Claims (7)
- Wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung, wobei aus einer Kartusche (1), einer Sicherheitsscheibe (2) und einem Gummi (5) besteht, wobei die Kartusche (1) aus einem Körper mit einer umlaufenden Wandung, einem gewölbtem oberen Ende sowie einer kugelförmigen Vertiefung (14) auf dem gewölbten oberen Ende des Kartuschenkörpers besteht, die umlaufende Wandung innen mit umlaufenden, parallelen Verstärkungen (3, 4) versehen ist, die einen oberen umlaufenden Vorsprung (3) und eine untere umlaufende Vertiefung (4) aufweisen, die beide parallel zueinander sind, wobei die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) eine obere Fläche, eine untere Fläche sowie sich radial erstreckende Kanten (13) aufweist, und die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) in die Verstärkungen (3, 4) der Kartusche eindringt und darin befestigt ist, und der Gummi (5) auf der oberen Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) angebracht ist, wobei zur Befestigung des Gummis (5) auf der oberen Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2), die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) auf ihrer oberen Fläche entweder mit einem integrierten, nach oben ragenden Kugelkopf (6) versehen ist, oder mit einem Loch (15) ausgestattet ist, durch das ein Stift (16) mit Kugelkopf (17) geführt wird, wobei der Gummi (5) eine zylindrische Wand (12) aufweist, so dass, wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) innerhalb der Kartusche (1) eingesetzt ist, der obere Teil der zylindrischen Wand (12) des Gummis (5) am oberen Ende der Kartusche (1) anliegt und die kugelförmige Vertiefung (14) umschließt, wobei die Verstärkungen (3, 4) die Festigkeit der Kartusche erhöhen und die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) fest innerhalb der Kartusche (1) eingefügt halten, und wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) innerhalb der Kartusche (1) eingesetzt ist, der Kugelkopf (6) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) oder der Kugelkopf (17) des Stiftes (16), der von der oberen Fläche der Scheibe nach oben vorsteht, in Kontakt mit der kugelförmigen Vertiefung (14) der Kartusche ist, und ein einziger Kontaktpunkt zwischen der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) und der Kartusche (1) entsteht, so dass wenn ein Durchstechstift (10) einer Versorgungsvorrichtung die kugelförmige Vertiefung (14) der Kartusche (1) am einzigen Kontaktpunkt zwischen Sicherheitsscheibe (2) und Kartusche (1) durchsticht, um das Austreten des Gases zu ermöglichen, der Durchstechstift (10) der Versorgungsvorrichtung den Kugelkopf (6) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) oder den Kugelkopf (17) des Stiftes (16) herunterdrückt und die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) sich aus ihrer gesicherten Position zurück zieht und das angemessene Austreten des Gases ermöglicht ist.
- Die wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) innerhalb der Kartusche (1) angebracht wird, dann sie unter Spannung steht und in die untere Vertiefung (4) der umlaufenden Wandung der Kartusche (1) einrastet, und die daraus entwickelnde Spannung auf den oberen Vorsprung (3) der umlaufenden Wandung der Kartusche (1) einwirkt, und die radialen Kanten (13) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) im Vorsprung (3) einrasten und darin gesichert sind.
- Die wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) den nach oben ragenden Kugelkopf (6) aufweist, der Kugelkopf (6) zentral auf der oberen Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) angeordnet ist, und die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) weiterhin Montageblätter (9) auf der oberen Fläche der Scheibe (2) umfasst zur Anbringung des Gummis (5) an der Scheibe (2), und der Gummi (5) wie ein umgedrehtes T geformt ist und umfasst eine Basis mit einer Form, die der oberen Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) entspricht, eine zylindrische Wand (12), die von der Basis nach oben ragt und den Schenkel des umgedrehten T bildet, und ein an der Basis des Gummis (5) und innerhalb der zylindrischen Wand (12) vorgesehenes Loch (7) umfasst, sodass der Kugelkopf (6) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) durch das Loch (7) des Gummis (5) hindurchgeht, wobei die Basis des Gummis (5) ferner Befestigungslöcher (8) außerhalb der zylindrischen Wand (12) aufweist, durch die die Montageblätter (9) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) eingesetzt werden, um das Gummi (5) auf der Sicherheitsscheibe zu befestigen.
- Die wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) mit einem Loch (15) versehen ist, das Loch (15) zentral auf der oberen Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) angeordnet ist, und das Gummi (5) aus einer Basis, einer zylindrischen Wand (12), die aus der Basis nach oben ragt, und einem an der Basis und innerhalb der zylindrischen Wand (12) vorgesehenen Loch (7), besteht, wobei zur Befestigung des Gummis (5) an der oberen Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2), der Schenkel eines T-förmigen Stiftes (16) mit einem Kugelkopf (17) durch das Loch (7) des Gummis (5) und das Loch (15) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) eintritt, und der vorstehende Kugelkopf (17) mit der Basis des Gummis (5) in Kontakt kommt, und der Schenkel des Stiftes (16) an der unteren Fläche der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) durch einen Befestigungsring (18) gehalten wird, der den Schwingstift an der Scheibe (2) und am Gummi (5) sichert.
- Die wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) in die umlaufenden, parallelen Verstärkungen (3, 4) der Kartusche eintritt, dann sie durch den oberen Vorsprung (3) der umlaufenden Wandung der Kartusche stabilisiert wird, so dass bei Druckausübung auf die Kartusche selbst oder beim Fallen, die Möglichkeit, dass die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) aus ihrer gesicherten Position gelöst wird, verringert wird.
- Die wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei wenn die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) in der Kartusche eingesetzt ist, die Spannung der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) nach oben drückt, so dass der Kugelkopf (6) der Sicherheitsscheibe (2) oder der Kugelkopf (17) des Stiftes (16) die kugelförmige Vertiefung (14) der Kartusche (1) am einzigen Kontaktpunkt zwischen Sicherheitsscheibe (2) und Kartusche (1) berührt.
- Die wegwerfbare Gaskartusche mit Sicherheitsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, wobei wenn der Durchstechstift (10) die kugelförmige Vertiefung (14) der Kartusche (1) an einem anderen Punkt als dem einzigen Kontaktpunkt zwischen Sicherheitsscheibe (2) und Kartusche (1) durchsticht, dann der Durchstechstift (10) entweder nicht ausreichend Druck oder gar keinen Druck auf den Kugelkopf (6) der Sicherheitsscheibe oder den Kugelkopf (17) des Stiftes (16) ausübt, und deswegen die Sicherheitsscheibe (2) nicht aus ihrer gesicherten Position gelöst wird und somit das angemessene Austreten des Gases für die Zündung nicht ermöglicht.
