- Serrure (1), plus particulièrement serrure encastrée pour un battant d'une porte ou d'une fenêtre dans un bâtiment, avec un boîtier de serrure, dans lequel un mécanisme de serrure est disposé, qui comprend :- un dispositif de verrouillage qui comprend un verrou (3) et/ou un pêne pour le verrouillage et/ou le déverrouillage,- un fouillot en plusieurs parties, qui est logé de manière rotative dans le boîtier de serrure, pour l'actionnement du mécanisme de serrure et/ou du dispositif de verrouillage pour le verrouillage ou le déverrouillage, et comprend un premier fouillot externe (6a) et un deuxième fouillot externe (6b), dans lequel, au premier fouillot externe (6a) peut être raccordée une première poignée et au deuxième fouillot externe (6b) peut être raccordée une deuxième poignée, pour la rotation du fouillot externe (6a ; 6b) correspondant et- un dispositif de sélection pour transmettre, au choix, un mouvement de rotation du premier fouillot externe (6a) ou du deuxième fouillot externe (6b) au dispositif de verrouillage pour le verrouillage et/ou le déverrouillage de la porte ou de la fenêtre,dans laquelle, il est prévu
que le dispositif de sélection comprend un premier élément de couplage (9a) couplé en mouvement avec le premier fouillot externe (6a), qui est logé et/ou guidé de manière mobile dans le boîtier de serrure, et un deuxième élément de couplage (9b) couplé en mouvement avec le deuxième fouillot externe (6b), qui est logé et/ou guidé de manière mobile dans le boîtier de serrure, et un élément de transmission (10) interagissant avec le dispositif de verrouillage et l'élément de transmission (10) peut être relié, pour la sélection, au choix avec le premier élément de couplage (9a) ou avec le deuxième élément de couplage (9b),
caractérisée en ce que
le premier élément de couplage (9a) et le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) sont logés de manière coulissante en translation dans le boîtier de serrure. - Serrure selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le fouillot externe (6a ; 6b), qui n'est pas relié avec l'élément de transmission (10) est branché en roue libre. - Serrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier fouillot externe (6a) est couplé en mouvement avec le premier élément de couplage (9a) et le deuxième fouillot externe (6b) est couplé en mouvement avec le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par complémentarité de forme, de préférence en ce que, par l'intermédiaire d'une liaison par complémentarité de forme, a lieu une transmission d'un mouvement de rotation du premier fouillot externe (6a) au premier élément de couplage (9a) et du deuxième fouillot externe (6b) au deuxième élément de couplage (9b). - Serrure selon la revendication 3,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier fouillot externe (6a) comprend un taquet d'entraînement (6k) qui s'emboîte par complémentarité de forme dans un évidement (9k) du premier élément de couplage (9a) et le deuxième fouillot externe (6b) comprend un taquet d'entraînement (6k) qui s'emboîte par complémentarité de forme dans un évidement (9k) du deuxième élément de couplage (9b). - Serrure selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier élément de couplage (9a) comprend un taquet d'entraînement qui s'emboîte par complémentarité de forme dans un évidement du premier fouillot externe (6a) et en ce que le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) comprend un taquet d'entraînement qui s'emboîte par complémentarité de forme dans un évidement du deuxième fouillot externe (6b). - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le fouillot en plusieurs parties est conçu comme un fouillot en deux parties. - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
l'élément de transmission (10) est disposé entre le premier élément de couplage (9a) et le deuxième élément de couplage (9b). - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le boîtier de serrure comprend un fond de boîtier et un couvercle de boîtier et le fond de boîtier et/ou le couvercle de boîtier comprend ou comprennent des guidages ou des logements pour le logement du premier élément de couplage (9a) et/ou du deuxième élément de couplage (9b). - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier élément de couplage (9a) et le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) sont logés de manière coulissante de façon à s'étendre de manière parallèle entre elles sur le fond du boîtier et/ou sur le couvercle du boîtier. - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le premier élément de couplage (9a) est conçu comme un coulisseau et
le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) est conçu comme un coulisseau. - Serrure selon la revendication 10,
caractérisée en ce que
l'élément de transmission (10), le premier élément de couplage (9a) et le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) sont conçus comme des coulisseaux parallèles, grâce au fait que l'élément de transmission (10) est conçu comme un coulisseau de verrou, le premier élément de couplage (9a) est conçu comme un coulisseau externe disposé sur un premier côté du coulisseau de verrou et le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) est conçu comme un coulisseau externe disposé sur un deuxième côté du coulisseau de verrou. - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
la serrure peut être conçue comme une serrure antipanique, grâce au fait que l'élément de transmission (10) peut être relié fermement soit avec le premier élément de couplage (9a) soit avec le deuxième élément de couplage (9b), plus particulièrement par goupillage, vissage ou encliquetage. - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le boîtier de serrure comprend des ouvertures de passage afin de relier fermement le premier élément de couplage (9a) et/ou le deuxième élément de couplage (9b) avec l'élément de transmission (10) de l'extérieur du boîtier de serrure fermé. - Serrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
les éléments de couplage (9a ; 9b) interagissant avec le fouillot sont logés de manière coulissante en translation dans le boîtier de serrure et le mouvement de rotation d'un fouillot externe (6a ; 6b) fait coulisser en translation l'élément de couplage (9a ; 9b) relié avec ce fouillot externe (6a ; 6b) dans le boîtier de serrure.
