Filtereinnchtung, insbesondere zur Gasfiltration, insbesondere Luftfilter für Kraftfahrzeuge, mit einem Filterelement (4), das in einem Filtergehäuse (2) aufgenommen ist, welches von einem Gehäusedeckel (3) verschließbar ist, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass am Filterelement (4) ein die äußere Mantelfläche überragendes, erstes Formschlussteil (7) angeordnet ist, dem ein zweites Formschlussteil (8) am Gehäusedeckel (3) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Formschlussteile (7, 8) im montierten Zustand ineinandergreifen.  1 .
