  • article 300 in its stressed or stretched configuration may be associated with a fifth width W5 across vamp portion 308 of upper 302 between midfoot lateral edge 700 and midfoot medial edge 702.
  • fifth width W5 across vamp portion 308 may include one or more of the plurality of welds of anti-stretch treatment 314.
  • fifth width W5 across vamp portion 308 of upper 302 between midfoot lateral edge 700 and midfoot medial edge 702 includes a portion of second weld 502, third weld 504, fourth weld 506, and/or fifth weld 508.
  • fifth width W5 may be approximately equal to third width W3 of the same portion of upper 302 in its original or unstretched configuration. In other cases, fifth width W5 may be only slightly or marginally larger than third width W3. In other words, the plurality of welds of anti-stretch treatment 314 disposed across upper 302 prevent or reduce stretching of the material of upper 302 to assist with keeping upper 302 from becoming stretched out or otherwise losing shape or form.
  • article 300 in its stressed or stretched configuration may be further associated with a sixth width W6 across toe end portion 312 in forefoot region 10 of upper 302 between forefoot lateral edge 704 and forefoot medial edge 706.
  • sixth width W6 across toe end portion 312 may not include any of the plurality of welds of anti-stretch treatment 314.
  • sixth width W6 across toe end portion 312 of upper 302 between forefoot lateral edge 704 and forefoot medial edge 706 does not include any welds.
  • sixth width W6 may be larger than fourth width W4 associated with article 300 in its original or unstretched configuration. In other cases, sixth width W6 may be substantially larger than fourth width W4.
  • FIGS. 7 and 8 illustrate an exemplary embodiment of the prevention or reduction of stretching of upper 302 across the lateral direction of article 300, however, the same principles also apply to the prevention or reduction of stretching of upper 302 across the longitudinal direction of article 300.
  • anti-stretch treatment 314 did not include any welds disposed in the material adjacent to toe end portion 312, however, as discussed above, in other embodiments, welds associated with anti-stretch treatment 314 may be configured to extend into toe end portion 312 of upper 302.

Claims (15)

  1. Article de chaussures (300) comportant :
    une tige (302), la tige (302) étant constituée d'un matériau de cuir naturel ou de daim ;
    la tige (302) incluant une portion d'empeigne (308) disposée à travers une région de milieu de pied de l'article de chaussures (300) ; et
    un traitement anti-allongement (314) disposé à travers au moins une portion de la portion d'empeigne (308) ;
    dans lequel le traitement anti-allongement (314) comporte une pluralité de soudures ultrasonores dans le matériau de la tige (302) ;
    dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores inclut : (a) un premier groupe de soudures ultrasonores (500-506) qui est disposé à travers la tige (302) le long d'une direction longitudinale afin d'éviter ou de réduire l'allongement de la tige (302) le long de la direction longitudinale et, au moins partiellement, le long d'une direction latérale et (b) un second groupe de soudures ultrasonores (508-512) qui est disposé à travers la tige (302) le long de la direction latérale afin d'éviter ou de réduire l'allongement de la tige le long de la direction latérale et, au moins partiellement, le long de la direction longitudinale.
  2. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une première soudure (500), une deuxième soudure (502), une troisième soudure (504) et une quatrième soudure (506) et dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une cinquième soudure (508), une sixième soudure (510) et une septième soudure (512).
  3. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le traitement anti-allongement (314) s'étend le long de la portion d'empeigne (308) de la tige (302) à partir d'au moins une portion d'extrémité de dessus de la tige (302) adjacente à un orifice d'entrée (306) pour un pied dans une direction allant vers une portion d'extrémité côté orteil de la tige (302) disposée dans une région d'avant-pied de l'article de chaussures (300) ;
    dans lequel le traitement anti-allongement (314) inclut en outre au moins une soudure ultrasonore disposée sur la tige (302) adjacente à la portion d'extrémité côté orteil de la tige (302) dans la région d'avant-pied.
  4. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1 :
    dans lequel la tige (302) est associée à une première largeur à travers la portion d'empeigne (308) entre un bord latéral de milieu de pied et un bord médian de milieu de pied lorsque l'article de chaussures (300) est dans une configuration non allongée ;
    dans lequel la tige (302) est associée à une seconde largeur à travers la portion d'empeigne (308) entre le bord latéral de milieu de pied et le bord médian de milieu de pied lorsque l'article de chaussures (300) est dans une configuration allongée ; et
    la première largeur étant approximativement égale à la seconde largeur.
  5. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores du traitement anti-allongement (314) sont disposées sur la portion d'empeigne (308) entre le bord latéral de milieu de pied et le bord médian de milieu de pied.
