Description
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Druckergerät gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1. Das Druckmodul weist einen Druckwagen mit zwei Fächern zum Einsetzen von Tintenkartuschen auf. Die Tintenkartuschen weisen einen beim Einsetzen nach vorn gerichteten Bauch auf, der ein Tintenreservoir enthält. Es ist Aufgabe, ein Druckergerät zu entwickeln, bei welchem die Nachteile des Standes der Technik beim Wechseln einer Tintenkartusche, d.h. während des Hineinsteck- und des Herausnahmevorganges der Tintenkartusche, beseitigt sind. Es soll einerseits gewährleistet werden, dass die Tintenkartusche nur dann gewechselt werden kann, wenn der Kartuschenträger zuvor in eine zum Kartuschenwechseln vorbestimmte Position verfahren wurde bzw. gedreht ist, wenn er aus einer Dichtposition in die Wechselposition gelangt. Andererseits sollen manuelle Bedienfehler während des Wechselns ausgeschlossen werden. Dabei soll eine Lösung zur Entriegelung der Tintenkartusche geschaffen werden, ohne dass ein Bediener die Tintenkartusche zu diesem Zweck direkt berühren muss oder kann. Eine Beschädigung des Duckkopfes soll vermieden werden. Insbesondere soll durch eine geeignete Bauform eines Kartuschenträgers verhindert werden, dass während des Hineinsteckens der Tintenkartusche in den Kartuschenträger, die Tintenkartusche zu tief in die Kavität eingedrückt werden kann. Bei Beibehaltung einer Kulissenführung während des Hineinsteckens und Bewegung der Tintenkartusche in die Kavität des Kartuschenträgers entgegen der Federwirkung einer Feder soll eine Lösung für einen noch kleineren Bauraum geschaffen werden, als bei dem Kartuschenträger der Frankiermaschine Postbase® zur Verfügung steht. Nach dem Hineinstecken der Tintenkartusche in eine Öffnung im Kartuschenträger soll die Tintenkartusche an dem Kartuschenträger verriegelt werden.
