Description

The invention relates to an overhead construction with a holding device with a support profile which can be fastened to a structure.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

Are known overhead constructions such as canopies with holding devices in which for the attachment of plate-shaped components formed in particular of glass cantilever beams are used, which are fixed to a wall and on which the plate-shaped component rests.

Furthermore, it is known to attach glass canopies on one side of a wall by means of support profiles. The discs are connected by means of holes in the glass and a screw with the support profile.

The glass canopy can also be clamped by a clamp within two support legs and connected for example by means of a permanently elastic bond.

The DE 10 2011 000 991 A1 discloses a wall mount that enables such a strapless clamping of a self-supporting panel-shaped component in a wall-mounted support. In this case, the holder is connected to at least one side with a wall and independently of the self-supporting plate-shaped component mounted on the wall.

For this purpose, the wall mount on two flat bearing surfaces, wherein between the two bearing surfaces, a gap is formed. The plate-shaped component lies on its underside with an edge region on a flat surface, while on the upper side of the plate-shaped component a counterforce is applied, by which the component is to be held. As a result, the plate-shaped component is clamped in the holder.

In the AT 413 413 B a "Einseitig clamped Einfeldtragsystem Glas Meinhardt" is disclosed. In this case, a medium plate is clamped with an inherent stability for canopy constructions in system profiles and system elements using continuous flat hard rubber profiles and forms a unilaterally clamped Einfeldtragsystem.

The US 2007/175119 A1 discloses a window / storm plate system for protecting windows in a storm. The system serves to cover windows and has an upper and a lower impact-resistant plate and a pivoting device to move the upper side of the upper plate towards the building, and a locking device for locking the upper plate in the raised position secure, and with a selection of screws, grooves and fasteners to the window / awning / storm plate system to secure the windows on the building, and for the mechanical handling of the system.

Furthermore, the disclosed WO 2004/016877 A1 a cladding panel for floors, which can be connected via a tongue / groove system with another cladding panel. For better connection of the groove / spring system, an adhesive bead is additionally applied in a recess either on the groove or on the spring, so that the two cladding panels are firmly joined together in zuammengefügtem state.

In the JP 2006 348708 A discloses a canopy in which a plate is shown clamped in a profile with an upper and a lower wall. The top wall has a plurality of hole openings for receiving screws to engage a notch. In this case, elastic elements are used, so that a pressure element can be arranged on the elastic elements, wherein the elastic elements are pressed into the notch.

The DE 201 09 739 U1 discloses a point holder for a perforated laminated safety glass panel, comprising two plates receiving the glass plate between them with a central aperture and a screw supported on a plate, which is screwed through a hole of the glass plate with a nut supported on another plate. An eye wing is arranged on one or both sides of the point holder such that the eye wing (s) are formed on the head of the nut or the head of the nut.

In the DE 26 01 136 A1 a kit for a glass canopy is revealed. The canopy has a frameless plate of toughened silicate glass, which is provided with holes. Furthermore, the canopy has two attached to the masonry, provided with brackets support arms for the glass plate, wherein the support arms are provided on the support side with threaded holes for fixing the glass plate.

A disadvantage of the known holding devices for canopies is that either holes must be introduced into the glass of the canopy, which weaken the material and thus can not guarantee the stability of the connection, or a bond to the fixed connection of glass canopy and bracket must be introduced the bonding is complex in the assembly and for a long time not weather resistant.

A mere clamping is prone to displacement and does not provide a permanently reliable connection. If the plate-shaped component breaks, it slips out and becomes a danger due to falling.

The object of the invention is therefore to provide an overhead construction with a holding device, which provides a simple installation and a reliable and secure connection of the overhead construction by a mechanical fuse with a support profile allows and is inexpensive to manufacture.

It is proposed an overhead construction with a holding device according to claim 1, wherein in particular canopy panels are mounted on one side of a building by means of a support profile on one side.

