And respectively, the elongation or the compression of the linear elastic element 400 is used to reset the position of the second frame 200 relative to the first frame 100.
  • the nose part 300 can be structured as one-piece with the first frame 100 or the second frame 200.
  • the nose part 300 can include at least one guide part 310 or guide part 320 to guide and limit the cable 500.
  • Different guide parts 310 and 320 can be used for change the arm of force lever of pulling the linear elastic element 400.
  • the second frame 200 or the first frame 100 can include at least one installing part 220 configured to install the force-applying end 520 of the cable 500.
  • Different installing parts 220 can be used for changing the predetermined angle A between the first frame 100 and the second frame 200.
  • All embodiments mentioned above can also include a seat 700.
  • the seat 700 can be connected to the first frame 100 or the second frame 200.
  • the seat 700 is configured to carry the user's weight.
  • the second frame 200 in every embodiment mentioned above can be in approximately inverted U shape.
  • the second frame 200 can be in approximately L shape.
  • the fitness apparatus can include two second frames 200, and each in approximately L shape. So that each second frame 200 can independently pivotally swing against the first frame 100, assisting a user doing arms or legs alternate exercise.
  • the linear elastic element 400 can be connected to either the first frame 100 or the second 200, applying corresponding mechanism design, depending on the design purpose.
  • the present invention has advantages as follows.

Claims (15)

  1. Fitnessgerät, umfassend:
    einen ersten Rahmen (100),
    einen zweiten Rahmen (200), der drehbar mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden ist,
    ein Nasenteil (300), wobei das Nasenteil (300) und der zweite Rahmen (200) koaxial drehbar mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden sind,
    ein lineares elastisches Element (400), das ein erstes Ende (410) und ein zweites Ende (420) aufweist, wobei des erste Ende (410) mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden ist, und
    ein Kabel (500), das ein Verbindungsende (510) aufweist, das mit dem zweiten Ende (420) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) verbunden ist, wobei das Kabel (500) gegen das Nasenteil (300) gepresst wird,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kabel (500) ein Kraft-anwendendes Ende (520) aufweist, das den zweiten Rahman (200) antreibt,
    und wobei, wenn der zweite Rahmen (200) drehbar gegen den ersten Rahmen (100) schwingt, der zweite Rahmen (200) das Kabel (500) zieht und die Länge des Kabels (500) ändert, das gegen das Nasenteil (300) gepresst wird, wobei das lineare elastische Element (400) von dem Kabel (500) gedehnt oder verkürzt wird.
  2. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem das Nasenteil (300) und der zweite Rahmen (200) als ein Teil strukturiert sind.
  3. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem der erste Rahmen (100) ein Anpassungsmodul (600) umfasst, das linear elastische Element (400) mit dem Anpassungsmodul (600) verbunden ist und das Anpassungsmodul (600) darauf ausgelegt ist, die Position des ersten Endes (410) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) anzupassen.
  4. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 3, bei dem das Anpassungsmodul (600) umfasst:
    ein Gewindeelement (610), das mit dem ersten Ende (410) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) verbunden ist, wobei das Gewindeelement (610) das erste Ende (410) antreibt, und
    ein Schraubelement (620), das mit dem Gewindeelement (610) zusammenpasst, wobei das Schraubelement (620) an dem ersten Rahmen (100) positioniert ist.
  5. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    eine Scheibe (810), die drehbar mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden ist, wobei der zweite Rahmen (200) und die Scheibe (810) koaxial drehbar mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden sind.
  6. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem der erste Rahmen (100) umfasst:
    ein Blockierelement (910), das darauf ausgelegt ist, das erste Ende (410) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) zu blockieren, und
    ein Schiebelement (920), das schiebbar entlang einer Ausdehnungsrichtung des linearen elastischen Elements (400) mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden ist, wobei das Schiebelement (920) gegen das zweite Ende (420) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) drückt und wobei das Verbindungsende (510) des Kabels (500) das zweite Ende (420) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) durch das Schiebelement (920) verbindet.
  7. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, bei dem das Kraft-anwendende Ende (520) des Kabels (500) lösbar mit dem zweiten Rahmen (200) verbunden ist.
  8. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, bei dem das Nasenteil (300) und der zweite Rahmen (200) als ein Teil strukturiert sind.
  9. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, bei dem das Nasenteil (300) ein Führungsteil (310) aufweist und das Führungsteil (310) das Kabel (500) führt und begrenzt.
  10. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, bei dem das Nasenteil (300) eine Vielzahl an Führungsteilen (310, 320) aufweist, wobei jedes der Vielzahl der Führungsteile (310, 320) darauf ausgelegt ist, das Kabel (500) zu führen und zu begrenzen und wobei die Länge des Kabels (500), das gegen jedes die Vielzahl der Nasenteile (300) gepresst ist, unterschiedlich ist.
  11. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, bei dem der zweite Rahmen (200) eine Vielzahl an Installationsteilen (220) aufweist, die konfiguriert sind, das Kraft-anwendende Ende (520) des Kabels (500) an verschiedenen Positionen des zweiten Rahmens (200) zu befestigen.
  12. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, ferner umfassend:
    eine Scheibe (810), die drehbar mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden ist, wobei der zweite Rahmen (200) und die Scheibe (810) koaxial drehbar mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden sind.
  13. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 7, bei dem der erste Rahmen (100) umfasst:
    ein Blockierelement (910), das darauf ausgelegt ist, das erste Ende (410) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) zu blockieren, und
    ein Schiebelement (920), das schiebbar entlang einer Ausdehnungsrichtung des linearen elastischen Elements (400) mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) verbunden ist, wobei das Schiebelement (920) gegen das zweite Ende (420) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) drückt und wobei das Verbindungsende (510) des Kabels (500) das zweite Ende (420) des linearen elastischen Elements (400) durch das Schiebelement (920) verbindet.
  14. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, ferner umfassend:
    einen Sitz (700), der mit dem ersten Rahmen (100) oder dem zweiten Rahmen (200) verbunden ist.
  15. Fitnessgerät gemäß Anspruch 1, das zwei unabhängige zweite Rahmen (200) umfasst, wobei jeder der zwei zweiten Rahmen (200) in ungefährer L-Form ist.
