Claims (8)

  1. Unité de palier (1) pour anodes tournantes de tubes à rayons X, comprenant un arbre (2) et un élément de bride (3) sur lequel peut être montée une anode tournante,
    - l'unité de palier (1) pouvant être insérée dans un évidement à l'intérieur du tube à rayons X et pouvant y être bloquée,
    - l'arbre (2) étant reçu par le biais d'un premier élément de palier (4) et d'un élément de palier supplémentaire (5),
    - le premier élément de palier (4) et l'élément de palier supplémentaire (5) se composant chacun d'un roulement à billes à contact oblique (6, 9) monté sur l'arbre (2), avec une bague interne (7, 10) et une bague externe (8, 11),
    - entre les bagues internes (7, 10) et/ou les bagues externes (8, 11) du premier et du deuxième élément de palier (4, 5) étant monté au moins un élément d'espacement (12, 13), caractérisée en ce que
    - le palier à roulement à billes à contact oblique (9) de l'élément de palier supplémentaire (5) est fixé à l'arbre (2) par le biais d'un élément de matage (14),
    - l'élément de matage (14) est réalisé soit sous la forme d'un élément de matage se rétrécissant soit sous la forme d'un élément de matage en forme de douille (14) et
    - l'élément de matage (14) est fixé par une région d'extrémité (16) de l'arbre déformée plastiquement.
  2. Unité de palier selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle à la fois entre les bagues internes (7, 10) et entre les bagues externes (8, 11) du premier et du deuxième élément de palier (4, 5) est à chaque fois monté au moins un élément d'espacement (12, 13).
  3. Unité de palier selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier élément de palier (4) et/ou le deuxième élément de palier (5) s'appliquent avec leur bague interne (7, 10) contre un épaulement de l'arbre (2).
  4. Unité de palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'arbre (2) se compose d'un matériau en acier non trempé.
  5. Unité de palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les roulements à billes à contact oblique (6, 9) sont orientés à l'opposé l'un de l'autre.
  6. Unité de palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le côté ouvert du roulement à billes à contact oblique (6) du premier élément de palier (4) est disposé dans la direction de l'extrémité de l'arbre (2) du côté de la bride.
  7. Unité de palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le côté ouvert du roulement à billes à contact oblique (9) de l'élément de palier supplémentaire (5) est disposé dans la direction de l'extrémité de l'arbre (2) opposée à la bride (3).
  8. Unité de palier selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les côtés ouverts des roulements à billes à contact oblique (6, 9) sont réalisés au niveau de chaque bague externe (8, 11).
