Claims (9)
- Rohrkopf (1), der mit einer Schürze (3) verbunden werden kann, um ein Innenvolumen (V) des Rohrs zu bilden, wobei der Rohrkopf (1) einen Körper (5) umfasst, wobei der Körper (5) einen Hals (9) und einen Absatz (7) umfasst, der eine Innenseite (11) und eine Außenseite (13) umfasst, wobei der Rohrkopf (1) ferner einen Einsatz (21) umfasst, der in Kontakt mit der Innenseite (11) angeordnet ist, um eine Barriere zwischen dem Körper (5) und dem Produkt zu bilden, das in dem Innenvolumen (V) enthalten ist, wobei die Außenseite (13) des Absatzes (7) in Bezug auf den Einsatz eine Verbindungsfläche (23) der Schürze (3) umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Verbindungsfläche (23) einen Krümmungsradius im Bereich zwischen 2,5 mm und 5 mm aufweist.
- Rohrkopf (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Verbindungsfläche (23) mindestens 1/3 der Außenseite (13) des Absatzes (7) darstellt.
- Rohrkopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Körper (5) aus einem Material, ausgewählt aus den Folgenden, ausgeführt ist: Polyethylen, Polypropylen, Polyethylenterephtalat, Polyamid, Ethylen-Vinylalkohol-Copolymer oder einem Gemisch aus diesen Materialien.
- Rohrkopf (1) nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das Material, aus dem der Körper (5) ausgeführt ist, ferner einen Sauerstoffabsorber auf Eisenbasis, Sulfitbasis, Vitamine oder Additive enthaltende Polyamide umfasst.
- Flexibles Rohr für ein Produkt mit flüssiger oder pastöser Konsistenz, umfassend:- einen Rohrkopf (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,- eine Schürze (3), die ein proximales Ende (25) aufweist, das mit der Verbindungsfläche (23) verbunden ist, um die Außenseite (13) des Absatzes (7) teilweise zu bedecken.
- Rohr nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das proximale Ende (25) gegenüber einem Außenumfang (27) des Einsatzes (21) angeordnet ist, damit das proximale Ende (25) mindestens 1/5 eines äußeren Abschnitts (31) des Einsatzes (21) bedeckt.
- Rohr nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei das proximale Ende (25) und der Außenumfang (27) des Einsatzes (21) einen Kanal (29) aus dem Material des Absatzes (7) zwischen dem Einsatz (21) und der Schürze (3) definieren, wobei der Kanal (29) eine Dicke E und eine Länge L aufweist.
- Rohr nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die Länge L des Kanals (29) größer als 0,5 mm ist.
- Rohr nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, wobei die Dicke E des Kanals (29) größer als 0,2 mm ist