For secure connection of the support profile with a canopy plate is on the side facing the building of the canopy plate at the lateral edges of each a recess introduced. In particular, in an embodiment of the canopy plate as a double pane or laminated glass pane, this recess can be introduced into two or more disks arranged one above the other or only into one of the two or more panes of the laminated glass pane. The recess can also be introduced only in a part of a disc. The recesses are arranged in the canopy plate so that they are positioned within a bearing area of the support legs of the support profile.

The recesses of the canopy plate serve for introducing a respective securing element, which is L-shaped. This ensures the safe location of the canopy panels of the overhead construction.

The canopy plate has at least two recesses, so at least one per side edge of the canopy, in the region of the support profile.

The support profile for attachment to the structure itself is formed for example of aluminum and in particular has two support legs. The angle of the two support legs in relation to the back or the wall of the building is freely selectable.

At least one support leg of the support profile has at least one recess and / or at least one increase. This serves to secure the position of the fuse element.

Die Ausbildung der Vertiefung bzw. Erhöhung kann unterschiedlich ausgeformt sein. The formation of the recess or increase can be formed differently.

The canopy plate can be configured as a laminated glass pane and has at least two individual panes with at least one intermediate layer.

The support profile is attached to the structure, for example, with a screw. In the support profile pressure-stable support elements are arranged to avoid the contact between glass and metal. The pressure-stable support elements are either already arranged in advance or are introduced during assembly. They are arranged in particular below the canopy plate on the lower support leg. The front arranged on the lower support leg pressure-stable support element also serves as Aushubsicherung.

At least one sealing element is arranged on the front side of the upper support leg for sealing above the canopy plate.

In the recesses of the canopy plate, the securing elements are introduced for mechanical security in the assembled state. The fuse element itself may be formed in different shapes. It can as a pin, bolt, T-shaped, with bulges, collar elements or the like. be executed.

The arrangement of the securing element in the recess is quick and easy to carry out during assembly, since a sufficiently large recess forms a louver around the securing element. If a pull is exerted on the canopy plate, the securing element docks against the edge of the corresponding support leg and optionally on a glass edge and thus holds the canopy plate. If the canopy plate is more heavily loaded by tension, the securing element tilts and wedges in such a way that the canopy plate is held securely.

The assembly of the overhead construction is carried out as follows: The formed in particular of laminated glass Vordachplatte is inserted from the outside between the two support legs of the support profile.

Aushubsicherungen eingeschoben. Then at least one securing element are inserted from both sides of the canopy plate in the lateral recesses. This can be done from the side. Prior to or subsequently seals or Aushubsicherungen be inserted.

A lateral slipping out of the fuse elements is prevented by the attachment of veneers. If several canopy panels arranged side by side, prevents a suitable choice of the distance between the individual canopy slabs sideways slipping.

The overhead construction according to the invention is thus designed to be self-supporting and, due to the introduced securing elements, ensures a firm and reliable hold of the canopy plate in the holding device.

The holding device for canopies according to the invention, comprising the securing element, has the advantage that when one or both of the glass panes of the canopy plate is broken, it is ensured that the canopy plate does not slip out of its holding device.

The overhead construction according to the invention is thus more cost-effective, since the simpler installation of the construction requires no elaborate glass bores.

The mechanical securing by the securing element is simpler in the construction than pressing, screwing or gluing, since it no longer has to be stepped from above onto the pane in order to fasten, for example, in order to attach screwed connections.

Even in strong weather conditions such as wind, snow udgl. is a reliable storage of the canopy plate guaranteed in the holding device.

Further advantages and advantageous embodiments of the invention are the following description of the figures, the drawings and the claims removed.

In Fig. 10 For example, various embodiments of the securing element 40 are each shown in a sectional view from the side.

