Claims (8)

  1. Soupape d'injection de carburant (1) pour des installations d'injection de carburant de moteurs à combustion interne, en particulier pour l'injection directe de carburant dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne, comprenant un actionneur (9, 10, 13, 20), dont l'excitation permet d'obtenir un mouvement de course d'un pointeau de soupape (3), de manière à permettre un actionnement d'un corps de fermeture de soupape (4) qui forme un siège d'étanchéité conjointement avec une surface de siège de soupape (6), et comprenant une alimentation en carburant du côté de l'entrée (16), un élément d'ajustement (50) étant disposé dans l'entrée de carburant pour ajuster la force de ressort d'un ressort de rappel (23), un élément filtrant (52) étant inséré à l'intérieur de l'élément d'ajustement (50), et une autre région d'étanchéité (57) étant prévue au niveau de l'élément d'ajustement (50) à côté d'une région de pressage (55) avec laquelle l'élément d'ajustement (50) est pressé dans un composant de soupape métallique (13), avec laquelle région d'étanchéité l'élément d'ajustement (50) est étanchéifié par rapport à celle-ci ou par rapport à un autre composant de soupape (13, 40), caractérisée en ce
    qu'un étranglement d'écoulement sous la forme d'un alésage d'étranglement (54) est prévu dans l'élément d'ajustement (50), lequel possède une section transversale d'ouverture qui est inférieure d'un multiple à la section transversale d'ouverture de l'entrée de carburant (16) et l'alésage d'étranglement (54) est formé dans la région d'étendue axiale de la région d'étanchéité (57) de l'élément d'ajustement (50).
  2. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la région d'étanchéité (57) est prévue dans la région de l'élément d'ajustement (50) du côté de l'entrée, tandis que la région de pressage (55) est réalisée au niveau de l'extrémité opposée dans la région de l'élément d'ajustement (50) du côté de la sortie, ou en ce que la région de pressage (55) est prévue dans la région de l'élément d'ajustement (50) du côté de l'entrée, tandis que la région d'étanchéité (57) est réalisée à l'extrémité opposée dans la région de l'élément d'ajustement (50) du côté de la sortie.
  3. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la région d'étanchéité (57) est formée à la périphérie de l'élément d'ajustement (50) par plusieurs lamelles d'étanchéité (56).
  4. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les lamelles d'étanchéité (56) s'étendent du côté de la périphérie de manière complètement séparée les unes des autres et en l'occurrence en forme de filetage ou à distance les unes des autres.
  5. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'élément d'ajustement (50) est fabriqué à partir de plastique dans le corps de base, de préférence à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique organique polymère résistant aux hautes températures, par exemple en polyétheréthercétone (PEEK) ou en sulfure de polyphénylène (PPS).
  6. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisée en ce
    qu'à l'intérieur du corps de base en plastique de l'élément d'ajustement (50) est introduit un tissu filtrant (52) en tant qu'élément filtrant.
  7. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le tissu filtrant (52) est reçu en forme de tuyau souple dans une crépine filtrante (53) du corps de base, qui forme la région axialement centrale de l'élément d'ajustement (50).
  8. Soupape d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la région de pressage (55) de l'élément d'ajustement (50) est formée par une douille de serrage (51) de type enveloppe.
