Claims (6)
- Maschine zum Umbandieren von Holztafeln (2) oder dergleichen, jeweils umfassend zwei Hauptflächen (3), die parallel sind und einander gegenüberliegen, und ein Seitenprofil (4), das sich zwischen den Hauptflächen (3) erstreckt, umfassend eine Tragfläche (P) für wenigstens eine Tafel (2); eine Umbandiereinheit (10); einen Aktuator (9) zum Bewegen der Tafel (2) und der Umbandiereinheit (10) relativ zueinander bewegbar in wenigstens einer Richtung (6), die parallel zur Tragfläche (P) verläuft und um es der Umbandiereinheit zu erlauben, ein Kantenband (11) entlang wenigstens eines Teiles der Seitenprofile (4) der Tafel (2) aufzubringen; eine Zuführeinrichtung (16) zum Zuführen heißen Gases, insbesondere eines unter Druck stehenden heißen Gases, auf das Kantenband (11) und/oder auf das Seitenprofil (4) der Tafel (2) aufzubringen; die Zuführeinrichtung (16) umfasst einen ersten Zuführzweig (19), der mit wenigstens einem Auslass (17) versehen ist, derart gestaltet, dass er Heißgas gegen das Kantenband (11) und/oder das Seitenprofil (4) leitet; die Zuführeinrichtung (16) umfasst weiterhin einen Umwälzzweig (25; 32), um wenigstens einen Teil des Heißgases, das dem Auslass (17) nach unten zugeführt wurde, im Zuführzweig (19) umzuwälzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von Heizeinrichtungen vorgesehen ist, die entlang dem Zuführzweig (19) aufeinanderfolgend angeordnet sind, um das Gas aufzuheizen; der Umwälzzweig (32) umfasst einen Umwälzverteiler (33) und wenigstens eine Umwälzleitung (34), angeschlossen an den Umwälzverteiler sowie an den Zuführzweig (19) zwischen zwei Heizeinrichtungen (20), die nebeneinander liegen; jede Umwälzleitung (34) ist mit eine Druckjustiereinrichtung (35) versehen, um selektiv den Druck heißen Gases zu regeln, das der Umwälzleitung (32) dem Zuführzweig (19) zugeführt wird.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1, weiterhin umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Heizeirichtungen (20), die aufeinanderfolgend entlang dem Zuführzeig (19) angeordnet sind, um Gas zu heizen; der Umwälzzweig (25; 32) ist an den Zuführzweig (19) stromaufwärts der Heizeinrichtungen (20) in Zuführrichtung (26) des Heißgases entlang des Zuführzweiges (19) angeordnet.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der Zuführzweig (19) und wenigstens ein Einlass des Umwälzzweiges (25; 32) durch ein Absperrventil (28) aneinander angeschlossen sind, das beweglich ist zwischen einer Schließstellung, in welcher die Zuführ- und Umwälzzweige (19, 25; 32) voneinander getrennt sind, sodass das Heißgas durch den Auslass (17) strömen kann, und einer Offenstellung, in welcher die Zuführ-und Umwälzzweige (19, 25; 32) miteinander in leitender Verbindung stehen, sodass das Heißgas entlang des Umwälzzweiges (32) strömen kann.
- Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, weiterhin umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Messeinrichtungen (24) zum Messen der Temperatur des Heißgases im Zuführzweig (19).
- Maschine nach Anspruch 4, weiterhin umfassend eine Mehrzahl von Heizeinrichtungen (20), die entlang des Zuführzweiges (19) aufeinanderfolgend angeordnet sind, um das Gas aufzuheizen; jede Messeinrichtung (24) ist zwischen zwei einander benachbarten Heizeinrichtungen (20) angeordnet.
- Maschine nach einem der vorausgegangenen Ansprüche, weiterhin umfassend einen Behälter für Klebstoff zum Ankleben des Kantenbandes (11) an den Seitenprofilen (4); wobei der Umwälzzweig (25; 32) an den Behälter angeschlossen ist, um Klebstoff aufzuheizen.
