attached to the mounting frame or can be attached to the mounting frame, the towels can be removed through both removal openings.
  • a simple filling of the cloth dispenser allows and on the other hand ensures a safe removal of towels, the risk of contamination in the removal of the towels is significantly reduced.
