Claims (9)
- Kasten (30) zum individuellen Handhaben mittels eines Roboterarmgreifers und/oder zum Ablegen eines zylindrischen Behälters (PT, GT) aus einem starren oder halbstarren Material, zum Beispiel eines Röhrchens mit Produkten mit homöopathischer Wirkung, wobei der Behälter (PT, GT) außen durch mindestens eine laterale Seite (14) mit axialer Ausrichtung begrenzt wird, wobei der Kasten durch Folgendes begrenzt wird:- durch eine horizontale, ebene Bodenwand (32) mit axialer Ausrichtung und mit rechteckiger Kontur,- und an jedem der axialen Enden des Kastens, durch ein Paar gegenüberliegender und vertikaler lateraler Wandabschnitte (44), von denen sich jeder axial entlang einem zugehörigen lateralen Rand (34) der Bodenwand erstreckt,wodurch der Kasten (30) eine allgemein parallelepipedische rechteckige Form mit einer offenen Oberseite (46) zum Gestatten des Einführens und Aufnehmens eines Behälters (PT, GT), in liegender Position und im Inneren des Kastens (30) angeordnet, aufweist und Mittel zum Festhalten des Behälters aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kasten (30) zwei Arten (PT, GT) von Behältern aufnehmen kann und dass die Haltemittel Folgendes umfassen:- mindestens einen ersten elastisch verformbaren Greifer (60) mit Querklemmwirkung, der zwei gegenüberliegende Backen (60) umfasst, von denen jede mit den gegenüberliegenden Teilen der zylindrischen lateralen Wand (14) eines Behälters einer ersten Art (GT) zusammenwirkt,- und mindestens einen elastisch verformbaren zweiten Greifer (54) mit Axialklemmwirkung, der zwei gegenüberliegende Backen (54) umfasst, von denen jede mit einem gegenüberliegenden Teil einer zugehörigen Querseite (16, 18) eines Behälters einer zweiten Art (PT), die sich in einer orthogonal zur Achse (AA) des Behälters verlaufenden Ebene erstreckt, zusammenwirkt. - Kasten nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Greifer zwei gegenüberliegende Backen (60, 54) umfasst, von denen sich jede von einer Oberseite (38) der Bodenplatte (32) des Kastens (30) vertikal nach oben erstreckt.
- Kasten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freie Oberseite jeder Backe (54, 60) als Haken (58, 64) mit einem Innenprofil ausgebildet ist, das zu dem des Flächenteils des Behälters (PT, GT), mit dem sie zusammenwirkt, komplementär ist.
- Kasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (38) der Bodenwand (32) des Kastens (30) Folgendes umfasst:- ein Paar aus zwei einen Träger bildenden ersten Stützflächen (50), deren Profil konkav ist und zu dem der lateralen Fläche (14) eines Behälters (GT) der ersten Art komplementär ist, wobei diese beiden ersten Stützflächen (50) axial voneinander beabstandet sind,- ein Paar aus zwei einen Träger bildenden zweiten Stützflächen (48), deren Profil konkav ist und zu dem der lateralen Fläche (14) eines Behälters (PT) der zweiten Art komplementär ist, wobei diese beiden zweiten Stützflächen (48) axial voneinander beabstandet sind.
- Kasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die axiale Länge (L) eines Behälters (PT) der zweiten Art kleiner als die axiale Länge eines Behälters (GT) der ersten Art ist und dass die größte Querabmessung (D) eines Behälters (PT) der zweiten Art kleiner als die größte Querabmessung (D) eines Behälters (GT) der ersten Art ist.
- Kasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zwei erste Greifer (60) umfasst, von denen jeder ein Greifer mit Querklemmwirkung ist, der mit einem gegenüberliegenden Teil der lateralen Wand (14) eines Behälters (GT) der ersten Art zusammenwirkt, und dass die beiden ersten Greifer (60) axial so voneinander beabstandet sind, dass sie einen Freiraum bilden, der das Ergreifen eines in dem Kasten (30) aufgenommenen Behälters (PT, GT) durch Zusammenwirken mit zwei quer gegenüberliegenden Teilen der lateralen Wand (14) des Behälters gestattet.
- Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch einstückiges Formen aus einem Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist.
- Kasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Backen (60) eines ersten Greifers dazu konfiguriert sind, mit der lateralen Wand (14) eines zylindrischen Behälters (GT) mit einem Querschnitt kreisförmiger Kontur zusammenzuwirken.
- Kasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er durch zwei gegenüberliegende Axialendquerwände (42) begrenzt wird, von denen sich jede von einem zugehörigen Querendrand (36) der Bodenwand (32) vertikal nach oben erstreckt, und dass sich jeder laterale Wandabschnitt (44) von der zugehörigen Querwand (42) axial erstreckt.