  6. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une première soudure (500), une deuxième soudure (502), une troisième soudure (504) et une quatrième soudure (506), dans lequel les soudures du premier groupe (500-506) de soudures font de 4 cm à 7 cm de longueur ;
    dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une cinquième soudure (508), une sixième soudure (510) et une septième soudure (512) et dans lequel chacune des soudures du second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores est inférieure aux soudures du premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores.
  7. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une première soudure (500), une deuxième soudure (502) disposée à partir de la première soudure (500) sur une distance D1, une troisième soudure (504) disposée à partir de la deuxième soudure (502) sur une distance D2 et une quatrième soudure (506) disposée à partir de la troisième soudure (504) sur une distance D3, dans lequel chacune des distances D1, D2 et D3 fait de 1 cm à 3 cm ;
    dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une cinquième soudure (508) disposée à partir de la quatrième soudure (506) sur une distance D4, une sixième soudure (510) disposée à partir de la cinquième soudure (508) sur une distance D5 et une septième soudure (512) disposée à partir de la sixième soudure (510) sur une distance D6 et dans lequel chacune des distances D4, D5 et D6 fait de 1 cm à 3 cm.
  8. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores du traitement anti-allongement (314) sont disposées dans un agencement incurvé à travers la portion d'empeigne (308) de la tige (302).
  9. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 8, dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores du traitement anti-allongement (314) ont un espacement approximativement uniforme entre chacune des soudures.
  10. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une première soudure (500), une deuxième soudure (502), une troisième soudure (504) et une quatrième soudure (506),
    dans lequel chaque élément parmi la première soudure (500), la deuxième soudure (502), la troisième soudure (504) et la quatrième soudure (506) fait de 4 cm à 7 cm de longueur et
    dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une cinquième soudure (508) qui fait de 4 cm à 6 cm de longueur, une sixième soudure (510) qui fait de 2,5 cm à 5 cm de longueur et une septième soudure (512) qui fait de 1 cm à 3 cm de longueur.
  11. Article de chaussures (300) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel l'article de chaussures (300) inclut en outre une pluralité d'éléments de brin de traction disposés le long d'au moins un élément parmi un côté latéral (18) et un côté médian (16) de la tige (302) adjacent au traitement anti-allongement (314).
  12. Article de chaussures (300) selon l'une quelconque des revendications qui précèdent, dans lequel l'article de chaussures est une chaussure de planche à roulettes.
  13. Procédé de fourniture d'une résistance à l'allongement à un article de chaussures (300) ayant une tige (302) constituée de matériaux de cuir naturel ou de daim, le procédé comportant :
    le soudage ultrasonore d'une portion du matériau de la tige (302) à travers une portion d'empeigne (308) de la tige (302) afin de former une pluralité de soudures ultrasonores dans le matériau, de sorte que la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores dans le matériau forment un traitement anti-allongement (314),
    dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores inclut un premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores disposées à travers la tige (302) le long d'une direction longitudinale ;
    dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores est conçu pour fournir une résistance à l'allongement dans la direction longitudinale et au moins partiellement dans une direction latérale de la tige (302) ;
    dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores inclut en outre un second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores disposées à travers la tige (302) dans une direction généralement latérale,
    dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores est conçu pour fournir une résistance à l'allongement dans la direction latérale et au moins partiellement dans la direction longitudinale de la tige (302).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel la pluralité de soudures ultrasonores du traitement anti-allongement (314) sont disposées dans un agencement incurvé à travers la portion d'empeigne (308) de la tige (302) et dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une première soudure (500), une deuxième soudure (502), une troisième soudure (504) et une quatrième soudure (506) et dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une cinquième soudure (508), une sixième soudure (510) et une septième soudure (512).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel le premier groupe (500-506) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une première soudure (500), une deuxième soudure (502) disposée à partir de la première soudure (500) sur une distance D1, une troisième soudure (504) disposée à partir de la deuxième soudure (502) sur une distance D2 et une quatrième soudure (506) disposée à partir de la troisième soudure (504) sur une distance D3, dans lequel chacune des distances D1, D2 et D3 fait de 1 cm à 3 cm ;
    dans lequel le second groupe (508-512) de soudures ultrasonores inclut une cinquième soudure (508) disposée à partir de la quatrième soudure (506) sur une distance D4, une sixième soudure (510) disposée à partir de la cinquième soudure (508) sur une distance D5 et une septième soudure (512) disposée à partir de la sixième soudure (510) sur une distance D6 et dans lequel chacune des distances D4, D5 et D6 fait de 1 cm à 3 cm.
