Definitions
- the present invention relates to a chiseling hand tool, in particular with an electro-pneumatic impact mechanism.
- US 2010/0012337 discloses a percussion hammer with an electric motor and a pneumatic percussion.
- the striking mechanism has a cup-shaped exciter, which is moved back and forth by an eccentric along a striking axis.
- the eccentric wheel acts on a lateral surface of the pathogen.
- a piston-shaped racket is inserted in the pathogen.
- a pneumatic chamber is completed, which forms a club connecting the bat to the exciter air spring.
- the hand tool of the invention has a tool holder for receiving a tool along a working axis.
- a pneumatic percussion mechanism has a cup-shaped gripper closed by a base oriented perpendicular to the working axis, a piston-shaped racket arranged in the exciter, and a pneumatic chamber enclosed between the pathogen and the rack in the exciter.
- An eccentric is driven by a motor about a rotation axis.
- An eccentric finger is spaced from the axis of rotation by a crank radius. The eccentric finger couples to an attack on the cup-shaped pathogen. A distance of the attack from the ground is twice to six times as long as the crank radius.
- the eccentric finger is close to the point of impact when the bat impacts an anvil or tool in the point of impact. This favors the stability and smoothness of the pathogen in the lateral offaxial attack.
- the axis of rotation is preferably arranged between the one and two times the crank radius in front of the impact point.

- the attack 27 of the exciter 14 is unilateral, asymmetrical and offset from the working axis 11. Accordingly, the eccentric 22 exerts a torque on the exciter 14 .
- the loads are dependent on the phase of the percussion 6.
- the torque is low, as this typically the exciter 14 has reached the front inflection point.
- the highest loads occur when pathogen 14 is half way to the inflection point.
- the exciter 14 here has the highest speed, the pneumatic chamber 19 is the most compressed and consequently the racket 18 is accelerated the most.

Description
The present invention relates to a chiseling hand tool, in particular with an electro-pneumatic impact mechanism.
The hand tool of the invention has a tool holder for receiving a tool along a working axis. A pneumatic percussion mechanism has a cup-shaped gripper closed by a base oriented perpendicular to the working axis, a piston-shaped racket arranged in the exciter, and a pneumatic chamber enclosed between the pathogen and the rack in the exciter. An eccentric is driven by a motor about a rotation axis. An eccentric finger is spaced from the axis of rotation by a crank radius. The eccentric finger couples to an attack on the cup-shaped pathogen. A distance of the attack from the ground is twice to six times as long as the crank radius.
The eccentric finger is close to the point of impact when the bat impacts an anvil or tool in the point of impact. This favors the stability and smoothness of the pathogen in the lateral offaxial attack. The axis of rotation is preferably arranged between the one and two times the crank radius in front of the impact point.

The
The
The
The
The
