Abstract

Subject of the invention is a sweatshirt with front full length opening (1), in which a piece of the front part is an inserted, replaceable flap (2), temporarily fastened with sweatshirt (1) by zipper (3a).

Description

  • The subject of the invention is a sweatshirt made of soft material, which may be for example knitted or woven fabric. The developed sweatshirt has, a special construction, which facilitates the replacement of some of its elements. Is intended to be worn as element of outerwear or underwear, in particular as an element of a sportsman clothing.
  • There are many solutions modernizing and improving the construction of clothes, in such a way so they could pursue other goals than the primary, which is protection of human body from heat loss and moisture.
  • And so, from the Polish patent description No. PL-145942 (publ. WUP 11/1988) is known the solution titled: "Cap for the treatment of torticollis", in which has been described a cap that has two layers: inner made of soft material, preferably a flannel, and outer made of stiff fabric, preferably a linen. It is provided with straps 3-5 mm width placed on one side at the height of the forehead and chin of a child and preferably with polyurethane strap positioned circumferentially between the layers.
  • In a different, Polish patent description PL-130860 , under the title: "Covering for heating individuals" (publ. WUP 9/1984) has been presented a covering, characterized in that both layers of the covering, between which are made numerous channels for air flow, are connected with each other by welding on the sections constituting a type of bridges, or in points, forming a kind of columns, and the air outlet openings turned to the body of the person heated - are located close to each other in the inner layer, or in the area of welded sections, while the connector attachment area, which brings warm air, on both surfaces of the layers facing each other are fixed insulating layers. In addition, both layers are provided in the area of the connector with a reinforcing film.
  • Following solution has been featured in Polish patent description PL-201245 , in which have been presented "Protective gloves" (publ. WUP 3/2009). Subject of this invention are gloves made of composite material intended especially for sportsmen, who practise martial arts like karate type. Protective gloves are made of three-ply composite material and have fingertips cut off, on the grip portion, on the metacarpophalangeal height of the palm, pillow in the shape of half an ellipse made of elastic spacer knitwear, permanently connected from inside to the bottom layer of the composite material. The ending of the gloves from the grip portion, adjacent to the hand wrist, has a rounded cut, reaching the line of the thumb, wherein part of the cut and ending of the gloves covers the cuff, made of highly plastic strap, sewn into the sides of the gloves.
  • The essence of the developed, new solution of the sweatshirt construction with the front and rear part, consists in that, a piece of the front part consists of an inserted replaceable flap, temporarily fastened with the sweatshirt by a connecting element, preferably a zipper.
  • Preferably the element which connects the flap with the sweatshirt constitute: "velcro tape" or studs or buttons or snap fasteners.
  • Preferably the front part of the sweatshirt has a full lenght opening, fundamentally in the central part.
  • The sweatshirt with the front and rear part and with the hood located in the upper portion, is caracterised in that, inside the hood of the sweatshirt there is an inserted bed temporarily fastened with the hood with different type or the same type binding elements, preferably snap fasteners.
  • Preferably, the binding elements are - a tape so-called velcro or studs or buttons or zipper.
  • Preferably, the front part of the sweatshirt has a full length opening, fundamentally in the central part.
  • The sweatshirt with its developed design is simple, versatile and allows easy replacement of the front flap, constituting a significant portion of its front part. The developed sweatshirt is equipped with several replaceable flaps and thus it is possible to compose according to the user's needs and fantasy, so that it was possible to adapt it to the composition of the whole apparel. Regardless of this, thanks to the possibility of cushioning of the interior of the hood by means of inserted bed, has been developed not only the opportunity to create and diversify the sweatshirt's appearance by inserting into it and use of new finishing elements and certain accessories, but most of all, was created the possibility to replace the elements of the sweatshirt which have got moist during training and its further comfortable utilization being dry and friendly for human body.
  • The subject of the invention is presented more closely on drawings, on which fig.1 - shows the sweatshirt in general front view, while fig.2 - presents the view of upper part of the sweatshirt with the inserted bed.
  • Sample of the developed sweatshirt is presented on the drawings which show sweatshirt with front opening 1, in which part of the front piece constitutes an inserted, replaceable flap 2, temporarily fastened with sweatshirt 1 by a zipper 3a. Wherein is possible the appliance of other elements connecting flap 2 with sweatshirt 1, for example a tape so-called velcro, studs, snap fasteners 5a, or buttons.
  • In the present invention has been foreseen the appliance of a new construction of the front part of the sweatshirt 1, and regardless of that, the new construction of the upper part of the sweatshirt 1. Has been foreseen in sweatshirt 1 the introduction of inserted, replaceable flap 2, and also alternatively or simultaneously different solution of hood 4 in sweatshirt 1, provided with inserted bed 6.
  • The upper part of the sweatshirt 1 preferably constitutes the hood 4, which is cushioned from inside with soft and easily absorbing moisture inserted flap 6 - temporarily fastened with sweatshirt 1 by means of snap fasteners 5b, relatively by means of tapes so-called velcro, studs or buttons or zipper 3b (or zippers 3b). During usage of the developed construction sweatshirt the replacement of the moist flap 6 is not complicated, and significantly improves the comfort of using the sweatshirt 1.
  • List of designations:
    • 1- sweatshirt,
    • 2- replaceable flap,
    • 3- zipper,
    • 4- hood,
    • 5- snap fastener,
    • 6- inserted bed.