Fig. 10.a It represents the canopy plate 10 with the support section 22, arranged on a building block 32, is shown. The upper support leg 24, the lower support leg 26 with the respective front portion 50 and 46, wherein between the front portion 50 and the upper glass 28 a Abdichtelement 52 and between the front portion 46 and the lower glass 30 of the canopy 10, a support member 48 is arranged. The support member 48 is pressure-resistant and thus prevents contact of the glass sheet 30 with the metal of the lower support leg 26. The support legs 24, 26 may be formed equal or different lengths.

In the lower support leg 26, a gradation 54 is introduced, in which the securing element 40 is inserted. The securing element 40 is formed L-shaped from the side and is located on the step 54 so that a lateral displacement of the canopy 10 is no longer possible. The securing element 40 is introduced in this embodiment only in the lower glass pane 30.

In Fig. 10b On the other hand, the securing element 40 is introduced into both glass panes 28, 30 and into the intermediate layer 36. The fuse element 40 has on its underside an elongate projection 70 on. Due to the formation of the bead 60 on the lower support leg 26, a holder of the securing element 40 is effected.

Fig. 10.c shows the securing element 40 with a first protuberance 72 and a second protuberance 74, wherein the first protuberance 72 below the first nose 62 and the second protuberance 74 below the second nose 64 respectively engages in the bulges formed thereby and the securing element 40 thereby a firm grip gets.

Fig. 10.d represents the securing element 40, which has a lateral projection 76 on its underside in this embodiment. This lateral projection 76 may also be arranged laterally reversed. The lateral projection 76 engages below the third nose 66 in the lower support legs 26 and is thereby held. At the side projection 76 opposite, smooth side 78, the securing element 40 bears against a formed edge 80 of the lower support leg 26.

Fig. 10.e shows an embodiment of the securing element 40 for use in a formed by both glass panes and the intermediate layer recess of the canopy plate.

Die Lage des Sicherungselements 40 ist also variabel. Dies erleichtert das Einführen. The position of the fuse element 40 is thus variable. This facilitates insertion.

Fig. 11.a represents the canopy plate 10 with a recess 12. The recess 12 is inserted only in the second glass pane 30. The canopy panel 10 is held in a support profile 22 and rests on the support element 48.

In the recess 12, a securing element 40 is introduced, which is L-shaped. The rear side of the canopy plate 10, which points in the direction of the back plate 34 of the support profile 22, rests on a lower pressure element 82 and is held by an upper pressure element 84. At the front of the first support leg 24, a sealing member 52 is disposed between it and the first glass sheet 28. Due to the weight of the canopy 10 on the Carrying leg 24, 26 and the arrangement of the support element 48 and the lower pressure element 82 and the holding of the upper pressure element 84, the canopy plate 10 is held reliably. The fuse element 40 provides protection under special stress of the canopy panel 10 from shifting or falling.

To introduce the securing element 40, an air gap 88 is formed. As a result, the fuse element 40 can be easily inserted.

In Fig. 11.b to Fig. 11.a the canopy plate 10 is shown, on which a train acts in the direction of the arrow. A glass edge 86 of the second glass pane 30 presses against the securing element 40. This is in turn pressed or docked against the edge 80 of the support leg 26 and thereby the canopy plate 10 is held in position.

In Fig. 11.c to Fig. 11.a the canopy plate 10 is shown, on which an even stronger pull acts in the direction of the arrow. As a result, the securing element 40 tilts and wedges in such a manner that the canopy plate 10 is held securely. The wedging is also in a formation of the securing element 40 as a pin, bolt or the like. without a bent foot.

The fuse element 40 can thus be easily inserted during assembly, since the air gap 88 and the formation of the glass sheets 28, 30 and the support legs 24, 26 of the support section 22 allow a game. By this construction and the arrangement of the support element 48 and the pressure elements 82, 84 is a tilting, an associated tilting and thus stable retention of the securing element 40 for the canopy plate 20 in the holding device 22 at higher tensile forces ensured to the canopy plate 10 safely in her Hold position. Thus, the canopy plate of the overhead construction is held firmly and reliably by a mechanical fuse.
